BUYER BE WARE I purchased four aeroplane launchers and planes and got ripped off for $129 they were cheap Chinese toys worth about $10 each, these people are rip off merchants. Beware of them. Noel

empty inside. All the items have moved out of their spots. On day 2, there were two items behind the door and so forth. The cardboard doors are all opening and some of them have popped right off! We have tried to very delicately poke them into place, so as not to spoil the surprise for the children (which is the whole point of an advent calendar).
I've emailed the company on three occasions and was told that "as mentioned in the product description, the calendars you ordered are factory seconds". AT NO TIME ON THEIR WEBSITE OR VIA THEIR INSTAGRAM PAGE DID THEY ADVERTISE THESE CALENDARS AS "FACTORY SECONDS". I purchased them on the provision that they were brand new and that the advent calendar would be functional - especially as we paid $180.98! Certainly not cheap advent calendars!
I don't believe I have received WHAT WAS ADVERTISED - the issues with the product mean that it is, in effect, NOT AN ADVENT CALENDAR and just a big storage box for fidgets!
I have asked the company for a partial refund but am yet to hear back. I have advised the company that these calendars are not what I ordered and that they have caused distress to my child with ADHD/ASD. It has turned what was meant to be a fun experience into a stressful morning activity.
I like to support Australian companies, but this has been really disappointing. I feel like I have been scammed. Buyer beware!
Do have a range of products but make sure to google these first as some prices are almost triple what Kmart or big w sell them for. Some slime kits are for sale for $40 and are half price at the moment for $20 but Kmart sells them for $12. Always check first!

Good products – A very big range of things on their website. I really like the things I got. The fidget ring is very cute! I love the texture of the squishy octopus. They also gave a free gift. So while the quality of the service was outstanding, the product quality seems very low, and the items do not last at all which has been a huge disappointment for our kids and caused a lot of stress for them with bursting squishies. I have resorted to trying to tape them up to get a bit more use out of them but I'm pretty disappointed. Most items that were not squishy haven't yet broken but are wearing very quickly with minimal use.

box therefore the product is rendered totally useless. B. The sand lamp, sitting on a flat surface, works for approx. Two minutes & then stops altogether. After 20mins, there's still no more movement & all the sand sits at the top & doesnt fall as it should which once again, renders this product totally useless as well. Two faulty products at a cost of $104 is certainly not acceptable. I have had nothing but lies & trouble from your company, who in the process has also managed to cause more anxiety for me in the last week than what I've experienced in the last year. This is not something one would expect from a NDIS registered company who claim to specialise in sensory products for people with special needs. I will be returning these products asap.

sense of comfort. Unfortunately a fault within the ring caused a part of it to break off. I contacted My Sensory Space not knowing what response I would get but I could not have asked for a better response or more caring customer service. Throughout the process I dealt with a sweet lady by the name of Georgia. Not only did it make the customer service experience so much smoother dealing with the one person but from the outset Georgia’s sole priority was to make sure I got an outcome I was happy with. She immediately offered me the option of a refund or a replacement product. Knowing how much benefit I had gained from the ring in such a short space of time and given that aside from the fault the overall quality of the ring matched up to the product photos I didn’t hesitate to opt for the replacement ring. True to her word Georgia prioritised sending me a replacement. Throughout the process Georgia kept me informed and was always quick to reply to my emails. Despite only having the initial ring for a short period of time I still missed it but it wasn’t until I received my replacement and immediately put it on that I realised I had both missed it and had become more reliant on it than I even realised. Within 15 minutes of putting on my replacement ring an unexpected exacerbation hit and I noticed that I already slipped straight back into the habit of subconsciously reaching for the ring. Not only do I highly recommend the ring but I also cannot speak highly enough of My Sensory Space and of Georgia. I won’t hesitate to be a return customer because not only am I happy with the product and its quality but I know that if I was to have an issue of any kind I would receive the highest of customer care and a willingness on the part of My Sensory Space to make things right via the option of my choice.

I begged my dentist a few months ago to remove my remaining teeth because that’s less stressful for me than having to brush them with a normal toothbrush for the rest of my life (I don’t enjoy getting teeth removed either but it’s less traumatic for me than brushing with a regular toothbrush). Luckily the dentist refused and I still have my teeth because I didn’t think there was any other solution than getting my remaining teeth removed UNTIL I came across the toothbrush and company on Facebook and decided that I had nothing to lose by trying it and it worked! I couldn’t be happier with the product and also the customer service from my sensory space. If you or someone you love struggles like me please give it a go, It’s been so worth it to me and I’d be so happy if this review helps someone else that’s struggling with a similar problem. I also purchased the sensory drip timer and that’s good for timing and calming purposes while brushing my teeth too. Thank you to my sensory space for selling such amazing products that actually have the ability to change lives for the better and also for their kind compassionate customer service. From fast shipping to fixing a small problem I had with the timer leaking, customer service was incredibly fast to reply and fix things and with such kindness and no stress or hassle. This company is amazing and I’ll now be a loyal customer for life. My sensory space not only has amazing products for everyone with sensory issues in a one stop shop but they’re really efficient and trustworthy and they genuinely care. They hadn’t contacted me once; I had to chase them every step of the way. Eventually, the package arrived—eight weeks after I placed the order. To top it off, my daughter tried to play with the stretchy balloon dog and it snapped instantly. Avoid this store. If they had communicated proactively and shown even basic customer care, I might’ve been more understanding. But the lack of service and the broken product were the final straw. These guys sell things for 3 times more than they cost. I have bought the exact same items from ebay 75% cheaper. Absolutely pathetic how they rip off Aussies. Should be avoided at all cost.

because it's NDIS registered company, My Sensory Space just another absolute price gouging company! Takes advantage of people with disabilities and selling cheap cheap goods! Emailed them on the same day, when the parcel arrived, and told them the lamp has some damage, but no one even was bothered getting back!
Most items are actually from temu or similar and they charge double the price feels like exploitation of vulnerable parents trying to fund resources for the higher needs children
Awful prices – Adding 5 sensory toys worth about $5 each does not equal a $120 increase in price. Not the first time they have pulled this stunt either.
Sensory Jelly Chemical Cubes – Sensory jelly cubes have a strong chemical odor. Non toxic? Find that hard to believe. Returned for a refund. Would not recommend.
Rubbish balance wobble board – Purchased the 100kg rated balance wobble board and immediately it started making cracking sounds when I got on it (iam 93kg), breaking apart at the joining section......just a rubbish item.

Crack goes the wobble board – Got the 20kg wobble board for our son, he is around 15kg, when he got on board first time it made sharp 'crack' sound, seems to be structurely fine on the outside but he hasn't got back on it since, let them know about it but not too interested in our concerns.

Cheap and Nasty – I got my first order from this company using NDIS plan managed funds. They are literally just selling cheap and nasty stuff from Temu. My newtons cradle arrived broken as I had no issue with them resending after I took a picture however they are charging a fortune for stuff that is 1/8 of the price. I won’t be buying again.

Dragon lamp – I purchased a beautiful dragon egg lamp for my child, however the switch broke shortly after we bought it. Upon emailing Sensory Space to advise them they not ONLY refunded our money but to our surprise my child was delighted when we received another even more beautiful dragon lamp of greater value in the mail later on. Unprofessional. Constant Spam – This is the most unprofessional business I have come across. I continually get text messages from them, sometimes multiple times a day. After selecting the option to STOP receiving texts, I get more texts. This has been going on for almost six months now AFTER I specifically chose NOT TO have my phone number used for any marketing.
