Good price and on time delivery
Ordered a S21 ultra mobile. By mistake I ordered the snapdragon version which does not have the Australia supported 5G bands enabled. So requested a change in the model. Customer support were very helpful and they changed the order with me paying the minimum price difference between the two models. Price was the cheapest I could find. The phone arrived in 8 days after the new order was placed. Overall a very nice experience. Phone is brand new as advertised and hopefully there will not be any issues with the phone. Will update in a few months.

I was nervous because of mixed reviews, however, my experience exceded expectations. I was happy I could use paypal as a payment method giving some additional comfort. I was informed regularly by email as to the status of the order. The order, whilst originating overseas, arrived in short time. The price was very competitive, even when comparing with similar "gray" products.

Terrible Comms and customer service and they have no idea about their stock levels
Purchase was made on the 28 March 2021
The phone I ordered was out of stock, and at no point did they contact me when things went wrong with the order. They blamed the Easter break initially, then they finally realised there was no phone.
They couldn't sort out a new phone or another one that I wanted, so I asked for a refund, but 2 days later still nothing from PayPal.
Every time I call it's the same person that answers, but only the manager has any authority to do anything, he leaves "notes" for his manager, but nothing ever happens. I was ...told that my refund had been actioned two days ago, but nothing is showing on PayPal (But another refund from a different vendor, processed yesterday showed up that day). I was told to contact the manager next week if the refund hadn't been processed - I'm thinking I'm being lied to, just to get me off the phone, and buy some more time. I would NOT recommend buying from this vendor online, only in-store (if you really have to), as it seems online orders are not dealt with the same priority as walk-ins, regardless of how many days you have to wait. UPDATE 19/04/21: I've been chasing up my refund, and I keep being told it has been done, but my order details on their site still shows as being at the Warehouse, and my PayPal account doesn't show any refund pending.
Terrible customer service AND warranty claim
My phone, a Redmi Note 9 pro, needed a warranty claim because of a hardware problem with the finger print sensor - which didn't work. Their warranty claim is almost non existent when you consider that they sit on your product for 3 weeks doing nothing on their desk after they have received it, and after inquiring about my phone they decide it's then they need to order parts for it. What a joke. When I ask for a new phone instead, their excuse is the technician tried to ring me twice. Yes I didn't answer but I rang back and told them to ...do a factory reset and since then heard nothing from them. Still waiting on my phone to come back to me, it will be 4 weeks without it this coming week. If I don't get it before the 30 days as promised on their website I will insist on a new phone or else turn to consumer affairs. Here's hoping I get my phone back next week in a fully working but pristine physical condition which I had sent it in!
Great assistance with delivery.
I purchased a mobile during Chinese New Year . The delivery was delayed because of the holidays. I rang the department responsible for posting and explained I was on a tight timeframe. The assistant understood my predicament and express posted the mobile which I received the next day. The service was exceptional and I am very satisfied with MyMobile Group.

wanted to try a snapdragon version, was very hesitant as it a lot of moolah but glad I did i got a mad phone at a mad price in a week flat, been using like 5 days now and no issues, will come back if any issues arise
Very bad customer service
No communication. Purchased camera lenses for a terrific price. The lenses were not available and mymobile never told me. Last I heard my lenses were being shipped, no they weren't. Some communication would have saved a lot of headache. I found out through my bank.
my sister went to pick up a iphone for me and it works grate no problem she also said they were nice to her and gave her a free cable and refunded my shipping cost

Brought a phone from there today. Great service but as my phone had died and I couldn't price match, I went there and got a phone as they seem cheap.
Would have saved $110 had I shopped anywhere else.
Other than that good shop.

Sigma 150 600 mm lens
I have just received my Sigma 150 600 mm lens from My Mobile group. It came from Hong Kong in less than a week in excellent condition, well packed and protected. I have never ever received goods so fast from HK before. The price was excellent and included GST so no problems there. Thank you for such an excellent service experience My Mobile. They will give me $10 off my next purchase but honestly that is not why I am writing this review, I may never need to buy from them again, but they deserve recognition. Well done.

Dissatisfied! It's a shop that cheat others money! Don't patronise unless you wanted to be cheated! Not only did you tarnish your shop image... You completely destroyed the Australian reputation!
Polite shop assistants but repairs not great
I have been in on 2 different occasions to get repairs done on a broken iPhone screen and later to get a repaired iPad screen. The first time I got my phone back I assumed it was damaged and that's why the touch screen and home key only worked occasionally, until I took it somewhere else and got it repaired properly and I've had no problems since.
When I took my iPad right before I went overseas (I swore I wouldn't go back but needed it done quickly). as I was leaving I overheard one guy telling the other asistant it was an iPad pro (which ...it obviously isn't and might have cost more to repair) so I had to go back and insist they look and see it was just a plain iPad 5. They repaired it quickly but I soon realised that the repair wasn't done properly either since the screen constantly locked within seconds of opening it and was barely useable and until I took it somewhere else to get repaired again - and guess what? It's been working fine ever since. Also, while I was dropping my iPhone in I asked for a screen protector for my Google pixel 2 and the shop assistant kept trying to tell me that a screen protector wouldnt "fit on my phone with that case" (it was a case I'd had on the phone for months that fit perfectly). He wouldn't put the protector on it unless I bought a $50 Google pixel case from him. I ended up telling him id go elsewhere and suddenly he sold me the screen protector, and of course it fit on the phone fine. It was very strange for someone who's an expert at a phone shop and I'm sure an attempt to get me to spend more money.

Product as described, timely delivery
I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy s9+ from My Mobile. I placed the order on the weekend and had a question concerning the purchase requesting verification before proceeding. I received a phone call early Monday morning and discussed the question I had with them. The phone was despatched later that day and arrived in rural NSW Wednesday after leaving Brisbane Monday afternoon. The phone was in the original packaging and as described on their website.

I already did just after I asked the question and found that they hardly got any cell phones and their prices of the sony Xperia waterproof z3 compact is expensive

Well sometimes its a matter of luck to be honest I bought 2 phones from them without any issues whatsoever and my most recent phone is from android enjoyed because of the price but the service is not cheap meaning First order was cancelled because goods was no longer in stock and second time phone was not an Australian stock with manual/charger for different country so it took me a while to start up the phone
