I have just received my shipment and would like to thank you for packaging the glass so well. I was a bit worried that it might break in transit but it is here in one piece! Also, the shipping was very fast so all in all I am impressed.

Do not use them. They delivered me a completely incorrect part to what I ordered. I have been following them up for correction and provide the part which was ordered but they do not respond via email or the contact form. There is no phone number to call either. Use a more reputable company than this.

determined what the correct part was so I re ordered just the one item, as it was quite expensive, plus postage. The part received was nothing like the one I needed and after they spoke with their supplier weeks later they confirmed they sent the wrong one. They provided a return label but failed to mention it was coming from Australia Post and not from them. More weeks later I followed up, found the label and returned the item which was refunded. I asked if they were going to send the correct one but they told me as it was refunded I would need to reorder the part which is now more expensive plus pay postage again. I asked as it was an error on their part to allow me to pay the original price without paying the postage again but they apologised for the inconvenience and declined. A waste of my time and money on all the postage for one single knob. Terrible customer service so won't use them again.

Ripped off – Avoid at all cost. If I could give these clowns less than one star I would. Its been 8 days since i completed at purchase. I haven't had any dispatch notices. No tracking to say the product has even been dispatched. There is no contact phone number for these clowns and the contact forms on their website are disabled, which says it all. Unfortunately I will now have to re-buy the product from a more reputable company.

Excellent Customer Service – I recently bought microwave oven glass plate and although the part I purchased online was incorrect for the oven I had, Mr Appliance customer service assisted with finding the right part and although was more expensive than what I had purchased, they honored the original price and sent correct part. Great, but poor communication – The site was easy to use, the product got to us within 48 hours and was exactly as described. Amazing turnaround. However, I didn't receive a confirmation email of my purchase, and I submitted an enquiry on the website for confirmation and never got a response from them. Pathetic performance 2023 – Avoid this company!!!!! Can I leave minus 1000 stars? Before you press "order" on their site, get a pile of $$$$$ set fire to them, at least you will get a little heat and light for your hard earned cash. I inadvertently duplicated a purchase and paid twice. I emailed them with zero response. Their "Contact us" page, no longer works!!!!!!! There is no phone number to follow up on. Terrible, DO NOT USE MR APPLIANCE – This is an automated store with no customer service. The part you select MIGHT be in stock somewhere in the world, this site seems to just send the order to 3rd parties who MIGHT send it... but they WILL take your money regardless

Don't buy from this company – I ordered a part for my oven. They sent the wrong part. I phoned and the message said to email. I rang again and chose a different option and went through to what I feel is a call centre. The women had a strong [Content Removed] accent. She said she couldn't help me and to email. I've emailed three times and still no reply. I think this company is a scam.

Appalling. Unable to contact customer service. They still have my $$ after 7 months ! – This should have been a simple refund for incorrect parts. Seven months later, 6 emails ignored, customer support phone number goes straight to messagebank. They have received the parts back and kept my money which I am entitled to have refunded !

Edited to add: Today is 29 July 2022 and they’ve now told me they won’t have the part until early September.

Avoid this website – I ordered a part for my stove that cost forty dollars. I ordered it two weeks ago and have not received it. I have emailed the company. Companies that can't supply products should be shut down and not allowed to trade . Especially when everything is expensive and money can't be wasted. I'll be making a report to Consumer Affairs and the AAAC .

TERRIBLE! – Part ordered over 3 weeks ago. No response to multiple emails asking for confirmation the part has been shipped. All phone calls go unanswered. There is an option to leave a message, this has been done but no return call received. Unsure if the part is being sent or if this is a SCAM. If only I had looked up reviews before ordering/paying. Hoping to save others from making the same mistake.

Worst experience ever with this company. I wish I’d taken the bad reviews on board a bit more (got myself to blame for that one!) So many poor reviews that I honestly think the good ones are fake write ups from friends!

Range hood part came quickly, fit perfectly, cheaper than competitor – I was initially put off by the bad reviews here, especially one saying their number is disconnected (I called the number; it worked fine). So glad I ordered from Mr Appliance. The other competitor with this part in stock (Big Warehouse) had worse pricing AND tried to trick me by advertising "Free shipping" then adding $8 for shipping during checkout. Mr Appliance had no hidden fees, no signup required, and a cheaper price!
