We are so confident you will love your Muscle Mat product that we offer a 60 Day Guarantee on eligible items (excluding bulky items such as Cloud Pads and Relax Chairs). Upon return of the item you are entitled to a store credit.

Under this guarantee:

Store credit is available within 60 days of receipt.

Store credit may be issued for verified product faults where appropriate.

Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be approved by us prior to sending. Once approved, the item must be posted within 14 days. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Returns must be posted, we cannot accept returns dropped off at our warehouse.

Store credits are issued in the form of a voucher and cannot be refunded to the original payment method or any other payment method.

uncomfortable, even with a fan on and cotton pj's! After one hot night, the next night ended up sleeping on the cotton sheet over the fitted sheet on the mattress, underneath a light quilt. Bit better as it acted as a barrier.

But now firmness was giving way to too soft for my back. You sink into the topper with not a lot of support. There doesn't seem to be any firmness left after just over a wk.

I'm disappointed and sick of waking up stiff and sore in my lower back and hips. However I am relieved I didn't spend a heap of money on this.

Super sleeper Pro seems to have worse reviews so I just won't be buying another topper. Instead I'll put my hard earned money towards a new mattress altogether. I suggest you do the same.

reading all the reviews were way to high. It didn’t help me at all.Managed to get a little bit of sleep ..Body ached more Didnt help with hip soreness. Have taken it off and started a new search for a new topper .. or new mattress.

Not worth it in the long run – It doesn’t stay on the bed. After a few nights the topper moves do you have a huge gap from between the edge of the topper and the head of the bed. topper, completely prohibitive to sleep. I was waking up sweating in Adelaide, where it has been single digits at night. I also noticed that the mattress topper lost a lot of volume after less than a month of use.

To their credit, muscle mat were very quick to respond to my emails and they were both kind and helpful. The issue is that the customer has to pay return postage which is close to $80 due to the size and weight, almost negating the utility of a refund. They offered a partial store credit for the postage cost, but it just wasn’t worth it.

Overall, I was quite disappointed with this mattress topper, and I would not recommend it to others.
