My GoTo Photobook company – I have done numerous photobooks and happy with the results. Software is okay but sometimes has hiccups as it is slow to respond. Purchase books when on sale and have 3 months to create. Customer service has always been good and prompt delivery.

Customer service is virtually nil – I have used MojoPro for years and done a dozen photo albums. But over the last 6mths I have had problems (new software?). This can happen but what is enormously frustrating is their lack of customer service. progressed ... and half way through an album. So far it's over a week and no resolution of my problem. There seems to be multiple problems at their end in responding to customers' queries.

I love these guys – I have been using Mojo Pro for a couple of years now and love it. Fast, in every way.. I have downloaded the new software and have had issues at all.. I purchase all my deals from Our Deal and there are never any issues with them either..

Great products and service – I ordered 2 years ago, using an ourdeal voucher, and we had no problems doing the book (it takes a fair amount of time but it is worth it). email and gave them as much info as I could about my situation and I heard back from them within a couple of hours (on the site it says up to 2 working days). They gave me in detail what to do to fix it and, voila! Easy to do :). I am now eagerly awaiting my order to tick off the Christmas list! I am very happy with the previous quality when it arrived so I don't expect any different now.

Poor Service – Have used them in the past without issue. This year has been a nightmare, have probably blown my dough as I paid for vouchers in advance. lack of correspondence later - have been trying to get this sorted since Nov 19th, in which time have ordered calendars from another company with delivery today - all 10 calendars at once! Never again, a costly lesson, star rating is 0.

Poor customer service and had multiple software issues – After downloading the software, I found it easy enough to use but once completed, it wouldn't send for printing. Emailed support numerous times but no answer. They charge freight per item and wont consolidate or even compromise for returning clients. When I finally got a hold of a customer service agent, they were rude then said they would get advice from their supervisor.. never replied. Still waiting.

Good quality phonebooks but a little difficult to work out the software, compared to other cos I've – Got a 'deal' and so tried Mojopro. Took ages to down load their software , and quite a little while to work out how to do things. I think it's more complicated than other phonebook companies. I finished the task after labouring over it for a couple of full days... The book arrived though, and it was of very good quality.

Never a problem – I have just finished my 5th book with MOJO. No problems with any -easy to use software, quick and great quality, The only time I had trouble submitting and went over time for voucher it was still honored.

MojoPro Photobooks bought on Ourdeal.com – I bought a photobook about a year ago and it worked fine but this time around, new software that takes ages to download and then it just does not work. MojoPro does not have a phone number you can call with any issues so you have no choice but to wait days to get a response via email. Too hard – Bought a hard cover photo box coupon on my deal. Had to download the software for mojo pro, which took hours (as others have stated), software was too difficult to negotiate, I have given up after trying for a few hours and have not even got the first page done. I have made photo books before with mini box and find them much easier to make. Waste of money.

Fantastic & Very Happy – Not sure why all the negative comments but anyway. Once I downloaded the software I played around with the features offered and had fun learning. If you are an IT wizz = great if not don't even think about it – I used My Deal for a voucher. MojoPro requires you to download software to do anything, it took ages to download at home, I followed the prompts to organise my canvas print but the program didn't want to play with a JPeg, I gave up. long time. I was still unsuccessful in completing the canvas print order even with some help from one of the Marketing staff. Is it me? I don't think so!!!!! I ended up using another web based company without having to download software and it was easily completed and posted on the way to my customer. Love Mojo Pro – Totally disagree with previous review, absolutely happy with Mojo Pro, I don't know what he/she is doing wrong but it is a very simple program to use, and comparing it to other photobooks I have seen the only equal and mainly because of a greater selection of paper choice is Momento (but more expensive) and i believe they are produced at the same company. I have made at least 10 photobooks with Mojo and have nooooooo problems.

Never use Mojopro! – I'm an ex-graphic designer and have easily and successfully used Mixbook, Shutterfly and Officeworks to create photobooks many times. I had taken a chance and purchased a voucher via Our Deals, I now know why they are selling 'cheap' vouchers through this site and I hope no one uses this site as they simply do not know what they are doing, please use any of the a fore mentioned sites as they are professional and prompt and wonderful quality.

