My Telehealth Clinic

I requested an online medical certificate and the fee has been taken from my bank account. I have not received the certificate. I have sent numerous online contact forms but have not received a response. There is no customer service. Please don’t use my Telehealth for medical certificates. They never arrive despite payment being taken.

I never received my medical certificate. Money was taken out of my account, but they never called or sent the certificate. Attempted to contact them, but emails were never replied to.

I should have read the google reviews!!! It appears I am not alone in not getting what I paid for. I’ve left a review on google as well so nobody else gets scammed.

I‘ve had a great experience. Consultation was about 15 minutes after I had booked it. It was short and professional. The script came through while I was still on the phone. I am glad I didn‘t read the reviews here before booking, otherwise I might not have booked.

I needed a medical certificate for my work. Kelly helped me with my issue and she was very professional and informative. But best of all Kelly was super helpful. I will definitely come back to my telehealth clinic

The doctor called on time and was very compasssionate as well as helpful. It's so rare to have that quality of care bulk-billed, with the added bonus of it being conveniently over the phone.

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. They are quick to take your money and send you for blood tests, but they offer no actual solutions. To make matters worse, when I paid for my follow-up, they didn't even have the right files to view my results. After all that, they simply told me I needed to see a face-to-face doctor. It was a complete waste of time and money just to be referred elsewhere. Avoid this service

in response offering me a refund, mmhhh no response, no refund, and still no medical certificate, email is just another ploy to provide false security that the person will get a refund/issue will be addressed.

Applied for a medical certificate, paid my money and the it was denied saying I was unable to be contacted. They must’ve called once while I happened to be on the phone to my husband. Requested medical certificate and actually spoke to someone who advised me in my condition and that I would receive the medical certificate in time for the next day. I paid online, after 2 days without receiving certificate, I contacted them and they advised they’d log an issue and I would receive a response. Now on day 4 still no contact and no certificate. Absolute scam! I required a medical certificate for a brutal flu, it was denied. When I checked the reason it was 'contact number disconnected'. They had my number but one digit altered. don't try to contact in any other way before denying the certificate, and there is no number to call them, and they don't reply to emails. I suspect it is all by design. Scam. Stay away. You don't need this headache when you are already sick.

Paid for appointment, no phone call. Medical certificate denied for no reason. Covid with proof of test and symptoms listed. Contacted support. Contacted via email. No response. This is a scam site which takes your money. Don’t use. What a joke.

I have never received the medical certificate that I paid for. Will not use this service again and strongly suggest no on else does. Would have liked to put no stars but that isn’t an option

She rushed through the call like I’d interrupted her lunch, acted like I was a problem just for existing, then hung up faster than a dodgy telemarketer.

And then—surprise!—I get a medical certificate… from a nurse named Kelly at a weight loss clinic. Not a GP. Not even close. This is like ordering a steak and getting a boiled shoe.

Absolutely unacceptable. Misleading, unprofessional, and borderline predatory. I’ll be taking this further because this isn’t just poor service—it’s a joke, and no one’s laughing.

Avoid at all costs unless you like being insulted and [Content Removed] while sick.

I never got a call, they stated my number was wrong but I gave it three times correctly. Yet money was taken with no service at all. This feels a lot like a scam wish I had reviews but who does when you’re sick.

They took my money today for a medical certificate. Then I heard nothing and tried to contact them and of course all offline. An hour later I receive a phone call from a man, who approved my certificate and was going to email it to me. It never happened. BIG SCAM… don‘t deal with them.

Quick and easy process. I put the request in and had a call with the doctor within 2hrs. Got my medical certificate a few minutes later. Would use again.

I request for a Medical Cert , which I never received, I miss a call from a private number, who I think was the nurse, I have email so many times and I havent received and response all of the emails go into into my junk and bounce back, the chat is automative, with stock standard response, now I would like to request a refund, but I dont think that will happen Not Happy

i came here and the service was amazing and the nurse was so beautiful and easy to communicate with. Such a good experience!!
