The installation process was seamless. The contractors were professional, thorough, and left the site spotless once the job was done. The electricians were also excellent — fast, professional, and took the time to explain the remotes and features clearly.
I’ve now had the shutters for a few weeks and they’ve already become one of the best features of my new home. The system is easy to use, with the option of controlling everything via the mobile app or the remotes. The finish is clean, they provide excellent block-out (perfect for night shift), and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

them he wouldn’t be there for the appointment, they wanted to rearrange so he would be there. I obviously told them that was not necessary in the slightest and I would keep the appointment as scheduled. Then, they just didn’t even bother to turn up! Or even let me know they weren’t coming! Highly rude, offensive and disrespectful behaviour. It seems obvious they didn’t attend the appointment because I had told them my husband wouldn’t be present! Why there seems to be an assumption that a woman couldn’t possibly be the breadwinner and be capable of making large financial decisions without her ‘husband’ present is so far out of touch, I can hardly believe I have experienced it in this day of age. Coupled with the rudeness of standing me up, just cements the level of unprofessionalism, disrespect and sexist attitude this company has. I will be happily taking my business elsewhere.

the beep and the quote guy kept on talking before giving the better deal. but anyway you expect the fake calls, they are salesman after all. someone came out the following morning to measure which was a surprise as we were not told he was coming, its lucky i was home, then he said they had an opening maybe thursday to which i said yes, but wasnt told a time or whether that day was confirmed (he went to the front of the house to finish measuring then drove off). to another surprise to see someone on the thursday morning here to install, again lucky i was home, but would have been better to have that all confirmed the day prior. We were kept in the dark through all the organisation which is why you might have such bad reviews via google, you jus need to talk to the customer about what is actually happening. The quote we got is different to what you actually pay a heads up for anyone else.

shutters installed on 3 windows November 2020. There were a few problems which I found which were VERY difficult in getting fixed. They put a hole through my by-rock and initially wouldn't fix and the timber in the eaves was left burnt from them cutting it. It took months to get they wall fixed with multiple calls and emails and being pushed from person to person to eventually have it fixed but painted with the incorrect colour, and the external paint issues ignored. Apparently this is the best they can do. Now I still get calls from them trying to sell more products all the time even with telling them to remove my name and number from the list.

He gave a detailed explanation on all parts including axle etc. Installation came sooner than promised time frame. Installer Paul did a magnificent job. Very efficient and professional installation.
