Because I live in SA and this business is located in Melbourne, it meant that I'd need to send my phone to them. Apparently, I could have gotten a prepaid envelope sent out, but I just decided to pay the postage myself (with insurance) and send it directly to them without having any delays. After it was delivered, within only a few days of processing, I got paid for the full agreed amount that was on the original offer.

I really couldn't be happier; the whole process was simple and, most of all, hassle-free. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their old phone.

paid this smaller amount instead. So normal price or if they find one of these this is your new price, you then havr to pick yes i will accept the lower price and you give your bank details. My device was perfect in all ways not a mark on it but my battery was 79% so fair I get thst lower price because the battery performance ( i think this is fine i didn't know how to check and was one of the things on the list) instead of offering me thst lower price they offered a completely different much much lower price so it's went from $650 lower price was supposed to be $600 they then offered me $520. I questioned it once and took days to get a response and all that was was telling me the battery percentage ( yes I get this and understand a lower price but it should be the $50 less not $130 less. So that's the first lie situation. Then it's advertised because you give your bank details you can get QUICK PAYMENT 3-5 days. After receiving my device it took 13 days to receive payment and this is after sending a customer support question as ro why I haven't been paid yet. They then tried to gaslight me into having the wrong details in the system as to the reason for the delay, I proved with screenshots that my information on their system was correct and without reply I was paid the next day. The whole process has seemed to be a disaster and all their advising is lies or exaggerated. Do not recommend in the slightest.

Website is easy to use and the quoting system is also straightforward. I provided all details of my phone, including IMEI number which then allows them to fully identify the phone and it's value. Waited for the satchel to arrive, posted the phone in original box to them, only to be told the offer has been revised to $0 as the phone was older… Read more

than anticipated, but they offered to dispose of it for me. Very annoying! Then had to wait for it to eventually arrive back to my PO Box, after which I sold it on MarketPlace for double their original offer!

Used to be a good service. Not now. They say 3-5 business days to get paid. I’ve been waiting 5 business days now with no update on when I’ll get paid. The company uncontactable. Joke

absolute scam!!! AVOID at all costs! Advertise all over their website a certain price for your phone, with a clear $$ alternative given for less quality phones. Once they have your phone they offer you a HEAVILY reduced price for your phone 30% less than even the alternative!!!! Show details
