Very good after sales support – I purchased 2 items, Enerdrive 40A DC DC lithium charger and Enerdrive 240V 20A lithium charger. I couldn't get the 240V charger to work correctly. Contacted Mygenerator by email and got a prompt reply with suggestions of what to check. It was a high resistance connection in existing camper wiring causing the problem. Great service from mygenerator. And great prices.

Purchased a Bushman camping fridge and was immediately given an order receipt. Thought it would take about 5 days. Noticed on the shipping notification it was being sent to Townsville, not Brisbane. intercept the fridge on the truck, which they did in Brisbane. They said sorry, but clearly it wasn't a priority because it still took 3 days to move the fridge from the southside to the northside, and then when it arrived it was the wrong fridge. I had to take the fridge and wait for the transport to come back to pick it up. All invoice paperwork was correct and showed what should have been delivered. After I called mygenerator again I got another sorry, and they said they would get it sorted. It's now been 2 weeks and still I have no fridge. Both companies really don't give a toss about the customer. The third sorry is that I regret using this company.

Ordered a Dometic NRX60C fridge and received an invoice (full payment) at 12.09pm on 16/4/25. Advised immediately after initial phone call that 'Ship to' address was incorrect and a second invoice with the correct address was issued by MyGenerator at 12.17pm on 16/4/25. email (total 4) to MyGenerator failed to provide an ETA of the fridge at the correct 'ship to' address. Seems that they have no ability to affect delivery schedule with logistics service provider or to get timely updates. With no ETA available, I was left with no option but to cancel the order. I acknowledge that mistakes can be made with online transactions but it is the measure of a supplier that they can recover from mistakes quickly and make things right. MyGenerator have failed to make things right. Very poor response to what should have been an easy fix. I have to buy quite a lot of equipment for a campervan build but will now have to look for an alternative supplier. I would not recommend dealing with MyGenerator based on this experience.

Not a good experience – After waiting 26 days for the express delivery I finally set up the generator , filled it up with diesel only to find out that the fuel line had a large split in it and no tap in it either to turn it off . So after fixing the fuel line I spent the rest of the day trying to clean a tank full of diesel out of the generator .Hopefully no more surprises but I am not to confident about it

So very happy with Kings. Our generator stopped working, took it back, they tested...no compressuon. Replaced without any issues, could not be more helpful, even threw in a cover and a head lamp. Thanks kings Kangaroo flat, you guys are champions.

Temporary Discount pricing appears to be closer to permanent – Ordering process was fine, delivered in a couple of days. My only problem was that when I was searching for the item, My Generator had a ticking clock, saying price was time limited so I ordered before expiry. Problem was day after I ordered, same ticking clock was there with now later expiry.Current price is now $33 under what I paid, plus another $40 at checkout, and oh yeah the the timer clock is going again on this deal, so don't rush in!

Great Service – I have been a customer of My Generator since 2019 and always experienced great service. My latest purchase of an Anti Flap Kit was short one awning arm. Upon contacting My Generator, they quickly acknowledged the issue and shipped the required arm overnight.

Forget about after sales service! – I hope those people who gave rave reviews about delivery and installation never have a problem which requires home service. There appears to be no such thing. All they can suggest is take my 90 kg generator 60 kms away and they might be able to help. So the bottom line is that this outfit provides no after sales service, only unhelpful suggestions.

Yamaha EF2400IS – Dealing with My Generator directly was a good experience. They had the generator in stock and dispatched it quickly. Unfortunately the shipping company that they used lost track of my delivery and were very unhelpful in finding it and getting it to me. Delivery finally happened but was extremely slow. I was happy with the support that I got from My Generator in dealing with the shipping company and I am very happy with my purchase.
