have to disassemble our broken cot and reassemble it with the replacement part they sent us. It took me ages, and after looking up the parts it would'nt have cost them much more to just send me a replacement cot- which they should've done, but I had already spent hours arguing with them just to get the replacement part. Awful service, will never buy from the again.

Terrible with refunds – If you place and order they charge quickly but if you return faulty items it takes month. I ordered a co sleeper and it was faulty. this reaction. I managed to sent that faulty item back and its been already 1 months and I didn’t hear anything from them. So if you have passion to follow up and if you don’t care about money go for this company. I personally would not spend my money there anymore. I never seen Australian business like this. My baby is due in 2 weeks and I still don’t have a solution for that faulty Item, I had to buy another co sleeper from another company because I’m scared they would do anything. Also the lady on the phone was so rude she makes me cry instead of being helpful to a pregnant customer. I’m still in shock and also sad about that I loves almost $300 dollars and nobody can help me to get my refund. I also placed an order a month ago not for co sleeper for another item and never received it. I asked via email and nobody replied to me and another $40 gone. Feels like a scam company to me.

weight. My two little ones are very comfortable in this stroller which was very important for them and myself. I had previously looked at some other prams from different shops, although there seat wasn’t very hard and not comfy feeling at all, so this was a big plus with the lusso stroller to have comfy seats!. I have a 3 month old and a 15 month old and the seats adjust well to both there needs. The sun covers are very large and pull down low enough to shade them effectively. The stroller is very light weight so it’s not a massive strain to lift. Also fold very flat and compact more than any other stroller I have owned. I love the colours and fabrics, it’s washable, and very stylish . It’s a unique stroller in a very good way. Definitely would recommend for anyone wanting a comfy, stylish stroller without the hefty price tag! . I did all the Mum things and looked into safety reviews and tests to the product and found the Star Kidz Amore Bassinet above the rest in its category. The ability to Co-sleep, ventilating sides with the mesh panels and portability to bring over to my house also assisted with my choice, overall a fantastic product. Nanny Annie has been very effective with customer service, keeping me aware at all times when the bassinet left NSW and supplied a tracking number so I can track where the product is. I would most definitely buy from Nanny Annie again. I think we are all getting sick of ordering products online and things never showing up, so I am having my faith restored again in online shopping. This Playpen is one of the best purchases I've ever made. My little one loves it. Super easy to put together and can be constructed to the size I want. The interactive panel is great, my little lady loves the spinning wheels. Definitely well worth the money.

Fantastic folding timber high chair – Fantastic folding timber high chair. Love how the tray flips to the back rather than having to use push buttons and pull the tray out completely. Folds up and down easily and is smooth solid timber. The chair is a good height to pull right up to the table with the tray flipped to the back. The only thing I wish was different is the velvet fabric used for the seat cushion. A more spill friendly fabric would be ideal.

Playpen life saver! – The playpen is just perfect. I really wanted one that my baby can interact with, and the nanny Annie playpen does just that. He can't get enough of the little activities in the walls. It keeps him safe and busy so I can get my mum things done without having to worry! Sturdy plastic, and the adjustable sizes means it fits perfectly in our lounge room. Would 100% recommend

Don’t buy the wooden high chair 3 in 1 – Did a lot of looking around and found a chair that look like the trip trap, it had lots of good reviews and was ‘on sale’ so I gave it a shot. It’s terrible, the straps are loose and unsafe, the cushions don’t sit properly against the chair, which in turn means the tray doesn’t go in easily as the cushion is in the way which is already difficult… Read more

Nightmare! – Read the policy carefully before purchase. Got the star Kidz pram on this website, the crappiest pram ever, taking a life time to fold it. Go baby village or baby bunting who covers postage and faulty return, I’m not scam, heres the video for price. And the worst, they don’t even have customer line to help you.! The pram is the cheap crap, don’t buy!

Perfect highchair for first time mum – The highchair arrived not long after ordering online. Perfect for my little one who has just started solids. The chair is easy to assemble and very sturdy. The harness is easy to strap on and take off and the whole chair is super easy to clean and wipe down after use, doesn't take up alot of room and is easy to move around.
