Uncomfortable to apply, not effective (has caused me to leave work early due to smell) – I wanted to like this product but: 1) it’s so hard to apply, I don’t enjoy dragging it across my skin 2) it doesn’t work. not block your pores so yes you will still sweat. They work to stop the growth of bacteria which causes the odours.

I also use NoPong which is great but I get a slight rash from the bicarb soda in the original formula, so use the bicarb-free version of that. I liked the bicarb version as it stopped me sweating where the bicarb free I still sweat a little depending on my activities. I guess this is why I wanted to give this one a try to see if I reacted as well.

The Myaura Organics deodorant contains bicarb which is probably why some people have complained about rashes. This is quite normal as some people do react to it, like myself a little. However, after using this for a few weeks now I have not had any irritation at all! Absolutely love the rose smell!

The application needs to be correct, too much and it will cause the flaking as others have mentioned. I have always rubbed my natural deodorants in after applying which gets the right coverage.

As far as clothing marks, I must admit I have noticed a little on black clothing but only if my underarm has rubbed directly on it (say for instance the inside of a t-shirt). I think this is probably a bit normal for a product that has bicarb in it.

Overall I am liking using this deodorant. I can smell the rose most of the day!

keep this product on the line. It’s fantastic. Natural deodorants behave differently from rexona’s etc. I experienced the same sorts of flaking and itchiness etc the first time I tried natural years ago. I have found this product to be non flaky and non itchy. My advice with the flaky application : rub it in with the flat of your fingers. It’s an oil base product so it will rub right in with dry fingers. Love the smell. My stomach feels sick when I smell unnatural or chemical including sharpie pens. This is definitely a natural product. The deodorant does work to not cause armpits to smell. I have tried many natural deodorants that work poorer in this department. Probably does not work as well as the chemical versions but does a pretty great job if you prefer natural. I will definitely be trying their other beautiful flavours. I really like this dry touch formula. I love that this product is in mainstream supermarket. It’s well priced for a natural deodorant and I really hope it stays on the shelf.

amount, then rub it in with your fingers, and I found as it says on the front label, dry touch formula, which it was. I also found that when I washed my fingers the product was slightly waterproof too. It is an all natural deodorant stick so you can’t expect it to work like an antiperspirant. Also for a deodorant stick to work for you, you need to have the area clean before you apply it if you want to control the smell. The deodorant stick will help to minimise the bacteria that causes the smell. And being a natural deodorant, I reapplied after about 5-6 hours. My conclusion after using it for a few days. It has worked fine for me and haven’t had the smelly, clumpy issues that others have mentioned. So I suggest those that haven’t thrown out the deodorant stick yet, apply as I suggested and I think you’ll find it will work better. I like the fragrance and the soft feminine packaging. I suggest that Myaura Organics directions of use should be refined, so consumers apply it better than what I have seen in these reviews. I hope this has helped.

Not worth the money – This deodorant has an absolute disgusting smell when combined with body odour. It makes the smell 10 times worse. And it discoloured the underarm of my shirt. It does not glide on the skin when applying. And emailed the company about this and no reply. Show details

commented that I've never smelled of BO in our 3 years together until ive started using this product. It goes on gritty. The lid split within a couple of weeks. It leaves dreadful white marks on my clothing. Do. Not. Recommend. I'm going to go back to the O.G of natural deodorants (no pong).

Like sandpaper on my armpits – The texture is too firm, you have to apply with your hands rather than being able to roll it on. The smell is not for me either, a bit too “grandma”. Awful. Overpriced, crumbly and inefficient – This is not deodorant. This is overly expensive bicarb soda mixed with some oil. This product does not "glide on" not does it stay where it's supposed to. Instead it drops pieces of itself all over everything else. This product smells pleasant only when you take the cap off and hold it to your nose. Very disappointed with this lovely smelling deodorant – Bought this from Woolworths yesterday, the smell is lovely but the mess it makes is shocking. Terrible product – I was so hopeful when I couldn’t get my usual brand of natural deodorant. It did not do its job in the slightest. I tried it for about one month.