Best Photo Product Company ever! – I have been doing business with this company, for about 2 years, now and have never had any issues. The software is fairly simple to use, once you get the hang of it. Printed a few different books, so far, all good print quality (use good quality images, sharpened for print) and fast delivery. Their customer support is excellent! Cannot praise them enough!

Haven't come across any issues – Although I see many people write negative reviews, I haven't had any issues. Always used vouchers, which work. The software is a bit difficult to deal with sometimes (depends on how complicated you want your book) but you can get the hang of it. In regards to bad print quality: this could be related to people's fuzzy photos (they might look good on the computer, on print it's much easier to see if they're fuzzy). Also, the software gives a little exclamation mark icon when the dpi (quality) is too low for a photo, which allows you to immediately identify if a photo might become of bad print quality.

Don't ever use Mojopro – This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. They never return your calls. Make promises that they don't keep. Send badly printed products to you. Avoid this company...

Great Kitchen Tea book – 1) the software is very easy....I have used from other sites and this is easiest 2) super fast print and delivery 3) live chat is an excellent customer service 4) easy to insert entire text

Software so hard to use – I gave up after spending two hours creating a Callander than had trouble ordering it, no wonder they keep offering vouchers no one in their right mind would use this software again

photography business, as does my son and we have never had a complaint from myself or any of my clients. The quality is second to none and I have found their customer service exceeds any ones. i think to be fair you need to find the cause of the problems to determine who's they actually are. In fact a couple of my own clients have commented here also and it's nothing but positive. Judge for yourself, you will love them !

Unreliable software & poor customer service – It took me about 4 hours to finish assembling a 50-page album - shuffling photos between pages is a painful process using the provided software. again and re-send. I did so, but was told the issue was still there. They couldn't tell me exactly what issue it is as the support person probably only got second hand info from someone else. The preview feature of the software showed me all the pages in perfect manner before uploading, yet at the other end issue was found. I have been spending at least 15 minutes each night to remove one photo each time from the problematic page, while hoping it will work in the end, not guaranteed as no one is able to tell me exactly what problem it is.

coupon' spot and it would not accept my coupon. I have had so many emails to the company and even though I am using my # in the subject I am not getting any answer. I am really disappointed as I spent probably 40 hours working on the two books. Looks like I will have to go back to Big W as they are very good as well and I can pick it up for free at our local store. Their backgrounds, frames etc are exactly the same as MOJO. Do not buy from mojopro – I attempted several times to tell them their software freezes and doesn't transmit the file - they asked to find another laptop/PC - so you will notice now when they sell the new vouchers they will have a clause that pretty much puts a caveat on that. The deal was bought from OurDeal, l, but when there is a problem, they refer it back to the vendor, all in all you don't get your product, my $49 was down the drain. Couldn't get my money back. I really would take them both to fair trading if i had the bloody time.

This company does not know what customer service means- Mojo Amateurs – I purchased 2 vouchers to order 2 canvas prints from Mojo Pro. Once ordered the canvas prints were delivered quickly. screenshots of the 2 images I ordered which I took when ordering. I received several emails from both a customer services staff member who told me that I had ordered the wrong image. After several emails of arguing my case I then asked for the Customer Services Manager to contact me who would not know what customer service is just like her staff.

After basically being called a liar I was offered a token discount which anyone on their mailing list can get and in no way ever offered a reasonable way to resolve this incorrectly supplied image. I was told to reorder the image via their website to which I stated I would not trust their system again as I had ordered the correct images and would not risk any further money with their company.

From this manager it appears their motto is customers are never right and I am dead set certain of the images I ordered and sent proof of.

The Customer Service Manager would have to be the rudest manager I have ever dealt with and as such I have reviewed this company to let others know what this company is like to deal with. Delivery was quick - Not much else Supplied an image not ordered and then tell me I am a liar and then refused to replace.No idea of customer service. Mojo Amateurs!

Frustrated to say the least – Am absolutely frustrated by mojo pro software. Spent hours making 100page hard cover book but when completing order as PDF preview the PDF freezes and crashes. Excellent – I am very happy with the hard cover photo book. I have made four books and they are amazing. I am planning to make another three. MojoPro gives an amazing service. Software really easy to use. Uploading the book might takes some time but that depends on the internet speed. Reliable, quick very good quality!
