Took My Credit and Disappeared – I was given credit for a couple of items from different orders as they had sent me the wrong items and/or items which were 2 sizes smaller than what was advertised. I haven't been able to get my credit back. Dodgy company! I would have given them zero stars if I could!

Took my credit & disappeared – I contacted them via their website, their Facebook page and even after they had obviously entered into insolvency, they confirmed that my money was safe and that they were upgrading their website. Absolute fake! – Am trying to get a refund on the counterfeit bag that MyNetSale sold me. I anyone has purchased goods they believe to be fake issue a complain to paypal if you paid via them, or take it up with the issuing officer as clearly they have been ripping people of for a long time now.

Still Waiting for my Purchase – Sadly I too have been waiting for my goods since July. Have just read the Company is insolvent as of July which I find curious as I purchased the item in July. I've sent a number of emails to no avail and now I understand why. Foruntately for me I didn't outlay a large sum of money.

Insolvent – I always liked the goods I bought from them, but as I did not receive their usual daily emails for a couple of months and their website is inactive, I researched them on Google. Apparently an administrator has been appointed and they are insolvent as of July 2014.

Not have product and waiting a refund – I have paid $1300 for Prada bag in nearly 3 months and until now I have not received my order. I have asked for a refund but MyNetSale did not give me a refund. Bad customer service. They have stolen my money.

Still waiting for the refund of Returned the prada bag – Returned the pride BN1801 (last end of Sept) that I purchased from mynetsale as it was a fake and until now they haven't refunded my almost $1500! Poor Quality – I expected more from an Australian website. The cashmere jumper I purchased did not even look like the website picture. It was so thin and the quality of the cashmere was poor, especially when compared with others I have bought on websites, such a Amazon (US). I unsubscribed. Never again!

Total fakes!!! – Goods received were not were advertised. I bought a bag and the colour was so different to what was advertised. I bought Burberry Scarves, supposedly authentic. Wow, they couldn't even get the labels sewn on correctly. Very poor quality, I have seen much better fakes at much better prices. Don't waste your time or money. As for customer service, when you send an email they don't even reply!

Fake goods! Bad website! – I had placed an order through Mynetsale.com.au for Australian Ugg boots and they were delivered today which I was pleased with. really inspect the bag there maybe imperfections. I also got my bag authenticated online through a number of authenticatiin services. They all deemed the bag to be fake.

If they have not responded to you I would recommend that you inform them of their duty to adhere to 'consumer guarantees' as outlined by Australian law. If they do not comply and the products do not meet consumer guarantees you are entitled to refund for the full amount. Its is illegal and an offence. I also recommend that you contact your bank asap once you know the goods are unauthentic as this will make your case stronger. I hope that helps. They were quick to delivery but unfortunately the customer service and ettiquette is horrible. It was fake.

Mynetsale – I have used Mynetsale for over 2 years now and I am appalled at the negative comments. I do not agree with them. It is great to be able to buy designer brands in Australia that are affordable. It brings us in line with prices shoppers in the UK, Europe and the USA pay. Disappointed but unsurprised – MyNetSale took my money and I waited for the delivery date of my item which came and passed. MyNetSale then changed the delivery date without advising me which I was not happy about...then the transaction was mysteriously cancelled a week after I complained about this! Over a month had passed since purchase :-( This fits a pattern for them when you read others experiences. So be warned. Will never risk this lot again. Refund without issue

Mynetsale.com.au sells fake items – Bought 2 Saint Laurent bags. Both bags have the exact same serial number, which is not possible for an authentic designer bag. Also, the magnet is weak, and the printing of the serial number and "made in Italy" has different font, compared with the original bag sold in David Jones which was more deeply embossed. good replies from customer service team. refund was processed accordingly

This website needs to be closed down!!!!! – Do not buy anything from this site!!!! The site is dodgy and there is no way of getting in contact with them: no contact number and you dont get a reply from any email sent. I purchased a $1500 prada tote and never recieved it. refund, they insisted their goods are genuine but happy to refund to me to ensure we have a good shopping experience. When I asked how to get a refund, I get no response.

As PayPal policy only allow a transaction to be disputed 45 days after the purchase, that's explain why mynetsale.com delivers the goods so late so that you can't even dispute the transaction.

Terrible! – This company/website is terrible. I have been waiting on an item for weeks now and have emailed numerous times with no response - the service is horrendous. I emailed them straight away numerous times asking for a full refund as their FAQ page says orders can be cancelled while they are still on sale online. It's been 3 days since I first emailed and I haven't yet received a reply. I even messaged them on Facebook complaining about not being replied to and they replied on Facebook asking me to email them with my order number. Well no! I'm only face book messaging them because I already have emailed them with my full order details! They will accept return if you said you're unhappy with purchase.

In short, I returned the bag, I opened paypal dispute and escalated to claim, mynetsale had 10 days to respond.

On the dateline (9th day 4.30pm), mynetsale refunded me thru paypal saying they disagree with the claim (non authentic) but becoz I have returned the handbag they'd refund me.

I'd be honest it's very stressful experience waiting for the refund.

My suggestion to mynetsale: put more detail pictures to prove it's authentic handbag.

My suggestion to potential buyers: ask for more pictures of the prada bag, authenticate on purseforum. If mynetsale refused to put more pictures, then you decide...

The triangle at the top was a completely different shape from one to the next, the stitching was great on one, but poor on the other; as was the leather- warped on one, but not the other. I would expect a brand like Givenchy to have better quality control. They just didn't seem quite right. It also doesn't give you much confidence when, next to their high-end handbags, they sell a whole lot of cheap $12 necklaces made in China.
