I joined as a commbank customer when more was offering a discount. it was something like $9 for 12gb per month which was great because it was all i needed. Then they slowly each month krept the price up, $12, then $15, then $22. company has nowadays that i dont need.
On top of all this their customer service is slow and their website isnt as great as others so id say its a below avg experience.
also, when i cancelled and ported my number over to tpg i still recieved bills for the plan i wasnt even using anymore.

A once a year cost. Pay and forget for 12 months. What more can you want. Excellent coverage throughout Australia. There are some blank areas but those spots are not covered by any telco, unless you have a satellite phone. If you want a pay and forget service, then this is it. disconnected often even with their premium plan (Fast Plus). They interchanged plans for my mobile connections and when requested to switch back, I was denied the initial discounts/offers. Their processes and work around are complicated and strange.
More customer support interactions are a nightmare. The customer support agents most often are not quite acquainted with English. Most of the calls are being answered by Chinese native speakers and they have issues understanding the language.
Uploaded the WiFi data speed test result as of 23/03/2025. There is been no fixes provided till date .

The WORST customer service ever. They close tickets immediately without confirming things are fixed. Cheap plans IF they bill you correctly. I had issues with their advertised price not matching billing. Network is average, you pay for what you get. I had actually better network coverage with a Woolworths plan. More problems than anything. Since I switched to more from spindle I’ve had the worst connectivity. Commuting through Melbourne I will get no reception whatsoever. In the suburb where I live, which is about 20km from CBD, sometimes it will work, and other times not. It’s probably more to do with the fact that More uses the Telstra wholesale… Read more

Be aware of this company. I once registered a mobile plan, somehow they assign me 2 mobile services with a strange phone number that I didn't recognise. Immediately I ask them to remove it and rectify the monthly invoice. Being so scared of overcharge, I asked to move the only phone number to another provider. charge me for the mobile service that wasn't even activated.
Every month, I had to contact them to remove that service and rectify the invoice. Until 6 months ago, they successfully removed that invalid mobile service. No new bill issued since.
But guess what, another bill just appeared again couple days ago, and it also linked to the invalid phone number.
Not sure why it happens to me, but too much frustration already. [Content Removed] service. Never want to be their customer again.

The pricing is competitive, especially with the CBA customer discount, but that’s where the positives end. CBA promo code expires without any notice. You’re not informed that you need to apply for a new code until you’ve already paid for the next month and discover it yourself. I effectively have no usable internet service. network coverage, the data speeds are so slow that most websites time out. This is especially bad in Penrith, where I need the service most, and I experience the same issue in many other parts of Sydney. As a result, I’m essentially paying for calls only.
