Scammersh – Wish I could leave negative stars on this Warning to all, never order from this entity. I ordered clothes 1 year ago. Tried to contact no less than 19 times, as order not received. I was told it had been signed for, check with neighbours. Still no show. Glad it wasn't a big order, they ate just scamming unsuspecting individuals.

Scammers – Took my order and money won't reply and haven't seen my order won't even give my $185 back. Placed order in October 2022 hope it would come before xmas but I was wrong. been trying to get my money back ever since. It's not March 2023 still nothing from them.

Goods ordered last November – If I could give no stars that’s what I’d give Took my order, my money & then nothing !!! What a scam!!! I never got my order. They got my address right, but that was all – After confirming my clothing order - I got sent a bit of cheap jewellery and I never got the clothes! They sent an apology letter saying "We are just a small company with a backlog. Please be patient and as a thank you, here is our gift to you." And that was the last I heard. Please don't use this company. Do yourself a favour and go to a real shop that employs real people and you can walk out the door with your purchase.

Rip off – Order placed in October and got an email to say products arrived in Australia 19 November 2022. Been chasing them since December and now (March 2023) emails bounce back. Complete rip off!!!

Total rip-off Run Run Run – Ordered on 5th Dec 22, money taken same day. Tracking supplied then nothing. After raising issues with them updated tracking then total silence. Have raised issue with bank and also Chinese Embassy. A very fraudulent company. 1 star is 1 to many. They are liars. Order never sent Order never delivered

A SCAM COMPANY – I ordered in late Sept 22. The excuses have been unbelievable - including the parcel had been delivered. I proved them wrong with every suggestion they gave and now Mosemall's website doesn't exist but I see the products are still being sold under a different Company name. They've certainly put me off online shopping. I'm disgusted!

I have lodged a Transaction Dispute with my bank. If nothing else, I hope that they blacklist this mosemall scammer to prevent other prospective buyers from being caught.

Mosemall is a scam – Ordered over $350 aus on the 3rd October 2022. Was told it had been posted now 18th January and nothing. Their email hasn’t worked since before Christmas

SCAM ARTISTS – I ordered goods in October of 22. I received an email back saying my order was on its way now January 2023 still nothing and the email address no longer works. Don't order anything from them they just take your money. SCAMMERS.

SCAM of a site NEVER ORDER you will lose your money – I ordered on Oct 2, 2022 and they sent an email on Oct 17th telling me that they shipped my clothing items to me. receive anything from them. Now I just tried to email them again and every email address is returned to sender as undeliverable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY SCAM YOU. I went back into the website that is still up and running and my order number shows all the items I ordered with SHIPPED as the status.

Scam thought I was ordering from Shein – I ordered thinking it was Shein which is what the site said until I got my email. Have emailed several times and they will get back to you within 2 days.....never hear until I email again. Really annoying and frustrating. Don't order from them at all.
