Exact same products you can get off Temu for 1/3rd of price. Scam company, making you think it’s an Australian company and selling the real product, not a copied product, like Temu.

Did not receive the toy I ordered, similar product but different named toy in totally different damaged box with no carry handle like the one in my order confirmation. To return and receive a refund I had to pay the return postage to China whilst they make out they have a warehouse in Australia. All emails I sent were responded with a robotic answer which did not address my issues.

Do not buy from this website - my poor 3 year old son opened his present from his Nanny on Christmas Day and his toy airplane was broken. He was devestated and kept asking why it was broken. emailed me back. saying that they have sent out a new one and when we received about a month later. They only sent the main part of the plane so it was missing all the attachements so again my son was utterly dissapointed with his toy. I have now asked for a refund as this is just not good enough. The airplane was not cheap to buy and in all the video's the toy looked huge and it was so small and flimsy. Very very very disappointed. Do not buy from here.

Product arrived directly from China and packaging was ruined in transit. The product itself is terrible quality and not even to Australian standards with button batteries in toys that screw open! This company is Chinese, not Australian and they shouldn’t be allowed to sell here.

Just received a gift...after waiting an extended time for delivery....and arrived in a crushed box with wings detached and bent on the fairy toy. Have emailed back and forth and sent photos. Needed to go out and replace it as my granddaughters birthday was 2 days after it arrived ed broken. Their replies take ages and they offered 20 percent off....am insisting on refund but getting the run around . AVOID

Ordered 2 planes what arrived was nothing like the plane advertised. The planes a flimsy and fall apart. Have emailed Morgams Minis but NO reply. Very very disappointed will not buy off this site again The first photo is what I ordered. The others are what I received.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE An absolute waste of money and time, the website is misleading and not based in Australia. Products are shipped from China and will take a month to arrive and when they do, it is damaged and the product quality is terrible.

Terrible product. Cheap and nasty. Not safe for babies at all. Box arrived completely crushed and they refused to refund or exchange. Best they offered was a 20% refund. Absolutely awful service. Do NOT TRUST OR BUY

Why can’t I issue 0 stars??? I haven’t even received my item. They are aware of this and offered resend or refund. That’s all they did though - offered. This was back on the 4/10. I am yet to hear anything further. Do not use this company.

Ordered for my grandsons birthday and it not only took four weeks when it arrived (too late) it arrived in broken and squashed packaging. Cheap and nothing like on the website for $59 I could have paid $10 at a cheap shop and got better value.

advertisement photos they refused a refund. PayPal also refused my claim because it’s “not significantly different”. At $60 for a cheap Chinese made item, that looks like it’s been squashed by junk on the back of a wardrobe, I’m furious. And they advertised delivery in 10-12 days. It arrived in 30 days. Stating such a short delivery time and displaying Australian Dollars on the site is misleading as to the country of operation. Avoid at all costs!!

decided to test one out before gifting. It was difficult to turn on, didn’t fly as advertised and could possibly injure a young child. The box said Age 13+. I returned them to a Shanghai address and ended up having to pay $30 for postage for faulty goods and misleading advertising.

 Follow-up  · In answer to these reader questions: 1. The switch is small and stiff making it difficult for a child to turn on 2. It fairy is made of hard plastic with some sharp edges and the wings move very fast 3. The website advertised this was suitable for Age 3+ whereas the box had a much higher age suitability rating.

When I raised the issue, the vendor did not offer a full refund unless I returned the product at my own expense to an overseas address in Hong Kong. This was not made clear at the time of purchase, and the business presents itself in a way that strongly suggests it is UK-based, which I later discovered is misleading.

Ultimately, the vendor offered a 30% partial refund on the condition that I keep the incorrect item. I accepted this only because the alternative was to pay costly international return shipping with tracking, which would have made a full refund uneconomical.

Key points prospective buyers should be aware of:

Products may not match what is advertised

Returns may require international shipping at the buyer’s expense

Business branding gives the impression of being UK-based, while returns go to Hong Kong

Partial refunds may be offered instead of resolving the issue properly

I paid via PayPal expecting buyer protection, but learned that even when a seller sends the wrong item, buyers can still be required to pay return shipping to receive a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They sell Ali Express products at a premium price!! Returns are awful and the customer service is so bad. Just keep sending the same generic emails

 Follow-up  · All of the items on this website can be found on chinese sites like Ali Express and Temu. They are selling them at a markup. Back and forth emails avoiding the problem and delay tactics. Paypal dispute usually favours the seller so BEWARE

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

So because of a ‘policy’ (which I will review in a moment as this has nothing to do with a refund or return which their first response alluded to) we’ve got two kids with lame games no doubt because they don’t have an internal packing ‘policy’ for quality control. By the way, these are not additional cards as they state, they are cards never received.

Honestly, do not buy this game from this company and check as many reviews as sites as possible before making any other purchases from them.

Ordered a gift for a 2 year old on 13 December. Failed to arrive for Christmas. Arrived on 30 December. Sent from SYDNEY to MELBOURNE! Wrote emails seeking where the gift was in transit but never received on indication of when it would arrive. No phone number given to talk to someone! Just appalling customer service. was way overpriced and looked like something we had bought for a fraction of the price at a cheap discount store . Despite the statement on their website claiming they offer no hassles money back guarantee they don’t respond in a timely manner and when they finally do they offer for you to keep it and give you a measly refund of a portion of what you paid . I insist no I want to send it back for a full refund . After multiple emails asking them to respond they finally do giving me the details to return it . It’s then that I find they want me to send it to an address in China for an outrageous postage cost even though they sent it from an address in Sydney for $4.95 . I refuse and want to send to the address they sent from and they tell me they won’t accept the return if I do this . Multiple power sources and charging cables were tested to rule out external issues, but the fault clearly lies with the unit itself. For a premium-priced product, this level of reliability is unacceptable.

I contacted Morgan Minis promptly to report the issue and responded quickly to every request they made. I provided order details, followed up multiple times, and supplied video evidence clearly demonstrating the fault when requested. While the video was acknowledged and said to be forwarded for review, the communication after that point became slow and unproductive.

Despite weeks of follow-ups, I received no clear timeline, resolution, or confirmation of whether the product would be replaced, repaired, or refunded. Responses, when they did come, were vague and did not lead to any meaningful outcome. The delays dragged the issue close to the return window, limiting my options and adding unnecessary stress.

Overall, this experience highlighted two major concerns: 1. Product quality that did not meet expectations, failing almost immediately. 2. Poor customer service and lack of timely resolution, despite full cooperation from the customer.

I would advise potential buyers to be cautious, particularly if reliable after-sales support is important. While issues can happen with any product, how they are handled makes all the difference — and in this case, the handling was disappointing.

I ordered a Patter Play wooden puzzle set, $34.95 plus postage. The product I received is manufactured by Treehole and is available on Temu for under $20. Ordered three remote control cars for young children. Three different colours. Firstly the delivery was delayed and way too long. Then the cars arrived and two of the remotes are the same colour, not a deal breaker, but all the remotes control all the cars, not different frequencies, so can not play side by side.
