Highly recommended! – Super happy with all involved - quite a smooth experience and when i had questions they were answered very quickly to put the mind at ease. The install turned out to be a little trickier but, we got there in the end with some additional effort and dollars from me (of course!). Super happy with results and would recommend both NGSS and Island Solar (installers) to anyone.

process to order the new system. NGSS took care of all the paperwork with my electricity provider and kept me in the loop when that took a little more time than expected. Once approved, the service team contacted me, and we agreed on an installation date. John and his team were bang on time and worked till after dark to get my system installed. They came back the next day to check and commission the system - and I was on my way. Overall, an exceeding simple process, and great service from a group of people that knew what they were doing. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. I've said this before, but you do get what you pay for - you won't go wrong with NGSS.

Had issues with the installation but finally went smoothly. Contractors turned up for the initial install but were totally unprepared for the roof angle, 25 degrees. downloaded the app onto my phone and they gave a demonstration of what was in the app so i could monitor how much i was making from solar compared to how much electricity i was using. I was impressed with the whole process!
The installation was quick and efficient. The men from Afghanistan were particularly polite and thoughtful, and the supervisor attentive, and able to explain the installation clearly.

Would I deal with this company again? Not a chance! – Company did install that took roof loading over the allowed limit. The governing body have not given (and will not give) their approval on the system, until such time as they submit the relevant paperwork on this aspect. has been well over 8 months and they still have not rectified these matters, to my knowledge. It appears that I now have an illegal system until they do so. All I get from them is " we will look into it and get back to you". Their solar credits can wait until they do their job properly!
Dishonest sales pitch – The salesperson couldn't comprehend that a person could own a home in just their name, was dishonest about the business location and ended up hanging up on me. No show – Same experience as Carl. Appointment booked for 11.am on a Saturday. No show. No phone call to explain why. Can understand if there is a genuine reason for not keeping appointment. Lost me as a potential customer.

Professional service – We’ve had the panels for about 15 months. The entire process of installation and follow up was very professional. We wish we had more sunshine to generate more power but we don’t fault the company for that. We’re considering an upgrade via National Grid.
Every step in the process was handled professionally – The entire process from the sale through to installation was simple. The installation team did a great job, were professional and set up the wifi monitor showing me how to use it. Left the place clean and free of rubbish. Easy to deal with. A streamlined and efficient service – From the first contact with the company, the explanations of how the process worked to the installation and follow up, there were no issues. It took about two months in total. The only hiccup was that it rained on the proposed day of installation, but hey, who can control the weather?!
