they said the phone was great and offered the full 600, my guess its Mobile Guru does this all the time as most people wont ask for the phone back.

I would say if your selling a phone go somewhere else and not waste your time.

I sent in an immaculate phone that should have been worth $630, they decided it had scratches on the screen (it didn't) they down graded it from mint condition to fair, so that phone went to $450. A few minutes later I received an email confirming condition and agreed price. The money was in my back within the hour. I will be using them again.

I had an old Iphone 15 and sent it to them with a cracked back glass. I had selected that option and my offer was $440. Once it had arrived at the location they declared the small scratches on the screen made the new offer $255. Note: Later, another company offered me 430 and upon receiving the phone paid me promptly and gave me what they offered.

I had the unfortunate experience of a 15in apple laptop getting a tiny chip in the screen causing it to malfunction not even 1 yr old. It was cheaper to buy a new one than have it repaired. I sent it to mobile guru to be recycled but they have not paid the agreed amount to me. I dare say they have happily sold that now for a tidy sum. Not cool.

Thinking about sending phone for a price, question do they take phone apart or just run diagnostic tests dont want phone opened or parts swapped If didn’t sell it
