The shipment was lost by Aus Post, but their support team member was quick to respond and kept me updated daily throughout the searching process and offered and organised another one to be sent to me. I've recently ordered a Paperfeel Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+, unfortunatelty the item was damaged in the delivery but thanks to the lovely Joanne. felt cared and supported as she helped me to pick the right case and was extremely patient when I didn't know how to find the information. The journey with technology has been quite an anxious one for me and I must confess Joanne might have spoiled me from all the other customer services, as I am not sure anything can match her energy and natural kindness. Now a days it is very important to point out businesses that are doing a good job as they are a few.

Website and shipping was great, ordered a folio leather case for my s24 ultra, but unfortunately with 5 cards it doesn't stay closed with the magnet. Either the magnet not strong enough or the flap that holds it closed isn't long enough. I loved the colour though. Show details · 1
Ordered a S21 case. Order came promptly however the case makes the phone annoying to use. I could not push the buttons properly with the case on. Also could not charge the phone with just any usbc cable because the hole in the case is not large enough (had to remove the case to charge the phone). Ended up buying a completely different one. also sent back the screen protector, that I did want. I also forgot to put the order number anywhere on the package. So, I sent off another email to Joanne, that included the tracking number for the return package, along with my sincere apologies for my absentmindedness. She had to get the people in returns to find my package and retrieve the screen protector to send back to me. Next up, we discussed other case options. It took me days to settle on one. When I did make a choice, it was out of stock. Given it’s a brand new iPhone, I’m not surprised. Joanne checked upcoming stock for me and gave me my options: here’s what’s available now and here is approximately how long xyz will take to come in. After about a week, my choice of case came in. Next up, I started worrying if the case I wanted would be compatible with my new magnetic charger stand. I’m not a natural with technology, lol. So, I took photos of the box it came in and sent them to Joanne. She genuinely wanted to help me any way she could. She presented me with all of my options and I was able to get my first choice as it seemed to be compatible. I just had to settle on a colour. But, they were all so pretty. I’ve decided after everything we both went through, when the red is back in stock, I’m going to get it too! The case fits my phone like a glove and went on so easily. It is exactly the colour as advertised. And it works perfectly with my magnetic charger stand. I love it! I’m impressed with its sturdiness as well. It just *feels* good in your hand. The whole experience was a bit stressful, as *I* was such trouble, lol. But, the best part was the interactions I ended up having with Joanne. She just helped me in every way she could, every step of the way and answered all of my questions. Because of her, I will only get my phone cases from myCaseCovers from now on. And after handling me, Joanne deserves a raise and/ or promotion!

There was confusion about the exact model of my Samsung phone. As a result I received a case that didn't fit. The ensuing return process was efficient and without any problems at all. I purchased an older model ipad cover online. I received my order and am very happy with it. It is as promoted online, great price and a sturdy cover. I wasn't aware that I wouldn't receive tracking details as I nominated free shipping. Can't thank casecovers enough for their prompt help in replacing a phone cover i ordered that was the wrong size. They are very helpful in making sure you get the product you want.
