Dragon lamp

I purchased a beautiful dragon egg lamp for my child, however the switch broke shortly after we bought it. Upon emailing Sensory Space to advise them they not ONLY refunded our money but to our surprise my child was delighted when we received another even more beautiful dragon lamp of greater value in the mail later on.

Unprofessional. Constant Spam

This is the most unprofessional business I have come across.
I continually get text messages from them, sometimes multiple times a day. After selecting the option to STOP receiving texts, I get more texts. This has been going on for almost six months now AFTER I specifically chose NOT TO have my phone number used for any marketing.

As for the products, they're poor quality and don't last more than a month. Show details

Over priced for under quality

Ordered 9 sensory chew toys. All quality is low and some how this is costing $220? I am extremely disappointed and will be letting NDIS know that I believe people are being taken advantage of through this store.

Overpriced cheap products

Everything I purchased was not as expected and sub standard. For the price you pay and especially with NDIS you'd expect higher quality. I was also sent a different product in place of our of stock items. Would avoid and head to reject shop instead. Same quality for a fraction of the price. Unreal.. Show details

Great customer service!

I'm most impressed with the service I received recently, after purchasing an item from My Sensory Space. I forgot to include my P.O. box number, so I phoned them to see if they could stop my parcel and insert my box number. I believe it was difficult to do, but somehow they did it! Curly hair with knots? GONE! Game changer for my son - Detangling hairbrush is a winner!

My 12 year old son has incredibly long, curly, and therefore knotty, hair. We generally sit and watch "History of the World, I Guess" a 20 minute video from a fav Youtuber and normally he is trying to fight back tears while I wide-tooth comb his hair. For Christmas I bought him the My Sensory Space Detangling hairbrush and WOW. Simply WOW. What was a 20 minute ordeal become a 3-5 minute job. He says it is his favourite Christmas present, and my family, especially me, is grateful for this. He has even done it himself a few times, and that's awesome too. Highly recommend! Show details

Great product, great customer service

I ordered 3 fidget rings as Christmas gifts, all arrived promptly. One ring lost a piece (we think it was bumped) I contacted My Sensory Space to find out what I was looking for on the carpet, and they sent a new ring out ASAP. All rings work beautifully and are lovely to look at. Will probably buy one for myself. Show details

Just keeps getting better!!

This is our second year of getting the advent calendar and they just keep getting better!!

Quality is fantastic! Little miss gets an useful increase of sensory toys during a time that is busy decreasing the amount of time she may have other wise been disregulated!!

We also use the detangle brush and the U shaped tooth brush. Game changers!!

Found on Facebook this company popped up and with two grandsons with autism thought this would be a great Christmas gift. I went ahead a bought a surprise box containing 10 sensory items. The items arrived all packed neatly in a box and were just what I’d expected to receive. I hope my grandchildren will enjoy them. Show details

I’m a bit concerned after reading the reviews. My order was placed on the 12th July. It included a toy that costed about $59 and baby tooth brushes. On the 13th July I got a tracking number. Great. But it’s not going anywhere from that. Today is the 19th July. Support team, Can you please look in to it? Order number #115695
