Great addition to my new kitchen – I am very happy with this machine and have received positive reviews from guests in my home too. I have occasionally been told it makes too much froth but as this is my favourite part I view that as a positive! My son loves the hot chocolate or even just a baby cino. The temperature is consistently good and coffee enjoyable. I would recommend to others.  Show details

it's ok – while the coffee is nice, I got sent flavoured coffee when I didn't order it. No one wanted to help rectify the situation. Can get same quality coffee pods for a lot cheaper. The frother is subpar and stopped working not long after, again no one wanted to know about it. Show details

Robbed – I have had 3 coffee machines that had life time warranty and each time i was conned into buying more coffee to get a replacement coffee maker very bad customer services, how can a company operate like that. Half Decent – Everyone keeps banging on about how they're a fraud, scammers ect & do not buy for this reason. That is not true. They were probably just too hard to understand over the phone with poor English for you to understand that the $49 payments are ongoing for 13 fortnights. works out cheaper than buying the same amount of capsules at Aldi (I did the maths) & in return you get the coffee machine & milk frother free plus free 12 months warranty for the coffee machine & frother. Simple really but they are hard to understand, agreeable. I did sign up over the phone & after reading all of these reviews, I don't think I was "one of the lucky 50 people who've won a free coffee machine".

The taste of the coffee is a 5/10, even the flavoured ones like caramel latte. The hot chocolates are pretty pathetic, even Aldi's hot chocolates taste better. Honestly will not be re-purchasing any coffee. Glad I only have a couple payments left. I'm just going to pretend some of the money I paid went towards the coffee machine & milk frother as the coffee is shithouse.

Customer service I'd rate 8/10, quite good. My milk frother stopped working at the fault of my partner & I received a new one (frother) within about a week, I kept my partner.

All in all, I'd say don't buy. Not because they're frauds, but because the coffee is crap. Hoping I win a $250 holiday reward as they've offered for leaving a review to help make me feel better about sacrificing $49 of my Centrelink money every fortnight for ages. It's an honest review, I should be entitled.

Easy to use – I love Mycino it is easy to use and the coffee tastes great. My grandson likes the hot chocolate. You know what to expect each time you make a delicious coffee. Awesome coffee {Cameral Coffee} & the hot chocolate is to die for ! – So easy to use and the milk frother is really easy and the amount of froth is better than the Coffe clubs ! Amazing little machine – I am the quality is of the coffee produced by the MyCino Espresso is amazing, beautiful froth from the milk; coffee tastes as if I had a barista make it for me. I Love It Sooooooo Much!!!! – 100% Satisfied with the coffee machine as well as the capsule flavors! The Office is Happy with the New Machine – This was a replacement for another brand of machine in our office, the team are very happy with the new purchase, specifically for the quality of coffee and range of coffee available. The coffee is consistent and the machine has not missed a beat since day one. Personally I do not use the milk warming facility however some of the team love it!  Show details

Pretty good coffee, was nearly turned away by all the negative review, glad I wasn't – I received a call for the Mycino a while back. I thought it was too good to be true so I asked the caller to call me back after I've done my due diligence. The man was very polite and let me go without a fuss. I searched arround and saw very mixed reviews but it was so cheap I had to buy it. I'm glad I did. It works a treat and tastes just as good as barista coffee. Great value! – We love it! Easy to use, great coffee and quicker than a cup of tea. My wife likes the variety of flavours and never an issue with ordering. I am even teaching the kids how to use it. Simple to Use; Good Coffee; Fills a Coffee Mug - a better update of the EasyCino – I'm not a huge coffee drinker. I have set a limit of a 3 coffees a day, so I didn't want to spend heaps on coffee pods and machine. I tried Aldi's machine a while ago; it wasn't expensive and their pods were about 16c per pod. Aldi than it did at home; the coffee tasted like it was made from grounded bean waste rather than fresh coffee, and was probably only worth the 16c a pod. Not only that, as with 99% of machines on the market, I could only use espresso size cups/mugs: I mean, wanted a decent size mug....

So I hunted for a good machine with good coffee.

I then found the EasyCino espresso machine. I figured a company that only sells espresso coffee and machines must be OK, right! I took advantage of the 13 fortnightly payments to spread the payments out. The coffee was good, almost as good as top brand coffee, and for around 65c a pod, it was certainly far better than Aldi's; but the machine once again, had many problems and after a while it sat in the corner destined for the scrap heap... and I left a review accordingly.

