to the ACCC if they keep rejecting my claim. Within an hour of me contacting them and explaining the situation they approved the claim. I changed my review from 1 to 5 stars as a result and tomorrow will be telling the local shopkeeper (who just happens to be looking at air conditioners to replace one she has in her house) about the updated situation.
Brisbane has had some very cold weather, & our new airconditioner is perfect in our bedroom. Warms the room up beautifully. We love it! Show details

Works great but had trouble submitting the details for the 100$ gift card. I took photos of the box and you keeped rejecting my photos . I still haven’t received my voucher yet and it’s been 6 weeks since you said I was eligible and you where sending the voucher!! Show details

Gecko fighter – Air conditioners are great but the power boards are not protected from Gecko intrusion which shorts the power boards - it should be a relatively simple exercise for Mitsubishi to protect the boards with some form of non-conductive gauze or some other method of exclusion of Geckoes and other intruders. power board failures to date in approx 20 years. This problem has occurred in 4 different models from 2.5kw to 8 kw, so it would seem to be basic, endemic design flaw.

TERRIBLE – The split system I had 20 years ago was far more advanced and efficient than this piece of junk. We are now in 2023 and yet they can't even build a unit which initiates the heating function upon switching it on. Instead I gota wait 10 minutes freezing my behind while the unit decides to idle in preparation for its big moment to blow out some semi warm air. PATHETIC! Show details

Perfect for my study – Replaced an old 2.5kw air-conditioner in my west facing study with this model. Works very well, is nice and quiet and has been able to cope with the really hot days. Very easy to use and love that it has both vertical and horizontal swing blades to move the air around the room. Show details
Thought it was perfect – Brand New 1 week after installation. Thought it was perfect until I went out and heard a loud rattling noise coming from condenser unit. So disappointed as it was our first hot weekend in Melbourne 3/12 and I couldn’t use the unit.! No support on weekends. Very disappointed. Show details · 2
3-4 minutes to run up – It is a good product but it takes some time for the heat pump to run up, usually 3-4 minutes. Nobody really wants to wait that long for the room to start heating. Good thing is that Wi-Fi works like a charm. Both indoor and outdoor units are quiet. The outdoor unit for my multi split system is relatively small but the indoor units are quite bulky and a bit ugly. Show details

A very quiet, efficient unit – It does exactly what supplier said. It is efficient and warms room quickly. Temperature up and down works quickly. As we have only had the units for a couple of weeks, we cannot comment on extreme weather conditions.
Very quiet and solid – Nothing worse than a noisy aircon at night. Very happy with my Mitsubishi unit in terms of performance and features. The heater is very warm and the AC is very cool. The remote is easy to use. Can highly recommend Mitsubishi!!! Show details
