care about customer service , a strange and insulting offer made … 25 percent off next order ( while on the site at same time a 50 percent sale happening !) And not allowed to add my compensation offer of 25 percent to sale item . Absolute rat cunning stringing me along for a week having me conned that $189 aust I spent on pants they sized 2 sizes too big would be somehow compensated . So, have lost that money to a very shonky dishonest and poor quality business in Asia somewhere . There is NO business in Australia - beware ! Never ever buy anything from Myrast - they are all the things others have shared in reviews and more , and know that the 30 day refund is not happening . They will just do same to you , ie tell you to keep items and order and pay for more at a pathetic discount . Great revenue stream with zero accountabilty to customers . Terrible. Miracle Jeans poor quality – I wish I’d been more diligent with checking reviews before my purchase. I bought the miracle jeans and they don’t look or feel really like advertised. The quality is very bad - they look very cheap with poor material, stitching, and fit.
Don't waste your money – SCAM COMPANY! I'm usually a lot more careful with online clothing orders, but Myra St slipped through my radar. It's so disappointing to receive crappy quality clothing that is completely the wrong size, fit and length. I've tried several times to communicate with customer service about a refund but get no response. They make out that theyre Australian, but are nothing but cheap, useless products from overseas.

sculpting fit. The jeans looked cheap and baggy. They took weeks to arrive and finally arrived a few days before I was going on holidays. I immediately contacted them to arrange a return and refund. They are slow to respond and then offered all sorts of other offers rather than return, whilst still suggesting I could return them for refund. It’s been more than 2 months and now they just don’t reply to my emails. There is no address that I can return them to. I am left with 2 pairs of unusable jeans. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The worst ever – This company is scam. The quality of clothes is terrible and the customer service even worst. The are bases somewhere in Asia and they send the cloths from there. would get a refund or both, and eventually given an address in Crows Nest to send the return items to, and after sending the items back, on the day AusPost confirmed they had been delivered to the company, getting an email to say keep the items because it’s too expensive for me to send the items to Asia while they escalate my request, I have received my full refund back into my account on 18.10.2024.
I am grateful. But customer service for online purchases that you are buying sight unseen should not be this hard. I hope they are more efficient for their future customers.
________________________________ It’s clear to me after reading these that this site is a scam. Purporting to be Australian but clearly that is wrong. Email after email has gone unanswered and there is no other way to contact them. I was promised a refund but they kept pushing their exchange and now they don’t respond at all after multiple emails seeking the status if my refund. Their products are cheap and shoddy and their sizing is all over the place. They clearly make enough money from scamming customers like me that it makes no difference what we say or do they don’t need us. Sigh…do not trust their ads or policies. Trust your mum - if it looks too good to be true, it probably is. $300 down the drain.

It has been weeks, and they are still holding onto my money, refusing to offer a straightforward resolution. Communication has been poor, and every email I send either goes unanswered or I receive a vague response that doesn't actually resolve the issue.
I would highly recommend avoiding this company altogether unless you're willing to risk poor quality products and an even worse customer service experience.

unsuitable poor quality polyester jean . The following day I attempted the refund and emails are not responded to until days or weeks later . No refund details, contact details or invoice provided inside the packaging. It is mailed via a third-party so you did not know the origin of the product. They do have an ABN and an address listed in Crows Nest but it is residential unit. They do not even understand that you want refund they just push for exchange by getting you to give them some more money for postage to choose more products for them to send. They direct you to take the jeans that you have and give them to H&M for recycling because the refund address is in Asia, although this is not given to you either. . I have contacted the department of fair trading and sent them as letter from their template but they do still do not respond or act accordingly

Bad bad bad – Fact... received order it was too big. Fact... offered me 30% refund and I could keep the $90 jeans that have no use. Fact.... communication is very very very poor. to have a standard returns policy like most online shops. But then when you try and return they say you have to contact them to ask for the return address. I have sent multiple emails asking for the return address over weeks I've never received it. They either don't respond or respond saying sorry and offering a discount but then they don't follow through with anything. I'm happy to pay for return postage but they continue to refuse to provide a response. Total scam – A complete scam. False advertising of their clothing, slow shipping and terrible customer service. It took over a week to get an initial response to a refund request, then after multiple back a forwards emails over an further week, the responses to my refund request stopped.
