hoping this is not a scam like some reviewers have suggested. I have been advised to lodge with Fair Trading and will have to do so if no changes in the next couple of days. Disappointing unfortunately

I was quoted $530 for my iPhone 14 Pro Max and then after I’d sent it to them I received an email saying I was only going to get $460 because there were “scratches” on the phone. only to change over a sim. It also had a glass screen cover that had been on it its entire life. They get you because you go to all the way to post it and they count on people not being bothered to go through the effort of having it returned and the fact that sometimes you need cash urgently and they take advantage of that. I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for a response from these guys. I purchased a phone, plus cover and case. The phone seems fine, although I'm reluctant to use it yet because they sent 2 screen covers instead of a case and the screen covers are for the wrong model.
