Due to the high cost of transport from Sydney to Toowoomba we took Simon's advice & had it delivered to a family member in Brisbane & collected it from there ourselves. Awesome outdoor lounge with great service – I looked into outdoor lounges for 2 months and finally came across My Wicker. I love the fact that it is delivered fully assembled. Very happy with our purchase – We recently purchased an outdoor lounge suite from MyWicker and I am typing this review as I am enjoying it for the first time. what I'm trying to say.

Having said that, buying big, expensive things online can be a trying experience. You're never sure if you're going to get quality products, or if the 'sales' end (and I use that term very loosely) is going to be halfway decent.

I can say without a doubt that My Wicker is an absolutely fantastic outfit and you needn't be concerned with the above. We ordered the seven way outdoor setting, and it arrived within four days. The quality is great: it's not heavy duty steel or anything and it is quite light, but seems sturdy enough and the wicker looks like it will last a long time. We had a slight issue in that we had the right number of cushions, but for some reason we didn't get enough of the right sized ones (although in a strange twist we did receive four 'mystery' cushion covers that were about one and half times the size of what we needed). Weird. At any rate, i called Simon on a Thursday with my problem, and replacement covers arrived Friday morning. Can't complain about that!

Long story short: good quality furniture, fantastic customer service , don't hesitate to buy.

No fuss no nonsense and fine product, – Visited showroom and was impressed with the quality and always good to talk to the owner of the business(Simon). Highly recommend!!! – I made my purchase online and from the beginning simon was prompt in replying to my emails and happy to adjust my order as i changed my mind afterwards. Very happy with our purchase. The setting is large sturdy well made and comfortable. Perfect for our family the the use we require. It also has a weather cover if required.

The quality is great, product is as described online, service excellent!

Great product and fantastic online experience – We purchased the Royale 10 seat dining about 12 months ago, were a little hesitant buying a dining setting online but the overall experience was fantastic. We were extremely happy when we unpacked our new setting and has had plenty of good use since last Christmas. Beware....fades with little sun – Delivery was prompt, when there was an issue with the cushion colours it was also promptly rectified. However, we have only had our lounge setting for 2 months and already the cushions have noticeably faded (and for most of the day there isn't direct sunlight on the lounge). Also, one of the 2 seaters sags a lot more than the others. It cost me $1800 delivered and I expected better quality than this. BEWARE

Only thing i had a complaint about was the delivery, everything arrived undamaged but they had 1 guy delivering a massive glass table setting and i was expected to have someone to help, lucky im a strong woman! removed] who was very friendly to deal with and after a few photos sent through, [name removed] was happy to replace the damged item. Really easy and I was never made to feel like some companies do when something is damged.

[name removed] customer service is rarley seen these days - great response times and friendly to talk to. Looks good, and its comfy Cusion stiching needs improvement. [name removed] is aware and has sent feedback to the manufacture.
