They denied this and when I requested them to send the phone back to me as it looked like we couldn't resolve the issue they told me they had disposed of it. No warning, no email. They just threw out my perfectly good iPhone. What a waste of time and money. It feels like they stole from me, I feel scammed.
Follow-up · There was no disposal proof given to me at any time. They said they would reach out and follow up with me but I havent heard anything. An absolute scam, avoid at all costs.

the only issue being what I considered to be an extremely small 2 mm long hairline scratch. My offer was then reduced to just $60.
By this point, the entire process had taken one day short of a full month. I accepted the lower offer because I didn’t want to wait even longer to have my phone returned. While I understand refurbished phone companies need to inspect devices, I don’t believe such a tiny scratch justified a 50% reduction in the quoted value, and the overall turnaround time was far too long.
Based on my experience, I wouldn’t use this service again.

After it was delivered, within only a few days of processing, I got paid for the full agreed amount that was on the original offer.
