The water heater has a problem with the pressure safety valve. The service technician came and explained that the problem was caused by the plumbing not route correctly. It was the installer's fault. Anyway a BIG thumb up to the service technician. Show details

We had a Neopower Heat Pump hot water system installed recently by Australian Green Solution. The staff member assisting us was terrific. She was very patient walking through step by steps to completion. Best decision this year – Excellent end to end service & product. Digital panel to set the desire temperature. Enough capacity to accommodate 5 ppl shower (20 min each) consecutively. Hot water runs in quickly. Very happy with everything?

Quiet, and cheaper – Me and my partner bought this heat pump last December, and it has been great. Our last heat pump was very noisy, this one’s pretty quiet.
