Good Experience – This the 3rd time I have ordered from NAPF and have had a positive experience. Postage to Melbourne was quick. The item I had ordered was delivered by post in 2 days. They were honest that the one I ordered was the last one and same was mentioned on eBay. Didn't have to go back to them with any warranty issues so far. Prices are competitive. So far a good shopping experience with them.

disorganised customer service – Bought power boards and extension cord. After a month nothing had arrived. Contacted NAPF. At this stage they were helpful and said they would re-send the power boards but were out of the extension cord I had ordered. I said I would wait for it to arrive. Power boards did arrive. weeks I called them, and each time (at least three times) I was told someone would call me back - they never did. Finally after calling again I was told the value of the extension cord would be refunded to my paypal account. After another month the refund still hadn't appeared. At this stage I launched a Paypal complaint. Company emailed me to say cancel the complaint and they would refund the value of the extension cord. I said I unfortunately didn't trust them to make the refund given they hadn't before, so carried on. The result being the full value of my order has been refunded via paypal...which is more than what should be....it should just be the value of the extension cord. As soon as the paypal refund took place I received a new invoice from NAPF - for the FULL value of the order...not value of the order less the value of the extension cord. All this over an $8 extension cord. This organisations disorganisation or arrogance (I'm not sure which) has made a mountain out of mole hill and cost both sides far more value in time than the original order. I will never use them again, and would recommend others don't as service falls apart when things don't go according to plan.

No communication – Ordered online, received receipt. Chased up and was advised supply problem. Waited, followed up again and mentioned doing a chargeback if no evidence could be supplied. They were happy to say that the stock had just arrived and would be express posted. Great timing!

damaged and they would give me an upgrade in about another 3 weeks....NOOOO... why didn’t they ph?....she told me that they did ph my husband and left a message....no message received....she then called me a liar as I apparently hadn’t called the previous week....just terrible people to deal with. I did get my refund that afternoon after insisting it had to happen straight away. I can cope if people are honest and just tell the truth. Don’t deal with them.

Great price online – Bought PSB outdoor speakers for a great online price then read some of the bad reviews about NAPF and got a little nervous. Needn’t have worried though as they were delivered in a timely manner and I was able to track them via Aus Post. All good, great product, price and service.

ebay you have to do it this way to show you tried to get help). By the time all this was done the ebay 30 day refund window was up.

In my ebaymessaging with NAPF on ebay, NAPF kept giving me answers that were either wrong about the product or simply not answering my questions.

Now I realize they were stringing me along to make sure the ebay 30 day refund guarantee was up.

I reported my issue with the Dept of Fair Trading but they were told by NAPF that it could not be returned due the product having been opened, 30 day return window was now up, and that they were not misrepresenting the product. I think they bluffed the person looking after my case. I think NAPF are rather skilled at it. I could take NAPF to NCAT (NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal). This process is from experience (being a business owner having gone thru one of these) is a time consuming option.

I found online that I am not the only one who was burnt by this company (many others were much worse than me) and the company just keeps getting away with it.

I can't even give NAPF a bad rating on ebay and somehow they have received a good rating from me but I never gave them any feedback! How did this occur for goodness sake!

even listen to me and talks over the top of me. He blames the delivery company, and I was expecting delivery today and received a call this evening that I "might" get it tomorrow as they have to pick the fridge up from Bing Lee... I've had enough, will demand a refund and go to the fair trading commission. Save yourselves all this stress, staff who don't care and management who are never there to return a call. Worst experience of my life!

Excellent service – Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly service. Very competitive price. They carried the product to the car for me (by trolley). Also received similar service 12 months ago when picking up a fridge for work. Will definitely call here first for any electrical purchase.

The worst level of customer support...EVER! – I purchased a dishwasher from NAPF and they arranged delivery the same day. Price and Service was great – Bought a Mitsubishi fridge (with a 5 year warranty) last week. Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about technical details. Although not in stock and some delays due to end-of-year stock take issues at the distributors warehouse, the fridge was delivered (free of charge) in the time slot promised by two very competent and careful people. And last but not least, their price was the best in Sydney.

Great price and service – I purchased a Harmon Kardon HK3770 receiver over the phone on 1st May for $549.00. $250.00 cheaper than JB HiFi. It was posted on 3/5 and I received it on the 5/5 and it is a fantastic unit. I received prompt and friendly service and would recommend them.

Unprofessional. Slow – Bought a Canon camera online 2.5 weeks ago, it was delivered today. In that time, I received no acknowledgement of my purchase, no invoice (it's to be used by a business) and had to email them twice. The second time was to say if I didn't hear back, I would be putting in a back charge through Paypal. They then said the camera would be posted the next day.

The worst shopping experience I've ever had – I bought a JBL speaker for my friend as a birthday gift, but it hasn't arrived after two weeks. I contact the customer service for several times, every time they say the same words that "it will arrive in 2 days", yet still hasn't arrived. Worse still, the last time I call them, they hung on for a long time and said we don't have much time for you in the end.

Unethical, unprofessional, deceptive spammers that seldom carry stock. A menace to society! – Initially full payment was made for a Sony receiver, stated by NAPF to be in stock, three weeks before Christmas, intended as a gift. must be desperate as they have resumed spamming. What's worse is their alleged "unsubscribe" link merely displays "latest specials". Altogether a nasty, toxic waste of retail space. If a negative rating were possible.........Will be reported to ACCC and Fair Trading this week.

Should not be dealing online – Awful. Ordered an amplifier online for delivery from their store to a Sydney CBD address. Called them after not hearing anything for 8 business days (supposed to be delivered within 5-7). hours I called back and cancelled the order. They couldn't understand why - I told them they didn't deserve my business. It has now been 38 days since then and I STILL haven't received my $2,000 refund, which is racking up interest on my credit card. This is after being told on three separate occasions that the refund had been processed. I'm not sure what these people are like with in-store service, but they should not be selling items online.

Great product, Fast delivery, SAVE $50 – Purchase a pair of Sony XBAH1 headphones unbelievable sound quality and a good fit, and $50 cheaper then my local store. stories that supplier could not supply them. I rang another company and got exact same aircons within 2 days. Am now still waiting to get my money back from these hopeless people. Avoid them at all costs.
