2 men late at night in my own apartment that were telling me the contract was non negotiable. They were aggressive in trying to get me to sign saying there was no damage. They walked their dirty shoes through my carpet and invited themselves on the balcony where they had phone conversations with someone. We were 2 young girls being stood over by 2 grown men. They dodge calls when you try to complain and hang up on you. I would never use them again!

Change workers – Not professional, takes time and works very slow, also didn’t realise the travel charge fee which they didn’t mention on the first phone call. 1 worker asked way too many personal questions about my personal life and why I was moving. Felt very uncomfortable.

DO NOT USE – Movee is the rebranded company of My Moovers. Our experience was that a removalist walked out on the job, swore and abused his colleague, complained in the first five minutes regarding the move which was accurately discussed with Moover. from Movee to the contractor was limited ( one sentence). Movee changed the time the day before and reduced the available hours for the move. Didn’t fulfill the terms and conditions in agreement as half of our belongings are still at our old place and no alternative as outlined in the terms and agreement on the website. One phone call to raise the complaint initially and no return phone calls after this with no attempt to resolution. Just ignoring and deflection by Movee. Two of us then completed and assisted the one removalist. We were then forced to pay for a service not provided, with 2 of us competing and under the unimplied threat of not completing the unpacking of the truck( which we assisted) or for further removal. We were asked for payment before completion not at a discounted rate which was to be confirmed when initial complaint was made and there was no phone call back. Will be looking at ACCC, Fair Trading NSW, and small claims with other legal avenues to have appropriate compensation and action.

serpent the morning being verbally abused by the landlord so were probably in a rush to get out. Tenant wasn’t happy with how her belonging were left and sent a photo. Unfortunately this job was a difficult situation so moovers probably did what they could given the circumstances.

uniform, they complained the whole time about the job, claiming it was a hard job (1 double mattress, 1 bed frame disassembled, 1 cot dissembled, 1 cot mattress, 1 fridge 270lt, 1 washing machine, 1 3seat couch, 1 armchair, 6 chairs, 1 table disassembled, 2 carpets, 1 solid wood 1.5 x 1.5m bookshelf, 2 chests of drawers, 1 pram, 1 guitar, 1 floor lamp, 2 bedside tables, 2 coffee tables, 1 high chair, 2 hand luggages, 2 large luggages, 1 baby car seat, 1 bin, 1 laundry basket, less than 20 boxes 55x45x35cm), they did not protect any piece of furniture or wrapped the mattress in plastic, they were intentionally slow (the job is payed by the hour) and patronising, speaking behind our back in a language that we could not understand. Once loaded the truck they left for dinner and showed up 45 minutes later with no notice, they started unloading with absolute no care hitting staircase walls and handrails. My partner alone carried more boxes up the stairs than they did. At the end of the job all our furniture were scratched and stained and the removalists would just acting like that was not their problem. The holding deposit was taken from my debit card asking my security code. The removalists wanted us to pay before the job was ended, holding our fridge and washing machine inside the truck until the payment was done. They tried to force us to pay by credit card (to pay a surcharge) and tried to make us pay for the time they were out for dinner, claiming the job was harder than usual. We finally convinced them to be payed by bank transfer and the payment was made to a different name than the company.

I lodged a compliant as per the company terms and conditions but i had no answers. My partner called to complain and they said they would have sent via email some forms to be filled, but we never received them. I finally sent them a letter of compliant as per Fair Trading and gave them a week, but again I had no answer.

Fraud and unprofessional (damaged furniture) – 4 bedroom house. They were 6 hours late. I constantly called for more than 15 times as I was not notified for late arrival. minute. Their truck got stuck for 35 minutes which they charged me for. Also, they broke my shelf which was in perfect condition and they dented and scratches most of my furniture including my piano. They charged me for folding up their cloth and for trying to fix a shelf they broke. When they moved my items out of their van, it was placed badly and not installed. The main removalist harassed me and insisted I paid cash. Initially, they only wanted to give me $5 off per hour but having to pay for their breaks and them trying to fix furniture they broke on top of everything is not right. Because I refuse to pay for the extra charges, they charged my credit card without any authorization. I have sent an email to the company which was ignored and have called them numerous times where they either placed me on hold or hang up on me instead of talking to me. On the bill, they charged me even more than what they quoted excluding the discount. Considering they are unwilling to speak to me and have charged my credit card without authorization, they are a fraud and your home will not be safe with them. I will be bringing this to fair trading... Attached is proof of their bad workmanship. I have at least 15 more photos...

Finally I got in contact with my Moovers who hung up on me, wouldn’t take my call and eventually told me they were not able to move my belongings until a Sunday or Monday!!! Meanwhile we have to get out of the current house today!!! They knew this and were fully aware of my time frame. It only are we now stranded, we have taken time off work and coordinated to fit in with my Moovers! They basically had no cares in the world. Pretty much, bad luck! I have read all reviews and am alarmed at the bad service. Perhaps I should have read them prior to booking as I would never had of booked with such a disgraceful company. This has now put us out of pocket! Undue stress and stranded. Honestly please do not book with these people. They are lovely to start with on the phone and they make it out nothing is an issue and they are reliable. Yesterday I called them to ensure everything was ready and they said it was. I even stated on the phone, I hoped it wasn’t a scam and was told it wasn’t. I should always go with my gut instinct. Because what felt wrong was very very wrong!!!! I am going to make a complaint to fair trading today about the issues and the fact I have requested my deposit back to no avail.

