Supposedly trained as a lawyer, however, as a lawyer, you don't sweep over details and pretend they aren't important. Your language needs to be precise. She refuses direct orders and is extremely incompetent. If my time was worth as little as hers, I'd do the job myself. Switched to a law firm and work was significantly improved, now they will be getting several thousands of dollars of business instead.

Thank god we still went ahead and let her go. Got introduce to a legal firm who did above and beyond for us. We did manage to settle in time with a settlement figure that was corrected.

Lastly, she did not even know there was interest on the deposit we paid to the developer, which was clearly written on the contract, we only found out this a few months later since the settlement by doing our tax return when we found unknow interest income under our names.

for the last minute with low quality, she does not read the contract and makes mistakes easily and will pretend that everything is absolutely fine. Never ever go around such a dodgy solicitor.
