Be aware!!!! Moomoo will hold you hostage and charge an outrageous amount if you want to transfer your shares out of their platform. Also, their support is THE WORST I’ve ever seen in the market and the staff can barely speak English. Stay away from Moomoo!!!!

The free brokerage should be activated automatically on new accounts. We should NOT have to jump through hoops on your App to activate this promo!!! It is clearly misleading and deceptive conduct under the Australian Consumer Law. Also, this greedy company charges $55 to transfer your shares out of Moomoo to another broker. Other brokers do not charge for this service!

payment instructions consistent and it took me MULTIPLE times to get my bank account details changed so that dividends were paid to my account and I stopped getting change of bank account letters from MUFG, Computershare et al. Also you can place price alerts with a notification bell but you have no way of knowing which alert just triggered. Gob smacked. Where it all falls down however, is their customer service. Useless. Lots of promises but no follow through. The agents are nice enough, their ESL isn't a deal breaker, but their turn around is pathetic. So if you want a cheaper vehicle for Aust shares and access to US options it does the job. has advised in a phone call that they "cannot find it” even though I can provide the name; phone number and Moomoo bank account details of the recipient. I don't trust their systems which is concerning. The transfer should be very simple to locate with giving the recipient’s name; phone number and Moomoo bank account details. Also, if their is some sort of block that money cannot be paid into Moomoo from an account that they do not recognise, the money should never have come out of my account.

Chinese Fraud Company - Complete Scam! – Worst platform ever. Be careful of this company, it's a Chinese-owned company, even the banks are blocking payments to this platform as it's being flagged "Fraud". In addition the company hasn't a clue what they're doing, they do not secure customer data, and recently they began firing 100s of their staff, this is a really sketchy company.

they said that there has been an updated policy where they will not send you the $10. My concern is not the money, but the fact that they will steal your data and will break any contract with you at their convenience and at any time without earning. Trust has been completely broken. My hope is that others do not fall for this scam.
