Bought the poco x8 pro max 512gb from this store, was shipped quickly and the box came factory sealed, I am also happy that they didn't send the European version as those don't come with the 100w charger. I couldn't be happier with the product & service supplied to me by Shane @ Mymobile in Brisbane. The phone retails for $2199 & i got it imported by Mymobile for $1530. I was worried about paying this amount of money on line for a phone, but I'm so glad i did. After ordering, i called Mymobile three times between the 21st of June and the 3rd of July. Each time Shane picked up the phone & answered all my questions. If you want an excellent brand new product @ a awesome price, i can highly recommend Mymobile. arrived in 8 days after the new order was placed. Overall a very nice experience. Phone is brand new as advertised and hopefully there will not be any issues with the phone. Will update in a few months.

call as advised. Finally got phone 10 days later. Phone was faulty was told that is impossible. Took claim to paypal everything was taking so long I live in a rural area and need a phone and I was desperate and went direct to phone manufacturer who helped me out. In the meantime much later because I had paid through paypal and had put in a dispute I got the okay to send phone back for a full refund finally but by then it was too late as I was dealing directly with the phone manufacturer. Waste of so much time and there customer service sucks. Never again.

either. Why do these companies advertise products that are not even in stock? It's such a time waster and so frustrating. However, to MyMobile's credit, they did give me an immediate refund into my account after I demanded it. Buyer beware!

received a message from him informing me of this. He then says he will send it. I explain that I am leaving Australia in a few days so if there was a faster way to get I would be very appreciative but if not I will pay for the international shipping costs myself. He says he will send it express. July 20th - Still no phone has arrived at my Australian address so I sent an email asking for a tracking number so I can see where it is but no response. July 24th - I sent another email explaining that due to the failure to provide a tracking number I would like a refund. Still no response. July 25th - Sent another email. No response. July 27th - I call the company. I state that I would like a refund. Shane gets annoyed but then says he will send it to the accounts team to sign off on the refund. Also says, they were waiting on my mystery debit and then I explain to him I already did that on a previous call. August 8th - I call the company. Shane says he is too busy to talk and to call back later (note he does this with every call). I explain that I've been waiting for a refund and he then puts me on hold and never picks up the phone again (despite calling on an international line). I call back multiple times but I can't get through and then finally a woman answers. She says to send an email to [Name Removed] but I explain that I've already tried that. Sent an email and you can probably guess what happened. August 23rd - Still no refund

At this point I've accepted I've lost the money until I can physically go into the store when I visit Brisbane soon. Reading through some of the other comments, please do note that [Name Removed] is the director of this company. Just google the MyMobile and [Name Removed] to see for yourself. So he does have the power to process whatever he wants within the company.

Please whatever you do use another more reputable mobile phone seller. There are plenty out there and thankfully this was only to purchase a back-up phone for overseas therefore I'm only missing a few hundred dollars.

That aside, why did it take 11 days to be told there was no stock? Would I have ever been told if I had followed this up?

I was then offered alternatives that were $200 more than what I paid. Understand the attempt to help but there was a reason for choosing the phone in the price range I went with.

I asked for a refund while I thought of alternatives. I was told this might take a day or two but as I paid with PayPal, should be pretty quick.

All of the above was the 23rd of February, it is now the 6th of March. I've received no refund, no update to order status, no communication. However in that time, I've purchased and received a phone from a competitor.

Used this store before, when it works. Everything is perfect. When it goes wrong, good luck.

miffed than no advancement had been made. Emailed Monday night/ Tuesday morning, two day to respond with ": hello we have Black and purple in stock. " on the 5th. As it is the 18th of May one full month on from the order, 13 days without response.

I have spent 25 years in customer service, never given this type of treatment, i get response emails from ebay users selling thing for $2, they have had my payment for 30 days. have scrounged money enough to buy refurbished phone from another company. still nothing from PayPal.

Every time I call it's the same person that answers, but only the manager has any authority to do anything, he leaves "notes" for his manager, but nothing ever happens. I was told that my refund had been actioned two days ago, but nothing is showing on PayPal (But another refund from a different vendor, processed yesterday showed up that day). I was told to contact the manager next week if the refund hadn't been processed - I'm thinking I'm being lied to, just to get me off the phone, and buy some more time.

I would NOT recommend buying from this vendor online, only in-store (if you really have to), as it seems online orders are not dealt with the same priority as walk-ins, regardless of how many days you have to wait.

UPDATE 19/04/21: I've been chasing up my refund, and I keep being told it has been done, but my order details on their site still shows as being at the Warehouse, and my PayPal account doesn't show any refund pending.

UPDATE: I finally got a refund, but I had to call and email every day.

then they need to order parts for it. What a joke. When I ask for a new phone instead, their excuse is the technician tried to ring me twice. Yes I didn't answer but I rang back and told them to do a factory reset and since then heard nothing from them. Still waiting on my phone to come back to me, it will be 4 weeks without it this coming week. If I don't get it before the 30 days as promised on their website I will insist on a new phone or else turn to consumer affairs. Here's hoping I get my phone back next week in a fully working but pristine physical condition which I had sent it in!

Polite shop assistants but repairs not great – I have been in on 2 different occasions to get repairs done on a broken iPhone screen and later to get a repaired iPad screen. When I took my iPad right before I went overseas (I swore I wouldn't go back but needed it done quickly). as I was leaving I overheard one guy telling the other asistant it was an iPad pro (which it obviously isn't and might have cost more to repair) so I had to go back and insist they look and see it was just a plain iPad 5.

They repaired it quickly but I soon realised that the repair wasn't done properly either since the screen constantly locked within seconds of opening it and was barely useable and until I took it somewhere else to get repaired again - and guess what? It's been working fine ever since.

Also, while I was dropping my iPhone in I asked for a screen protector for my Google pixel 2 and the shop assistant kept trying to tell me that a screen protector wouldnt "fit on my phone with that case" (it was a case I'd had on the phone for months that fit perfectly). He wouldn't put the protector on it unless I bought a $50 Google pixel case from him. I ended up telling him id go elsewhere and suddenly he sold me the screen protector, and of course it fit on the phone fine. It was very strange for someone who's an expert at a phone shop and I'm sure an attempt to get me to spend more money.

Tony , from My Mobile,CBD fixed the issue for me in a day. He even opened the phone and its screen without damaging just to make sure the issue wasnt because of any faulty touch. He engineered the volume button to work as the power button. And now my favourite phone works good as new. I would any day suggest trusting a damaged mobile with them for repair.
