Clearly they pay Google for their prominent positioning from the proceeds for their scams and clearly Google is happy to let them continue to rob their customers. F*ck both these companies...

Ordered on 3/1. Didn’t get any shipping info so on 12/1 emailed them asking to cancel my order as no longer needed. That’s when I decided to check out their insta and reviews and realised it’s a scam and fake company! Disputed the transaction with my bank and was able to get it refunded back to me. This has reminded me to to check reviews first before I order from an unknown website in future!

my order was. I was told it had been “out of stock” but was now “back in inventory” and being prepared. This was my first warning that this business does not hold stock — it merely takes money and hopes someone else eventually ships something.

By 24 December, still no tracking, still no shipping confirmation, still no product. So I did what any reasonable customer would do: I cancelled the order and requested a full refund before it had been shipped.

This is where My Rainbow Pets showed its true nature.

Instead of issuing a refund, I was told: • The warehouse was closed • It was the holidays • They would “check later” • They would “process it soon”

January arrived. My money was still gone. My product still did not exist.

On 5 January, they had the audacity to tell me the warehouse had “resumed operations” and my order would be sent — even though I had cancelled it nearly two weeks earlier. I again demanded a refund. They acknowledged it… and then did nothing.

By 9 January, more than two weeks after cancellation, I was still receiving nothing but empty, copy-paste emails about “processing” while they quietly held onto my $122.39.

This is not customer service. This is financial hostage-taking.

Let me be very clear: Under Australian Consumer Law, when a customer cancels before dispatch or when goods are not supplied within a reasonable time, a full refund is mandatory. There is no “warehouse approval.” There is no delay. There is no debate.

And yet this business ignored the law and chose to keep my money anyway.

My Rainbow Pets operates exactly like the worst kind of dropshipping operation: They take your money immediately They don’t have the stock They don’t control fulfillment They blame a “warehouse” They delay refunds hoping you will give up

They hide behind polite emails while doing absolutely nothing.

This company does not sell pet products — it sells hope and excuses, and hopes customers are too tired to fight back.

So let this be written for all to see:

If you buy from My Rainbow Pets and anything goes wrong, you will not get your product, you will not get your refund, and you will be forced to chase your own money like a debt collector.

Zero stars. A plague upon this storefront. Spend your money literally anywhere else.

Gosh I don't usually purchase before looking at this site, but I did late at night and now I'm relieved my purchase was successful. Excellent service, delivered the next day, it was about $350, for a cat tree, quality is excellent.

My Rainbow Pets is a SCAM company. I ordered 2 items in February, endless untrue responses from 'Molly Moore' asking me to be patient. Finally agreed to give me a refund, but that was TWO WEEKS ago and since then have heard NOTHING! No answers at all to my emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Disgusting do not buy from this company absolute scam they need to be shut down 6 months still waiting to get my money back from a cat tower they never had biggest trip off ever don’t even deserve 1 star typical dodgy Chinese company’s ripping off hard working people

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! – They don't even deserve one star. Please do not ever think of buying from this company. Firstly they take forever to deliver your product. Secondly if they deliver it, they deliver it to the wrong address and when asked for a refund, they make up excuses saying they will let you know once it's been processed and returned etc. Just never ever buy anything off this company if you do not want your money and time taken away from you.

weeks of waiting), provide fraudulent courier tracking details and generally gaslight you after enquiring about your order, some govt authority needs to shut My Rainbow Pets down because all they are is a SCAM

Over a month to deliver 2 bags of dog food! Lies and poor communication – I ordered for the first time in Sept 24 and had a good experience. Communication is with someone in China. I would have cancelled my order, except after seeing other reviews that say they refuse to refund, I decided not to as I can't afford to lose $. I will never order again from this company.

SCAM - AVOID – Ordered a dog food and was told out of stock. They offered to change the flavour and refund me the price diff. Since then they stopped responding, and no refund (almost 2 weeks). Already lodged a dispute with my bank.

Scam scam scam – I got sent an incorrect item and they will not replace it after multiple attempts of communication and promises. I think this company is a scam…

Worst customer service ever – Scam. Ordered some dog a month and a half ago. Order hasn't been shipped, I email them after a couple of weeks and told me they had some problems with the warehouse. I waited another week and still did not ship my item. Ask them for a refund and they stopped answering back. I now opened a case on PayPal and hopefully I'll get a refund

Zero stars – One star is too high for these guys. They have not shipped the items since one week after the order was placed The communication with them sucks, they ignore the issues raised and reply with random staff I wish I went here and read the reviews earlier

SCAM! Avoid! – SCAM! Don’t order from them!! They sent me an invalid tracking number and each time I contact them it is “I will check with the warehouse and reply to you today” but never happens. Am now disputing with my bank and hoping I can get my money back.

Bad Bad Bad!!!! – I only wish I had read the reviews earlier. No response to emails and luckily I purchased through PayPal and got a refund. This company is Bad, Bad, Bad!!

Horrible customer service – I've ordered dog food and treats from this store 3 times now. No issues previously. This was a $140 order made over a month ago. Website shows it's not been shipped at all. Messaged several times, no response. Requested a refund through PayPal and get an email saying it's been posted, yet the tracking number given doesn't exist and website still shows it's not been posted.

Where's my order? – I purchased $300 of dog food, and after a month, and having asked 5 times for a shipping date and tracking number, I had to open a dispute in Afterpay, and even then they said the order will reach the customer address soon (no tracking or shipping info provided even then). Afterpay gave me an immediate refund. I believe that they didn't even have the product in stock. DO NOT BUY FROM MYRAINBOW PETS. It's very risky.

Impossible to get hold of no mobile contact. Thought it was actually illegal not to have a complaints / problem Chanel. Should have checked reviews before spending the money. Scammer - Avoid at all cost – I wonder how many people have been scammed by this company. I read the review, all the same and unfortunately I was one too! Luckly I paid via PayPal and got my money back...phew! Avoid those Asian Dodgy pet shop - there are so many of them on social media platform, offering too good to be pricing!
