not have a phone number to get in contact with them so it's email only and they never get back to you! So I'm without a christmas present for my husband and out of pocket $250, do not buy from these people! They are scammers!

Telescope – Horrible service, they don't send you what you order, they send you another similar product at a lower price. I will never buy from that company again.

Works great – Ordered the mini spy camera - works great - price is fair and low compared to most cameras on the market. Will certainly purchase again on this store.

Wasn't scammed like I thought – OK, so I ordered without reading reviews first and thought "oh no, I've been scammed". I never received a confirmation email and I never received a shipping email but I did contact them and got a response that my order had been received and shipped. been better off flushing $80 down the toilet. And the customer service was also terrible. There website said 3 to 5 days Delivery and after 9 days I had to contact them on a regular basis just to get a tracking number only to find out my parcel hadn’t left.

Drone was terrible. No communication to return – We brought a drone. Communication to get the item shipped was great. Though as soon as we wanted to return it we tried to get in contact 4 times with no response. Nothing. The drone didn't fly in the right direction or hover. And the camera quality was terrible.

STILL WAITING DIR MY REFUND – They are not responding emails, they don’t have a phone to contact them, I’m waiting for a refund since two weeks. The drone I ordered was scratched and super bad quality. Don’t buy with them.

Exceptional service all around – website was easy to use and navigate, we bought 2x blenders for our smoothie shop. Communication was good and the delivery company ringed us shortly before the delivery was made.

Customer service was excellent – Got it 2 days late, can't ask for much since it's almost Christmas and Auspost is getting congested. After a couple of emails exchanged with the customer service they reassured the item would arrive soon, they even refunded me $10 for the delay caused by Auspost. best customer service ever.

So far so good – Ordered 3x mini cams, work fine, no issues. Now using them to monitor my home (indoor).

Pretty decent quality, swift delivery, good customer service – Ordered a projector, got here in Cronulla in just 2 days. Overall quality is good, they were also able to answer my questions swiftly.
