Non delivery of product

Stupidly I ordered from this on line company. My order has never arrived. Lesson learned, I'm not going to even try to get my money back judging by other comments that is an exercise in frustration.

Items are cheap copies and do not last.

Items are non returnable- unless you want to pay freight almost as much as cost of item.
Furniture disintegrates.
Electrical gear does not work.
Shade sails fell apart within 1 month.
To summarize, the quality of the goods is so poor as to be not worth buying electrical and furniture and outdoor living products.

I had to take photos of mail satchel and photos of radios and photos of serial numbers and bar codes and all sorts of delaying tactics. Shade sail- not worth returning because I have to pay freight and I will be further out of pocket. My Deal representative "Polly" keeps telling me there is nothing she can do because "the supplier" is responsible for refund. But I spoke to Choice and they explained that under consumer law the seller which is My Deal is responsible. But "Polly" denies this so I have got nowhere. Hence my advice to everyone to avoid dealing with My Deal. Regards, an unhappy customer

Very long delivery, 22 days!!!

I ordered a phone through My Deal because it stated 'Aus stock ' and said delivery would be 3-10 working days.... after 10 days I still did not received a tracking number, the contact support took 3 days before they told me there was a problem at the warehouse. I bought this phone because I would expect it to arrive within two weeks, not over three! The phone is fine but communication and delivery was the downfall. 22 days for delivery is not satisfactory.

Great present shopping

Excellent product, excellent service.

I ordered a mobile phone. The order was despatched within two days and arrived two days later. It is in great condition, and works perfectly, in fact just what the company said it would be. Paying with Paypal gave me piece of mind and the whole transaction was very satisfactory. Thanks guys, great job.

Wonderful box for the price. Can't wait to use it

I bought this Beige Storage outdoor box on line. It was delivered to my back door quite quickly. It was a little perplexing to put together, but with the help of my son, we figured it out. He's going to construct a frame with wheels for the bottom, which won't ruin it by dragging it around. Am very happy with it as soon as the free postage comes around again I'll purchase another one. Didn't deliver products, didn't get all my money back

Complete fraud took my money for a steam cleaner, advised would be delivered within 14 business days. My deal confirmed by email they had sent it, but no tracking as it was Australia post. I chased them after 15 business days. My deal came back said none in stock I got money back less 20 dollars. I complained, my deal said they did that many refunds on the product they could not reimburse the difference, and not their problem.
I am continuing to chase my deal, but they no longer respond.
Do not use this company under any circumstances. I only got some of the money back as I chased them, they held onto my money. Would I have got any money back If I had forgot about it?

Non delivery of product order number149194520

Ordered product 12/01/19 seven to ten days promised. Now into February and no sign of delivery. No tracking number to follow up. No response from My Deal. to any of my attempts to report.

Do not buy a thing from them

I purchased a porta cot with an 11 day delivery time after 33 days,7 emails and 9 phones call it finally arrived ! They take no responsibility for anything and have no power over the seller ! I would never use them again

Missing screws, no replies from seller to my emails

Chairs arrived two days ago. No manual or screws included. Raised issue immediately with mydeal. Seller emailed me. I sent pictures and told them I can't attach legs to seat as they forgot to pack the screws needed. Sent another email yesterday asking that they please send me the screws or tell me what type they are so I can purchase them myself so I can use the chairs. No response to either email. Have just escalated matter with mydeal support which states it'll take two days for them to get back to me. Meanwhile, chairs bought and paid for in pieces on my kitchen floor. First time mydeal customer, waiting on a table I bought, I'll see how that goes before I decide to ever purchase through mydeal again.

Still don't have the screws to assemble chairs, table came today, ALL dimensions are WRONG, table top comes in 2 pieces, no manual, and all round poor quality! But, I will not purchase products that need assembly from mydeal in future. It took several emails to get a response regarding the chairs. They knew I needed the screws for 2 purchased chairs but only sent out screws for one chair, and later the screws for the second chair. The table I figured out myself how to construct as there was no manual included and they were taking too long to respond. Upon assembling it after a day of trial and error, the holes to secure the legs are off, which means I can't screw them in. The assembled table is wobbly. I'm done with dealing with this seller so I am going to purchase wood glue to secure the table. My table is still unusable as I haven't had the time to go out and buy the products I need to secure it so its functional and safe. I will not buy furniture through third party sellers again. Issues are too difficult to resolve. Lesson learnt. Thanks.

No communication on delivery and no contact

I have been messaging and trying to check delivery date on my order. Been on hold with the number twice and cut off from the line after 20 mins. I need to know a delivery date to make sure I am home on my work schedule which books up in advance. Would appreciate a response.

Late delivery and quantity not delivered.

Have bought on this site on many occasions. Last order delivered in a month after chasing up. Disappointed on opening because there was only one piece of chair spandex cover although advertised for a set of 8 seat covers during order colour selection. Return policy means I can only recover slightly less than half of cost if return by normal tracking. If return by registered mail, no point as they charge $8 as admin fee for restocking. On checking another site, the exact item can be purchased for $37.46 for 8 pieces with free shipping on 15 days delivery. I got jammed for $38 for one piece delivered which I will wear as suspenders, I guess.

Best deal on product but worst delivery service

This online shopping site had the best deal on this product and I was happy to pay $70 for delivery. I had real trouble with the delivery service/company which was my worst experience ever. I had to chase the company through emails and there was not exact response for the emails either. The courier company (e-go courier service, affiliated with Hunter Express) did not have a phone number. I felt really frustrated. They only come to your door for delivery when they can, meaning once they are only in your area. They will never call, email or text you about when your item will be delivered. Don’t expect even a call on their arrival. Then they leave a card if you are not home. Basically you have to be home every business days 9-5 to expecting the delivery to arrive. I do not recommend using this site to anybody.

Ordered a mattress over a month ago. Still haven't received it.

I (supposedly) got a really good deal on a mattress however it's been a month and I have still not received my consignment. I have been chasing up with their courier company for weeks now. I was initially told they are not able to locate it and now they have absolutely no answer to my enquiry or ETA on delivery. The good seems to have turned into a complete loss. Today I have requested to provide me a firm ETA on my delivery or process a refund. Let’s see how that goes.

So far, a very very distressful experience. Little hope if it can be turned around. Highly unlikely I will be recommending or using MyDeal again.

Can’t fault the service

I have ordered a Bed and all I want to find out is what day it will be delivered 1 so I can organise to be home and 2 so the order doesn't go back to a depot for me to collect later (which I cannot). There is no help on your website and there is no help on the courier website! I just need a day and am frustrated that there is no help available anywhere.

Just cancel the order and ask for a refund. Bed will be cheap rubbish and badly made so not worth waiting for. Use ebay as they are far better organized and informative with delivery and replacement if necessary.

All methods of trying to find out a day for delivery of a large item seems impossible! MyDeal is unreachable and Hunter Couriers is also uncontactable! I have read all reviews and tried ALL methods suggested!!!

I’m finding I have purchased from there recently, and they’ve taken my money promptly but there is no way to get in contact with them and my items haven’t been shipped. Is this a scam website ?
