Mr Cycling World

I strongly recommend Mr Cycling World and Director Rhys Smith for your next purchase. My recent experience buying bike tyres was that not only do they provide a wide range of parts at competitive prices, but their service is very efficient, friendly and helpful.

I've found Mr. Cycling World to be a great site for a wide range of cycling needs. Their prices are good and the communication from them is top notch. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again and they come highly recommended. IM

Positz S52 Bicycle Chain. Great quality chain for a great price. Friendly and helpful customer service and super fast delivery every time. I put one on my mountain bike and one each of my road racers. They are smooth and don’t slip and they work exactly like they should. Highly recommended

Customer felt the caring experience – I contacted your site to find some rare bike tyres. The administration replyed quickly and let me know they would research immediately. Although the tyres could not be found they updated me with correspondence daily and I felt so happy that they went out of their way help. I felt they actually cared.

Faulty product and no acknowledgement of rights as a consumer – I purchased 2 x 4 packs of Positz 700c Road Bike Inner Tubes 700 x 18-25c. I have never run through tubes so quickly. after pointing out Australian consumer rights and guarantees for replacement of faulty products and including an image of the fault it was still an installation problem.

I will not buy from here again, refused to replace faulty product – In a package of 2 tires and 2 tubes one tube had a hole. Seller refused to admit this is product fault and claimed the hole was made during install. I will not return to this business again.

CACA !! – Bought two water bottles on the first of October and still am waiting for them as it's the 31st of October. No help from their so called reps. Tracking still says ready for processing. Fraudulent business and scummy workers.

Top notch customer service – I purchased some water bottles from Mr Cycling World, then realised I had forgotten to put in an additional item into my cart. I'm back on the road again – I was in need of tyers urgently, but I couldn't find the specific size anywhere. Not only did Mr cycling World have them, they where very cheap but of great quality also. They arrived so very fast. It's very impressive, I have to say.

Great bike accessories at great prices – Purchased a set of road bike tyres + tubes. Great price for good quality and super fast shipping. This is second time buying from the store- highly recommended.

Poor customer service – Pricing is reasonable but if anything goes wrong with your order, they are non-responsive and defensive. It took me a few days and a few emails before getting a reply. In my case, half off the order got sent out and it was the wrong size(water bottles). The other half was out of stock and will not be restocked. Because I only ordered the bottles to avoid the shipping fee and they also did not fit, I chose to return them. Then the returns policy kicks in: 20% handling fee is deducted if you want to do a return, plus you will be paying for the postage. The process has been very hostile to say the least and I will avoid this company wherever I can just for that reason. They should not be advertising items as being in stock when they cannot fill the orders. If they realise their mistake, I dont think it is unreasonable for them to bear the costs of rectifying the problem. No room to move with this company.

Easy transaction, great product – I needed a bike pump for my son, I had no idea what to purchase. I reached out to Mr Cycling World who replied quickly with options. Easy transaction, will use again. Bike pump was a good choice.

Great service – Had to get new tyres for my 15 year old bicycle. Its nothing flash but its a solid bike. The people at My Cycling were so helpful. Lots of help and quick resposes to emails. Products were as described on the web site and arrived in Queensland within a few days. Havent installed them yet but looking at them they appear to be good quality from Sri Lanka.

Worst online store I've encountered – 1. They mark products that are special order as 'In Stock', then set a shipping date for a month after purchasing. The notes about it being special order are buried way below the Add to Cart button. package did finally arrive it was the wrong item. No problem, mistakes happen, but they expected me to pay for the packaging to return it. It's only a few dollars but it wasn't my mistake, why should I pay anything extra? Especially when they're being as rude as everyone else that's left similar reviews has described.

Based on the high % of one star reviews with similar feedback, this seems to be business as usual... Avoid!

Sent me the wrong tube, Normal instead of thorn resistant. email didn't work I sent to another email , still waiting – The photo said thorn resistant I got standard tubes, I wanted thorn resistant It's safer via eBay, at least there is a paper trail. Quick, efficient service .... with progress. Very im pressed – A comment on the Pedals .... they do the job perfectly. I needed to temporarily(?) replace the clip-on racing pedals .... dangerous (for me) in traffic, or sudden stops, when I can't immediately release; I've fallen a couple of times - not good for a senior person! the pedal, needs to incline DOWN about 45 degrees, to ensure a smooth-soled bike shoe can flip it "horizontal" to insert one's foot immediately; the pedals on my MTB are such, always ensuring a positive, reliable foot-in. Fraudulent Seller – Fraudulent seller takes your money and does not deliver what you ordered. Very rude and aggressive replies. I hope nobody else ever has to suffer like I did for making the mistake of trusting this guy.

Scam business - avoid at all cost – I bought a pair of tyres from them. When I received, they were all faulty with holes, cracks and uneven surface. I called them for support. description, they said the tyres meet the "workshop standard", the only problem is their "workshop standard" is actually landfill standard. You won't be able to use them.

More disappointedly, they will not help you to solve the issue. There won't be any refund (they give you credits to buy other crap products from them) and you will need to return the goods with your own costs even if the products are at fault.

Not happy (expresspost advertised) – Express advertised on site ,email to enquire very rude and abrupt answer . Absolutely not recommend this business . Been waiting and still waiting 2weeks.

Quick postage. Good Price. Great Items – Bought two Positz thorn proof tubes. Price was less than from the Positz website. Paid extra for quick shipping but still surprised at how quickly the parcel arrived. Great items too and fitted well.
