I’m disappointed and frustrated after discovering that money has been deducted from my account for a service I never requested or authorised. There was no clear communication, consent, or notification prior to the charge, which makes this situation even more concerning. I’ve sent emails regarding this matter also but no response.

Got a medical cert in june last year a 1 off but they started xharging me every month from sept to now for a service i never recieved. DONOT TRUST THEM I sent them multiole emails nothing , i even changed my credit card and contacted my bank to stop them . So bank keep refunding me every month.

Scammers i paid a medical certificate and have never received it! Thats a scam to keep charging your credit card. Theirs contact email its a fraud when u send an email returns to you as undelivered email return to the sender”

Very happy – Received a few notifications saying things were being reviewed but may not be able to assist but then a doctor called and said they could assist. He was efficient and helpful.

Ease on filling in details – The process of filling the form was easy but depending on the outcome and if my requirement is favored will depend on the perfect review

2 thumbs up – Quick easy and simple process. When we a simple cold we shouldn't be clogging up doctors waiting rooms when you need a medical certificate. So I believe these services are great.

Their website is running very poorly. I had trouble accessing links and talking to them via email. So for those have the same issue, Minutehealth is run by Updoc. So by emailing updoc, I cancelled auto-subscription and got my medical certificate. Hope this helps.

I got an online certificate a few months back. Today I noticed that they have taken money out of my account and when I investigated I realised they have been taking money out for months now! I am furious would not recommend.

Frustrated – I rang UpDoc for a phone appointment with a doctor.Very soon after I received a call from an Australian Dr whom was very well versed with my depression. He prescribed me antidepressants I requested which was to be emailed. I never received te prescription. However I received another invoice for.a follow up appointments . Great doctor! – The doctor was lovely and called shortly after I placed the booking, he was caring and explained the risks involved in me taking the medication I was asking for.

Happy with Updoc – I have stated before, because I live in a rural area, I cannot always get a doctor's certificate/appointment when needed. That's when I use Updoc.

Very responsive – Very responsive, convenient and efficient. I have a difficult schedule, and to be able to be where I need to be and still be able to consult a doctor is of significant benefit to me.

A cheap,fast and easy way to get medical certificates and prescriptions – The updoc app is fast and easy to use with a cost of $40 for a one off use and $20/month for unlimited medical certificates per month.It generally takes only an hour to get your medical certificate one you submit.The cost is higher for a GP visit with a cost of $60/medical certificate.

Reall good service – After a few hours wait, i got a call back and the Dr was really good. Super efficient and understanding. Got two e-scripts emailed to me and next streps clearly explained.

Above and beyond – Dr Uyen from MinuteHealth is extremely kind and helpful; she is thorough with her questioning and ensured all of my symptoms and details were noted correctly. My script was organised quickly and even though it was a telehealth appt she made me feel supported, and I really appreciate that. Thank you.

UPDOC is the best! – amazing as always !!! we would be lost without updoc - we have no local doctors and if we do get a locum then they are booked out for months - this service has benefited me and my family tremendously last year and now this year!

Legitimate and no hassle medical certificate – For something simple as sensitive skin recovering from sunburn, save the hassle leaving home and waiting to be seen just for a medical certificate

Quality service very efficient – I really would have been stuck for a few days without treatment if I did not have access to this service. Seamless – It was very straight forward, great text communication in the lead up to the phone call. Very short waiting time between registering and receiving the call - probably only about 10 minutes. The doctor was very helpful, sent through a script straight away.

Quick and easy – Booking online was super easy and allowed me to provide information and pictures. Within a couple of hours I had talked to the doctor and got my sons prescription in hand.

DO NOT USE! – SCAM! Do not use this service. Being very unwell and requesting a doctor's certificate, it was unclear that i signed up for a subscription where they are charging me 29.99 every month for nothing. Tried to email and it bounced back.

Medical certificate – Needed a doctor certificate due to covid. Explained my profession and a photo of the positive test. Received a certificate for 2 days instead of the 5 I required it for. Complete waste of time and money!!
