Quiet and powerful – Building a large house with tall ceilings we needed an aircon that was going to do the job on those 40plus days in summer and this bad boy has lived up to the test! We are into our second summer in our new home and it has kept us cool on those summer days and nights without any hassles. Love this model and this is the second Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air con we had bought in our first and second home and they have both been fantastic.

Perfect – This was a replacement for a Fujitsu air-con in my unit open lounge area. It was suggested to me as they have introduced an internal mesh of some description which helps to stop the north Queensland geckos from trying to live inside the system and hence destroying the appliance which is not covered under insurance. The air-con is super super quiet although the remote is a little difficult to understand.

Great air conditioner – Have had this unit for just over a year and can't complain. Overall it's quiet and cools our entire living room and dining room area with minimum issue. Have had one warranty issue (due to installation) and Mitsubishi's approved service rep was fantastic, so overall really happy with the unit and the support we have received.

Should not have procrastinated - should have done this years ago – Had been considering installing an A/c for the past 3 years but was always putting it off as the area of 14 mtrs x 5 mtrs (lounge, dining and kitchen small entry ) has over 3 mtre cathedral ceiling and has all sorts of different ceiling angles so was concerned that the unit would not cool the area, plus plenty of glass facing east and north. Well last week bit the bullet and got my sparky to install a SRK92ZMA, did quite a bit of research, was looking at LG, Panasonic, Fujitsu and Mitsubishi Heavy, LG was $1000 cheaper and rep said if it was his money he would by the LG, however my sparky and his father retired A/c mechanic, had installed quite a few Mitsubishi's and he rated them highly and most forums were positive.

Fitting was fairly straight forward went through the ceiling cavity, temp on the day was 36 deg and inside temp was 29 deg so it was a bloody hot day. After unit was installed we cranked fan to full and 18 deg cooling waited for the inverter to kick in and within 5 - 10 minutes you could feel the difference in the room within 30 mts to 45 mts temp in room had dropped by 3 - 4 deg and after a good hour had to increase the temp as it was getting to cold, initial impressions is that the unit works very well cools quickly and efficiently. Fan on max is audible but i would not say it is intrusive, however you would not run it at max for long periods, on low you hardly hear it, especially with TV on and conversations.

Have not had a chance to check the heating side of it but if its anything like the cooling i am sure i will be very happy with it. Remote is simple and straight forward to use.

Top 3 makes are Mitsu, Daiken, and Fujitsu, we have 7 Fujitsu's installed at work, however doing my comparisons i went with Mitsubishi Heavy, unit is still new and not run in so hopefully in 12 months time i will still be positive about it.

Well winter has arrived and it's time to try out the heating ability of my Mitsi A/c, got up to the property mid afternoon temp in house about 14 deg so you def had to be rugged up, cranked the Mitsi to maximum, within 5-10 mts you could def fell the difference let it run for about 20 minutes, and then turned it off as the wood heater had kicked in. Over the moon with the unit could not be any happier.

It's hot I'm cool It's cool I'm warm – Having a large high ceiling open planned room I was very worried whether any air conditioner would work. After consulting several websites I decided on this model. I am ecstatic with its performance. It is so quick to cool not only my big high ceiling room but it also flows into the home theatre and main bedroom. It's performance is exceptional and we are only using low fan speed and 24 degree settings. An unseasonably cold spell gave us the opportunity to use the heat settings and we were thrilled that the same exceptional result was attained. With some trepidation I went outside to listen to how noisy the external unit was given the fantastic results inside. The external unit was effortlessly purring away at a very low purr. I plus the neighbours were delighted! Highly recommend this air conditioner.