Never hire it again and don’t recommend to anyone. able to do it. In the end, the removal took two hours longer than I expected and to sum that up, I got a complaint from the neighbours about a damaged light fitting (photos attached). For those I would give them three stars, but here is main problem: they answer fast to sell their services but don’t care about your problem after the job is done. I’m trying to contact the company about it, but once I say that is a problem, they put me on hold and don’t answer back, this happed many times, totally disgraceful. Very bad service, I will never hire it again and don’t recommend to anyone, even if it cheaper, don’t worth it: I end up pay more for the extra time spend and another for the damage by myself (which was the removalist responsibility).

Hard working, polite, lovely people – A 3 bedroom town house, with some large and cumbersome pieces. Moving only 1km away, started and finished on time even with steady rain all day. The men were professional and obliging. I would have given 5 stars, but a wieldy chair was left in the garage and a heavy marble patio table was left behind. I will need to hire more help to move these pieces.

Excellent Company and Great Customer Service – Moving out of a 1 Bedroom apartment to another. The time slot given on the day of the booking was accurate. The 2 men were very polite and very professional and took care of all my items. Once completed the company called to make sure all went well.

between 3-5pm but more than likely 4:30/5pm.

The driver arrived at the property at 4:46pm, came up to inspect the apt, immediately complained about the size of my sofa, it’s a regular 3 seater. The only large items to be moved was a fridge, washing machine, sofa and bed… they slowly started to take belongings down to the truck at around 5pm.

After 2 hours to load the truck they arrived at the new property, which is approx 3km away, at 7:26pm. It was dark. Immediately one of the removalists (they never told me theirs names) started complaining, huffing and puffing. It took them 30mins to get one item into the property, and 1.5hrs to get 3. Then they started moving my belongings into the property. I had boxes marked with the room yet they kept asking me where to put things or they just dumped it wherever. They had no protective booties for their shoes and my place had carpet. It had been raining that day.

They continued to slowly bring my belongings up and one continued to huff and puff and say how tiring it is.

I’m now discovering that my turntable is broken and a huge scratch across the front of my fridge door.

All up I spent $770 to move a 1BR apt with hardly any furniture. They took almost 5.5 hours.

I asked if I could pay on the Monday after speaking w staff at Movee, the man refused, he wouldn’t leave my living room until I paid him, it was approx 10:30pm, I live by myself and felt very unsafe at that point that I just paid.

I was taken advantage of - I sent multiple notes to Movee and have been ignored w no compensation.

cable wasn’t long enough and all of the extension cables were still packed away and it was a couple of weeks or so before I could find them. My daughter sorted out the cables and she was able to get a one that was long enough to plug into the power supply. After we switch the tv on we were taken aback because the screen had a huge shattered crack. I contacted the removalist company and told them about the damage to my LG television and asked them for a refund. They said they will get back to me. Unfortunately they never. I contacted The Nsw department of Fair trading and lodged a complaint against the removalist company. If I don’t get a reply from the company I’m going to take them to the small claims court.

I have had to contact them several times and they don't return my phone calls. Complaint tickets of the same nature with relation to the situation were raised on their website and yet no one bothers to contact. If you want your belongings safely moved then i suggest you go elsewhere.

movers, then once you pay the deposit, you’re at their mercy of inept people carrying your belongings without any care and taking all the time in the world so the clock ticks at $130 an hour. It took almost 6 hours to move a one bedroom flat to a garage 10 mins away. Everything was packed and organized and the drive said “yes” to everything I said without understanding a word so he wasn’t doing as I asked. Dropped my TV, stained my couch, scratched my bookshelf and stacked my belongings with the know how of someone who has never made a move in his life. Shame on you people, do the job you promise and earn your money in a dignified manner!

Capable team – Move from Asquith to stanmore. Movers came on time. Unfortunately the recommended truck size was too small to fit all my items so I had to move some items myself. A few items were broken however the movers were friendly and professional. Really appreciated the courtesy checks from the office team during the day.

Good communication – Guys kept us informed where they were, which was good. The hourly rate is PER PERSON so our bill was higher than expected as this was not explained. However having said that, the guys were very friendly, courteous and efficient.

Great service – A two bedroom apartment to a three bedroom house. About 300km, it took all day through no fault of the movers as they got stuck on the highway due to an incident. They took it in stride and unloaded very quickly and carefully before returning to Sydney. Truck provided was too small so over estimate your goods rather than under estimate.

Job well done – My Moovers moved me from a 1st floor unit with a combination of lift and stairs access to a 1st floor unit with stairs. The new unit location was over 45 minutes away. They arrived within the time window and worked tirelessly to load and unload the truck. They were both polite and professional and even helped unload our car.
