Very happy with our new Naptime bed base! It’s sturdy, well-made, and provides great support for the mattress. The no-tool assembly was such a bonus — so quick and easy to put together. It’s made a noticeable difference to the overall feel of the bed.

I shopped online an Ortho Balance firm mattress. The delivery was super quick, it took less than 2 days, the person who delivered the mattress was so kind to help me carrying it to my door, the mattress that I bought is firm and really great, I’m really happy with it all so far. The price is very good too, I already recommended to another person. The delivery fee is not ridiculously high as it is in many other places.

Never again will I order with this company – Box delivered damaged and alot of it. Instructions to take back to them they will not collect or exchange to delivery address. Ensemble ordered and arrived to be assembled as to build the base yourself . Was not aware of this as previous beds already base made and just put legs on. Not have to be made by yourself. No customer rights. Now to be taken to fair trading . If ordering an Ensemble bed check first, your base will have to be put together yourself comes in slat form. I believe false advertising to some wording that needs to be clarifed clearer.. Never ever again

Misleading Descriptions – I rang mobile mattress to order a firm mattress. I described what my version of firm is to clarify and to minimise confusion and personal opinion. comfort and value for the price! – just grabbed my ortho balance mattress yesterday and slept on it last night - it was the best sleep I've ever had! didn't expect it can surpass my previous mattress. for the price itself you are getting better value and comfort from it! met the owner too I think, very friendly! thanks for the great quick service!

Good mattress but beware of asking for more money for delivery AFTER confirmation and payment of your order – The mattress I bought was good. We decided to purchase another mattress and ensemble set. I don't believe it is legal to do this, but as a family was waiting to collect the 'old' mattress which was donated to them, succumbed and paid more. When I went onto the website and attempted an order for a suburb further out from me, the $ 120 delivery only was detailed.

So good mattress - leave it up to you as to whether you want to "roll the dice" re what you will be ultimately charged in delivery.

Wobbly Bed Base – Bought the soho slimline bed base but upon assembly it was very wobbly. I had to use it without the leg. Wish they come in shorter leg. Mobile mattress say they give me the leg for free but would charge me $25 for shipping on the leg but the shipping was more expensive than buying the leg+shipping all together($22) where shipping was $10 on a separate invoice. Not happy at all

Scandi bed base – The moment they decided to put the bumpy side of velcro on something that's got a very high chance of going on carpet, they removed all chances of this being straightforward to assemble. Then there's the slats and the base that's Velcroed to the carpet They say "This may require some arm strength..." They're not exaggerating. The whole experience left me grateful for years of strength training.

King mattress – I've already made a review on their king size scandi bed base so just following up on the mattress i brought with it. I brought a king size optimal support mattress its medium plush. sleeping on super plush mattress's I'd advise buying a really nice mattress topper I brought a muscle mat to put on top and its done the trick for my preference that is. Absolutely no partner disturbance which is great, and my sleep quality on this mattress has improved alot So very happy with this purchase.

Free delivery – Bought from mobile mattress because of the free delivery offered. After around 5 days i contacted them to see when it was being delivered. the customer service team and was so impressed by how responsive and helpful Tina was - she was super quick to chase up the delayed parcel and clear to outline what the next steps would be in the case that it had been lost in transit, and she was very friendly and professional while doing so. Mistakes happen and orders can go missing, that is a fact of life and online shopping - great customer service is the difference for me between a store getting my return business or not. PS - mattress is comfortable and bed frame is gorgeous and high quality (and a total bargain).

I have had 2 dangerous and defective Dakota beds with mattresses – I have had 2 dangerous and defective Dakota beds with mattresses from Mobile mattress. where the slats fall apart when you sleep on it or move it slightly. The reason it falls apart is the side arm is built in 2 parts making it unstable. They advised me they are aware of this problem.

We advised them of the problem and after months of messing us around they agreed to pick up their defective bed. On the day they were meant to pick it up they then refused to do so because they wanted us to keep their mattress and would only pick up the base. However, they were only willing to give us a reduced amount back on the base because we had bought the bed as a package.

I contacted OFT who contacted mobile mattress. Mobile mattress advised they were only willing to take back the base.

OFT advised this is in contradiction of consumer rights and advised us to take mobile mattress to QCAT.

Somehow they convinced QCAT that this wasnt a guest bed and the judge ruled they didnt have to pick up the mattress.

After this ruling they have now refused to pick up the base.

They have threatened me with legal action, although Im not sure why as it is me complaining about their product.

I have received absolutely disgusting customer service and a dangerous bed and I would never use this company.

This is my personal opinion based on my personal experience.

Disappointing, – I was concerned when my mattress arrived,the delivery guy walked in with my king single mattress in a box on his shoulder…it was vacuum packed…If I had realised my mattress was going to be vacuum packed into a small box,I would never have bought it. long… Surprisingly for the first three months I was very happy with my $500 king single mattress…then I noticed I was feeling springs I should not have been feeling…also my back was letting me it was not happy with my mattress. Their customer service involves dealing with a lot of double talk. I believe they vacuum pack local deliveries to save having two men on the truck…therefore saving wages…not fair. I had no option but to go Clark Rubber and bought one of their mattress toppers for my three month old mattress.. I am very happy with my purchase from Clark Rubber

Honest Review – I provided my review to Mobile Mattress for their basic sleep support mattress and they did not post it on their website. I said it was ok . Not Great not horrible ... You can feel the springs whist lying on it and you need to have a mattress topper to be able to use it comfortably. I recommend spending a bit more money to get a better quality .… Read more

Also the delivery people they use have horrible communication. They say it’s onboard to be delivered and it doesn’t get delivered . After non delivery I booked in a specific day for delivery and then they tried to deliver on a totally diff day. I just think if you’re going to post reviews on your website you should post all reviews .. not just the good ones !

would suggest. Overall I am very happy with this purchase, the only problem being that my hips are a bit bony, and even with an expensive topper I find the mattress a bit hard just under my hips. to make the order she told us it’ll be a 5 month wait. She could have told me this over the phone instead of saying we had to come to the store. I made it very clear our timeframe size firmness and weight restrictions. Complete waste of our Saturday!

during transit. Was very impressed with the product, was well made and the colour was perfect. Minor problem, one of the plastic feet on the base of the bed head was crushed, presumably in transit. I have yet to contact the company but am sure they will send a replacement based on their customer service so far.
