It was wonderful.
Everything was excellent..no unexpected add ons. I booked 6 days with breakfast included plus 3 dinners and a complimentary drink at night.The staff at the resort were very attentive and went out of their way to make me comfortable.

Great Holiday
No additional costs were incurred after booking - our booking was for a package of flights and accommodation at the Sheraton in Denarau. We had a great holiday which met our expectations

Excellent service, nothing too much trouble.
We had to change our accommodation after we arrived. My Fiji's after hours service were fabulous and went over and above the call of duty. I have booked 4 Fiji holidays thru them.

Fiji Holiday
We booked a 7 night stay at the Marriott on Momi Bay for a belated honeymoon celebration, taking our 14mo old daughter. The booking process was incredibly easy, the agents were happy to organise quotes for a few resorts before we settled on one and we really liked that everything was covered under the one price. It really was a stress-free way of planning a holiday and we found it was great value for money considering all of the inclusions!

I have chosen to use and recommend MyFiji for the past few years for our annual holiday. Back again.
I believe this is my 6th trip with My Fiji so that answers everything. No extra costs. When I had a problem with the hotel after hurricane Winston, My Fiji were most helpful and even got me a refund.

The holiday... Great. The service... Poor.
We booked an 8 day trip to Fiji, and the holiday we booked was delivered. There were no hassles with broken promises, but the resort was definitely not 5 star.
My Fiji however get a two star rating because their service and accuracy was appalling. After the initial quote process where the chat was friendly and the paperwork was prompt, once money changed hands there were huge and multiple errors that were frankly embarrassing for the company. I found about half a dozen problems over the 4 months leading up to our trip and never once was an apology offered, not even a "whoops, sorry about that". We booked a 7 night all-inclusive Fiji holiday. After we received our quote we found out we had to change the dates but the staff helped us with no problems. We were very happy with the customer service & with the cost of our family holiday. We definitely recommend My Fiji.

No problems booking via My Fiji
I booked a 5 night trip at the Westin Denarau including flights for a family of four. We were traveling to Fiji for a friends wedding and My Fiji were very helpful to put together a few packages for me to choose from that would suit our needs.
The communication was great and the turnaround time to respond to my queries was always timely.
The only problem we encountered, which was no fault of My Fiji, was our flights home were cancelled a week out from us traveling and we were changed to a flight for the following day in the evening. This didn't suit us as we had to return for work commitments. My Fiji were exceptional when it came to finding a solution and getting us home on another flight.

Shocking customer service!
We are due to fly out on our holiday to Fiji in 3 days time and have not yet received our tickets or any travel documents, I have called twice in the last 2 weeks. The customer service has been terrible! No apology at all! I was told “if our documents team has time they will send it today”! Starting to wonder if we have been scammed...

Do the bookings have to be paid in one amount or can there be instalments?

There is usually a deposit of around $2000 or a percentage of the amount, then you have till 2 months before the departure of the trip to have the trip paid in full.
Besides the deposit the rest of the bill can be paid in installments.
