is beyond ridiculous! Have been told to go back to the seller, contact my bank etc and been given the absolute run around.

The seller has processed my refund on Nov 14th to Mydeal for the money to be directed to me but still nothing recieved.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to ask for, if not a full refund, but at the very least consideration of my request to trade in the phone that I purchased for another more user friendly phone, preferably a Samsung.

Being a man in his 80s I am not very technologically competent and, I must admit, have become somewhat set in my ways. As a result, I am struggling to wrap my head around the G75, not to mention the stress that this is causing me.

My wife ordered the gardeon water solar powered water feature, via Mydeal, it arrived damaged. Submitted the damaged goods report, photos etc. No meaningful response received. Avoid ordering water features through Mydeal/Prime Cart, as it is a fragile item. On checking other reviews, the same damaged issues were reported. On reading the Mydeal/Prime Cart terms and conditions, I doubt if anyone gets a refund. AVOID ORDERING THE WATER FEATURES.

I have replied to My Deal's information requests about the product. Yes it's not been opened transaction details order number reason for return this has been going on for over a week now! IS THERE HUMAN I CAN SPEAK WITH!!!!! I'm getting quite angry about this.

size. The previous pair I purchased from a store were a wide range and while I had the shoe size correct the shoe is too narrow. Today MyDeal tells me No Exchange and No Refund. And soon they will be in Big W! NEVER shopping at MyDeal again. And regardless of the comment added below. This doesn’t have their UTMOST attention and MyDeal have responded saying in some words- tough luck we won’t exchange them or refund your money!

 Follow-up  · I was aware these shoes were US sizes. But the width was hidden in the finer details. Some, not all companies put the width size next to the shoe size. that I can use but that's not the point, if I'm ordering from an Australian retailer it should include our power plugs. Following mediation everything was resolved and a new power plug sent to me. The iPad works great.

If you have items that are in need of warranty, repair, replacement or refund, use this email to contact them. shopsupport@mydeal.com.au - it took me a day to find it searching sites. I bought two soup warmers that were both defective and created a serious risk of electric shock because of no appropriate earth wire to the earth pin on the plug.

Buyers need to be aware MyDeal is the middle man for all the product suppliers. MyDeal make it very difficult to locate on their website where to lodge a complaint for a faulty product, then ask you for a number and you have to work out what number that is because you have three different correspondences with three different numbers. Whatever you do, do not purchase from these scammers!!! Bought something which was not delivered after 2.5 weeks. They then processed my refund and sent me the transaction receipt but now 6 business days later I still haven't received my money.

returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account." I find this policy unfair, as it penalizes customers for issues beyond their control. TopCashback blames MyDeal for not paying the commission. A more reasonable approach would be to prorate cashback rewards based on delivered items rather than cancelling the entire reward due to a single item cancellation by the seller.

Paid $26.90 for Woven beach/tote bag. Was cheap and nasty quality. Worth $5. Bought from Ezisources. Also paid $36.90 for a cross body bag from Sensual Sale. Once again, received a piece of very poorly made of thin vinyl. Junk. Both of these sellers told me that they sent me full refunds. LIES. PayPal did not receive anything. I've emailed numerous time only to be told that is was paid to PayPal...SCAMMERS from MyDeal.

My order has been cancelled THREE times by the supplier BIGW. I have tried ordering an Oppo mobile phone from BIGW through the Mydeal website. Each time the order was cancelled by BIGW the next day, and without any explanation. They listed the item as in stock and accepted the order but cancelled the next day. I have no idea why.

My order was refunded without any consultation. No reason was provided, and the seller is still showing stock availability of the item. The seller has also increased the price of the item by 166.5% from what the original listing was. So there is stock, they just wanted to sell it for more. excuse: 'We are sincerely sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with your purchase.

The seller may have attempted to source additional stock, however despite our Seller's best efforts to anticipate and address stock discrepancies on this occasion the seller was unsuccessful.'

The seller hasn't attempted to source additional stock, and the comment of 'best efforts' is genuinely laughable.

I believe both the MyDeal, and Big W teams on this occasion have shown a complete lack of honesty, transparency, common sense, and genuine attempt to rectify an issue which they have constructed.

Slight update: it appears MyDeal have found the copy & paste buttons! A word for word replica of what I was sent during 'Mediation' 2 weeks ago is attached, and posted below. How very sincere .....

My order was Kirkland Signature Nature's Domain Salmon Meal And Sweet Potato Cat Food 8.16kg. It as $30 more expensive than other suppliers and when I tried to cancel the order within 10min after placing the order, my cancellation was ignored without any response. The pet food took 4 days to deliver even you charged $30 more than other suppliers for the same thing.
