We had trouble putting together the drawers on the tallboy. The drawers are hard to open now. The other pieces were fine to put together.

This is a great product put is not suited to babies starting off on solids as they can’t sit with their back in the chair correctly and reach the tray table, even though it has clips it must be used on all 4 in order for it to be secure. More suited for 9+ months

day We called the courier to delay this till Monday which was agreed Dec 8 2025: The delivery has still not arrived by the afternoon so we called the courier who advised it would arrive between 4-7pm The delivery does not arrive Dec 9 2025: Tracking link shows that one box has been damaged Dec 11 2025: Mocka is still waiting on the damage report before they can decide if a replacement is needed or not They confirm later in the day that box #2 is damaged and order a replacement Box #3 is delivered without notice and in poor condition Dec 12 2025: We email Mocka and tell them box #3 contains 1 panel and 1 metal rod and ask them to confirm if this is correct Dec 15 2025: Mocka advises this should contain multiple panels and a hardware pack without acknowledging that this is not what we have received After repeating that we have only received 1 panel and 1 metal rod, Mocka says “It is possible that my system is not updated, therefore please wait until the remainder of the boxes are delivered. If once they have been delivered and there is still panels missing, let me know.” We request compensation and Mocka provides a $50 refund of the delivery fee Dec 16 2025: The replacement for box #2 is received and we ask for an expected delivery date on the last box (#1) Mocka says they will follow up with the courier Dec 17 2025: We email Mocka for an update on box #1 Dec 18 2025: Mocka says they will follow up with the courier again Dec 19 2025: We email Mocka again for an update on box #1 Dec 22 2025: Mocka advises that this is taking too long and offers to arrange for a replacement on box #1 instead to be delivered in 2-7 business days We question this as the original box #1 is already at the depot so why would it be faster to arrange for a replacement Dec 23 2025: Mocka advises they have tried to get the original box #1 out but it will still be quicker to get a replacement We request additional compensation and Mocka provides a further $50 refund Jan 5 2026: Over a month out from our order date, we finally receive box #1 After unpacking all the items it turns out we are missing the bed slats and hardware/screws We email Mocka clearly stating what is missing and with images of their assembly instructions circled showing exactly what is missing Jan 6 2026: Mocka asks us to use the assembly instructions to confirm specifically what is missing despite having been provided images already Mocka advises that parts orders will take 3-5 business days to be processed and 2-7 business days to be delivered (they do not have express shipping available) Meaning we will have to wait another 5-12 business days for the missing parts despite waiting over a month already Additionally, we had already told Mocka that we were missing parts on Dec 15 2025 After speaking to their customer service on the phone, they confirm again that express shipping is not possible and provide another $50 refund Jan 8 2026: We email Mocka for an update on the missing parts No reply from Mocka Jan 9 2026: We email Mocka again for an update on the missing parts No reply from Mocka until I have gone onto their website and asked for an update again through their chat function Mocka advises that they have the slats on hand but the hardware needs to be taken from a new product so will add a little extra time to the normal dispatch process Mocka provides us with 2 additional options, (1) refund us for the remaining amount and then we would have to dispose of what has already been received or (2) send us a complete replacement (dispatch in 4 business days and delivery in 2-7 business days) and we would also have to dispose of what has already been received Neither of these options are suitable, all I want is the missing parts as soon as possible so I can finally stop sleeping on a mattress on the floor.

I purchased the Fraser Coastal cot from Mocka and it arrived earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. Very easy to assemble and looks just how I imagined. Pleased with the experience. Show reply

We ordered the Osaka buffet after looking at it online for a few months. The ordering process was quick and the buffet arrived a lot quicker than we thought! The buffet itself was easy to put together with one person and it has been the perfect addition to our lounge area. Show details ·  1

Bedside table is a nice design but unfortunately has a terrible chemical smell we can't seem to get rid of. Customer service were very helpful in trying to rectify the problem but in the end we got a refund. Teenage kids assembled without any trouble.

Excellent delivery service but products are disappointing quality, screws and the wood are very poor. Wood split and drawers have already lost a couple of screws, felt very cheap and flimsy.

After careful consideration I purchased 2 bookshelves to store my children’s books and toys. I specifically purchased these book shelves because of the 30cm height of the bottom shelf as I had purchased storage baskets that were 29cm high. to find out that the height of the bottom shelf was actually on 27.5cm and there for won’t fit my baskets.

I reached out to Mocka online and was asked to provide photos with measurements which I did. After waiting over 30 minutes for a response via the online chat they finally said they would need to check with the product team and would respond via email.

I have had no further follow up or email with a reference number. I have gone back to the online chat and asked several times for an update either via the chat or via email and have still heard nothing.

After having to call customer service for an update they said they would get back to me by the next day. I am still waiting over a week later to hear back.

Cot, draws and mattress look great in my nursery. The product is good quality and has great finishes. Delivery was fast and customer service was great. Cot was easy to assemble, draws were a little harder to assemble but the instructions were great. Show details ·  1

The arlo bed in pink is perfect for my dsughters room. Now she cant hide rubbish under her bed. The bed frame itself is soft for any silly play on the bed. ( what kid doesnt jump on the bed) Show reply
