Awesome service - above and beyond! – Remy & Peter always go above and beyond to help get my boat on the water with bespoke solutions for my rigging. I don’t know what I’d do without them!!

Great price, good returns process and quick comms – Best prices found online and quick delivery, but the reason for the feedback is how the company acted when things don't go to plan. My dealings with Remy was exceptional for both advise and service for both the buying process but most importantly the returns and refund of an item that I had incorrectly chosen. The new order was delivered, return of original item, refund in my account - all in 7 days of my initial contact!

Do NOT use this site to buy – I ordered and paid for a pair of sailing/water sports sunglasses in 9/2023. Never heard anything. Tried using their chat line - no success. Still no sign of delivery. I received one email stating that there was a reply that I had missed and asking if I would like to upgrade the boots at Monkeyfists expense.

I replied that I would like a refund and have received no response.

I have now emailed several times.

I have involved the WA office of consumer protection in the hope of getting a result.

Very slow to deliver – Order #1356385 for a Baltic Sandham Vest Red 50N Buoyancy Aid. The site said 7 to 21 days delivery because it was clearance stock but took closer to 28 days. When it did arrive the jacket was excellent.

Highly recommend – Ordered product on Tuesday evening and received by Friday morning. Excellent as we live regionally and it can take weeks for mail to arrive. Love the caps, great quality and exactly as advertised. Thank you so much! Show details

Very Poor – Same experience as others here. Money taken but no product arrived. Then impossible to make any contact with the seller. Have escalated to fraud investigation.

money returned after mix up – just an update on my gear that didn't arrive. Remy has been in touch and offered me an upgrade or a refund as the original product i ordered was no longer in stock. Just heard from pay pal all good. He is looking into problems with communications as some customers emails are going to spam.

I wish I'd checked here first! – I ordered a cover for my Laser. 2 weeks later, I received the wrong one. No response to my emails. Then got a call from Remy who apologised. Excellent service including good advice and quick delivery – I was concerned about the one star reviews so my first cautious transaction was only one item. I have now placed 4 significant orders with Monkey Fist Marine and all have arrived promptly and exactly as ordered. I can not fault the service and Remmy has been very helpful with sizing. AVOID MONKEYFIST AT ALL COSTS! SCAM – Lost over $200 to this joke of a business. contacted Remy after only 1/2 items arrived, the cheap item and not the expensive one of course, and he has ghosted my emails and calls. This is a scam, you will not receive a refund and never receive your item. Pay a bit more and go to a reputable business. Online shopping from here is not worth it. Absolutely disgusted in Remy and the business.

Scam company – Absolute joke of a company, ordered product and had received no correspondence after multiple emails and phone calls with no response. Impossible to contact this company. Only after my credit card company looked into the transaction for fraud did I finally receive the product after 6 weeks of wasting my time. Dont waste your time, order from somewhere else.

Don't be tempted with lower prices! – I couldn't give a zero physically but would. They have taken the money and not delivered the goods. Ordered in Feb 2022 and in all this time only communicated once when we chased the goods and now not responding at all to any form of communication lines. So they have our money and we have no goods. This place has crash burned – I've ordered from here on and off for years without problem until this year. I lodged a warranty claim on my Garmin Quatix watch in February 2022 and have not had any update since. Looking arounf at other reviews it seems this has become standard practice for Remy at Monkeyfist Marine. Very disappointing.
