but it did not resolve the issue. We are now in the process of reaching out once more to them to ask for a refund so we can fix this problem once and for all. So 5 stars for the support but 1 star for the mattress. Really disappointed.

Update: 15 months on from reaching out about the replacement with Kingsdown the mattress has really worsened and we haven't received a response. Same problems as the original. Emailed them again today.

Update: Now under new ownership and support is being extremely troublesome and are so far refusing to refund.

with sore hips and sore lower back (I couldn't wait to get out of bed in the morning). We love the cosiness of the pillowtop but would recommend a smaller pillowtop if you are a hot sleeper. It is quite a heavy mattress - but most of the mattresses we tried in the store were heavy. We love our mattress!!!

because the mattress has different firmness on each side, it can't be rotated like standard mattresses. I suggest that, unless you are getting a My Side mattress with both sides the same, and the firmness is close to Red, you stay away from this product. The comments are based on my wife's side, as I've never gotten used to the Red side.

the matress looks fine and no signs of failure, but the top foam layer keeps sinking and creating a lot of back pain. Not happy with the product at all considering how much we paid for it

Don’t do it!! Do your research! – My partner and I impulsively bought the my side mattress 2 years ago, and after a few weeks of adjusting, loved it. For the last 6-8 months, we have been struggling with back pain and discomfort as both sides have dips. We’ve put up with it for so long because the mattress was still quite new and didn’t want be paying a fortune on another mattress. Worst mattress ever! DO NOT BUY – We were measured up at Snooze and got it made to suite both of us, after 2 years it started to sag so we got it replaced after 4 years of owning it. They replaced the whole mattress and after a month or two it started to sag again. Now looking for a new mattress as both of us are suffering bad backs. This is the worst mattress ever. Do not buy. Very distasteful company and mattress – So we had ours for 4 years more or less and I been struggling with hip and back pain due to this mattress due to sagging now they want me to professionally deep clean at my own cost to fix as it is also tearing on the top and it has 5 5cent holes where the seems came loose! a definite excuse not to replace or refund the mattress. I have bad hips which are made infinitely worse by the saggy sleeping area. DO NOT purchase this as it is ridiculously expensive for the quality of the product. The sooner they go out of business the better, wish Id done more research.

Wish we hadn't bought it – We bought this mattress thinking the 2 different sides would be perfect. Turns out we were very wrong. Overall Dreadful mattress!!! – Within 1 year it had deteriorated substantially we had to send it back to manufacturer who replaced it then within 6 months it was back to it’s original state with no support , sagging, and so uncomfortable. can have someone come out for $79.99 to inspect it, and then they'll prorate it for years we've used it. Are there any mattresses that will actually honor their "guarantee"? My paperwork says it's a "manufacturer's warranty".

Mattress sags on both sides - unusable – So reading the reviews here I’ve realised we are not alone and everyone is complaining about the same issue. Sagging. We have a series 6 that sags on each side. I weight about 90kg my wife about 70kg. We both have divets that we sleep in. Few years in and we are very disappointed. purchased in April 2017 and fast forward to today, a mere 18 months later and we both wake up with sore backs from a sagging mattress. Forget intimacy, I almost feel like there’s an invisible barrier between us when we lay side by side due to the sagging mattress.

The worst part is, this is the second time I’ve purchased a mattress from snooze to have this happen! Never, ever, ever again will I purchase a mattress from snooze. The crap mattresses they sell are the worst products I have ever been sucked into buying.

Good for 1 year then sags terribly – As per so many other reviews, we loved this mattress for the first year or so, then it became like sleeping on individual trampolines with body divets either side of the centre. Regrettable purchase – Such a bad idea to purchase because my husbands side is firm and mine is soft and now that we have a baby I can’t plave him in the middle as the 2 sides are completely different. disaster. The material holding the springs together was ripped meaning it was cheap material and the cushions where just stacked haphazardly and some of the cushions was also ripped in half. The inside didn’t match the cost of the bed. I think the gimmick was a horrible idea but unfortunately my husband and I fell for it because if you think about it why would you want your mattress to be forever sagged in the shape of your body that just doesn’t sound comfortable to me.

Terrible! – We purchased the ensemble brand new from Snooze, after 3 years there was a my back pain was getting worse and my hip was painful too. After 5 years the hole on my side was getting worse. Poorest quality mattress I've ever owned! – Don't bother wasting $1,000s on this mattress unless you're interested in waking up with a sore back, in a sweat and stuck in a hole. I've purchased mattresses for $400 that are 10 times better than this one. They reel you in with the "my side" gimmick, but it's truly a disaster. very hot – this is the second summer i have had my myside mattress i find it very hot in the smmer i was told to use 250 thread count sheets instead of 1000 thread count but it hasnt made any difference. Not as good as we hoped – The mattress started out comfortable for both parties, however over the last few years the mattress has become to hot and both parties feel the other party moving around during the night. Noisy, creaky and not what we were told – We have had this bed for almost 3.5 years now and we are extremely disappointed. We specifically asked about how the springs would perform in terms of creaking and noise as the bed ages ... told there would be no noise. As it turns out it is extremely noisy. I would steer clear of purchasing this mattress, especially for what you pay. I miss my old mattress!!

we slept in our caravan for a few nights and wow, good nights sleep and no stiff or sore back, then back in the house on my side mattress ouch stiff and sore back again for both of us.
