My wife ordered the gardeon water solar powered water feature, via Mydeal, it arrived damaged. Submitted the damaged goods report, photos etc. No meaningful response received. Avoid ordering water features through Mydeal/Prime Cart, as it is a fragile item. On checking other reviews, the same damaged issues were reported. On reading the Mydeal/Prime Cart terms and conditions, I doubt if anyone gets a refund. AVOID ORDERING THE WATER FEATURES.

I am writing to ask for, if not a full refund, but at the very least consideration of my request to trade in the phone that I purchased for another more user friendly phone, preferably a Samsung.
Being a man in his 80s I am not very technologically competent and, I must admit, have become somewhat set in my ways. As a result, I am struggling to wrap my head around the G75, not to mention the stress that this is causing me.

If you have items that are in need of warranty, repair, replacement or refund, use this email to contact them. shopsupport@mydeal.com.au - it took me a day to find it searching sites. I bought two soup warmers that were both defective and created a serious risk of electric shock because of no appropriate earth wire to the earth pin on the plug.
Buyers need to be aware MyDeal is the middle man for all the product suppliers. MyDeal make it very difficult to locate on their website where to lodge a complaint for a faulty product, then ask you for a number and you have to work out what number that is because you have three different correspondences with three different numbers. Paid $26.90 for Woven beach/tote bag. Was cheap and nasty quality. Worth $5. Bought from Ezisources. Also paid $36.90 for a cross body bag from Sensual Sale. Once again, received a piece of very poorly made of thin vinyl. Junk. Both of these sellers told me that they sent me full refunds. LIES. PayPal did not receive anything. My order has been cancelled THREE times by the supplier BIGW. I have tried ordering an Oppo mobile phone from BIGW through the Mydeal website. Each time the order was cancelled by BIGW the next day, and without any explanation. They listed the item as in stock and accepted the order but cancelled the next day. I have no idea why.

My order was refunded without any consultation. No reason was provided, and the seller is still showing stock availability of the item. The seller has also increased the price of the item by 166.5% from what the original listing was. So there is stock, they just wanted to sell it for more. The seller hasn't attempted to source additional stock, and the comment of 'best efforts' is genuinely laughable.
I believe both the MyDeal, and Big W teams on this occasion have shown a complete lack of honesty, transparency, common sense, and genuine attempt to rectify an issue which they have constructed.