Now the MyCino - a machine that appears to be more reliable than its predecessor (comes with a lifetime warranty) and even fills a larger mug (on Luongo setting)!

I've had this new machine now since Oct 2017 - so far it has hit the mark. Simple to use, fills a decent sized coffee mug, and they have good coffee, and as long as I don't puncture the filter on the pod, the coffee stays fresh, and oh! the coffee pods are made from recyclable, BPA-free plastic. And, just like its predecessor, the coffee is available in different strengths, a caramel flavoured coffee and even a drinking chocolate for those nights when you want a hot drink before retiring to bed. And the coffee taste's like COFFEE! (I have to admit, I haven't used the frother, I am a black coffee drinker.) oh, as long as I keep purchasing their coffee pods, my machine is covered by their lifetime waranty.

So, how does the MyCino finance system work: After your first payment has been cleared, up to two weeks, the machine is sent out by AusPost; the balance is paid over 12 fortnightly payments, which is the cost of 700 coffee pods of your choice.

The MyCino lifetime warranty: I was told, providing I continue to purchase their coffee pods, the machine is under warranty. I have to admit, I have had to send the machine back twice. First time was because a collar that held the pod in place kept falling out, so the pod fell straight through into the catcher; second time, a pod got stuck and refused to budge. Each time, after contacting MyCino, I was given a free, return-address label to be used at AustPost. Approximately three weeks later, (allowing for the fact that I live in SA) I had either the repaired or a brand new unit back home dishing out my morning coffee.

I have just returned from a 4 month driving holiday in far-north Qld, and guess what, I took my MyCino with me, and despite four days on the road, the MyCino never missed a beat. What a joy it was to sit on the side of the road sipping a freshly made espresso - and no, I wasn't in a caravan, or trailer, etc, it was just my wife and I in our little Suzuki !!!

I wholeheartedly recommend MyCIno - I have gone from a 'No, No' to a 'Yo, Yo!'

MyChino – My chino my daily Coffee I like the idea that I can make myself a tasty mocha without any effort the machine is easy to use and maintain, just what I need on my morning start. Don’t do it! – Received a phone call that I had ‘won’ a coffee machine, valued at $299, had to pay for 7 boxes of pods however. Later on in the phone call, they tell me it’s $49 a fortnight for 13 payments. Very happy with the quality of the coffee, my machine works great – I was buying Nespresso capsules and they are not only expensive but they are also aluminium. Which turns out to be not so good. The MyCino range of pods are BPA free plastic so I feel much better when I make my 4 or 5 cups of coffee each day. compared to Nespresso and they give you a free machine worth $299. And might I add, its a very stylish, and sleek machine. I guess you can't please everyone. I actually liked the fact that they split up the payment into fortnightly instalments, so I wasn't having to fork out the cost all at once.

I'm thinking of buying another one for the office.

I give MyCino a big thumbs up, but, not so sure about their customer service as I have not had to deal with them.

it back, in all fairness they sent me another machine which to date is OK. But it has caused me some grief, and they should lay it out cleary, that it is not one payment, as a pensioner it hit me where it hurts, and I am still paying.

This company are scammers! Stay away from them, and their fake named call center liars!!! – I got a phone call saying I won a $300 machine. Got 7 boxes (700 capsules) delivered, terrible coffee, faulty machine leaking everywhere... so I cancelled.

I emailed the company and got some arrogant guy refusing to believe anything I was saying, telling me I have to pay $700 to get a free machine, that I was not told that the machine was mine to keep, and that I am not entitled to a full refund because I signed up to some crap that I was never told about. He refused to even accept what I was saying that I had been told, and as soon as I asked if their calls are recorded... well that was the last time I ever heard from them.

delay due to the unexpected demand for product. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! As I have said to them, if they knew there was a delay then why did they wait until contacted by their customers? I sent an email titled "Have I fallen for a scam?". I am thoroughly disgusted with the lack of customer service and will be cancelling my contact with them.....if they argue the point, next stop is the ACCC!!!

Fraud written all over it – The machine does not work. It is slow and leaks everywhere. Not worth 299 in my opinion. We were told it was free, that we won it. All they were to take was a one off payment of 49 to deliver that along with pods. It has been 6 payments later. We disputed it and threatened to report them, and they took nothing that week. paying for goods unrecieved – I wasn't told there were ongoing costs. I was led to believe $49 was a one off payment basically for postage and I was to trial and submit review of product . I've received nothing but have made the payment am I the only person paying for nothing.
