I will never, ever use or recommend this service to anyone. Once youve paid they dont care about you at all. They give half responses and if you call, youll likely speak to someone so rude its almost unbelievable. We had an issue with flights and the guy from MyFiji literally laughed at me over the phone. but didnt provide any useful information or help. Just kept telling us we needed to book an additional flight home at our expense (this wasnt the case at all as confirmed by the airline) Eventually I hung up on him because of the rude and uncaring tone he took and called the airline who reluctantly spoke to us (given we had booked through an agent), told us we had been given the complete wrong information and caused a huge amount of stress for no reason. There was no addional flight needed and the flight we were concerned about was NEVER cancelled and our agent would have been able to check this. Lacks professionalism, compassion and most importantly, the ability to help clients when things go wrong. As soon as we return from our holiday we will be making contact with a senior person at this company and seeking compensation. I strongly advise anyone wanting a holiday in Fiji to use a different company to book because once youve paid with this company, they wipe their hands of you.

Beautiful getaway at the Marriott – Our travel agent Natalie organised a lovely 5 night stay at the most beautiful resort in Fiji. We got an upgrade to an overwater room ( organised by The Marriott) which made our stay even more memorable at no extra cost. Natalie got us a great deal with many " freebies" that saved us heaps! Wonderful trip, excellent value – After a false start with "My Cruises" during the covid peak period, my wife & I utilised our refund credit to book a deal with My Fiji at the Sheraton Denarau in November 22. Although I can't recall her name, the lady who booked our trip & chased down our previous refund was fantastic & has restored our faith in the Ignite travel group. balcony’s - we are non smokers which meant we were not able to use our balcony and enjoy sitting watching the waves come in, we could not leave our door open at night to hear the waves either. Inclusions - there were many great inclusions listed for our package, however, these were not all available as stipulated, they were simply not provided or they were not provided as described. Both of these aspects really let this package deal down!

My Fiji offered us a Fiji Resort Holiday loaded with a big list of extras that we were going to be provided with. Fiji's extras without resistance. In other words, it was a slick and well organised package holiday. I would not hesitate to use My Fiji again, in fact, I would probably go out of my way somewhat to use them again, assuming of course, their prices remain competitive. Recommend this travel agent. Don't be concerned of being ripped off or anything like that, these guys are legit, and what they offer will happen and no hidden charges. You get what they sell you.

I emailed 3 times no response, I called up and was asked to call back (due to Cyclone Alfred), I called back a week later asked for amendment quotes - the new quotes were 3 times the amount of the price stated online. again and asked for availability of a resort and they said there was none. As I was suspicious I asked a friend to call up and ask for a quote for the exact dates at the resort I was told had no availability - and she received a quote! I then had to call back and show them the quote (there was 15mins between them telling me no availability and my friend that they had availability). They then tried to double the price, saying the quote was for 1 person, it was not. They then tried to charge me double the amendment fees. This was 3hours on the phone. Such a horrible experience. Their staff in Nadi who greet you with so much warmth and care upon arrival is always something to look forward to.
