A scamsite, one that shouldve been more obvious to the sites allowing them to advertise – Never even received my products. I tried contacting them and I only got a reply that they were restocking but its been 3 months now and I still havent received my product nor a refund. Save your money and dont shop here, its a gamble wether or not you get your order and then its hoping its the right size. The shoes arrived on the 19th day and we were getting anxious – Site was easy to navigate, good range. Had expected the shoes to be softer than what arrived. This is the most annoying clothing company I have ever dealt with – I have sent at least 3 messages to take me off the mailing list. But I have been ignored and continue to be inundated by unsolicited emails.

Handbag ordered 6 July 2022 – I ordered a handbag 6 July - order was shipped (apparently). Never received. No communication even when I requested information. Eventually received a reply that the product was out of stock. I was to get a refund. Never received. I have ordered numerous products previously and no issues.

Count On – I have been buying bras here for many years. I'm always able to find excellent quality in any style I choose. It's especially hard to find bras with 5 hooks in the back for greater support at a reasonable price. My other favorite is the clasp in front with beautiful butterfly or flower lace on the back. Because of the different sizing method I always have to re-measure. That's probably good just in case I've changed too. I love that each bra comes in a separate bag inside the shipping bag. They arrive in beautiful full formed condition; not scrunched up or crushed.

Very dissappointed – the sizes seem to be out of sink the top of the trouser suit was fine but the trousers had a tiny waist and extremely long even though they were a petite size 12 the dress also size 12 was too big and too long. returning goods is a nightmare Show details

Rubbish – Clothing nothing like photographs. Very poor quality and all wrong sizes. To start with items sent to wrong address. Have put all items in charity bag.

Disappointed with sizing – I very carefully choose the correct sizing for 3 bras which was 40D that equalled 100cm on the size guide. When the bra arrived the tag said 40/90. So the bra is 10cm smaller than stated on the guide. They are tight and the bra extenders cost about $16 each so didn't buy them. good discount to buy them as it was not my fault the bras did not fit. I was offered a $1 discount. I purchased bra extenders from another website for $12. Be very careful with the sizing on these bras. I won't buy bras from New Chic again.

good and bad – I ordered 2 pairs of same style but different color of shoes, they come in with 1 pair nicely put in a beautiful shoe box, but the other one were just poorly put in a bag, ended up with the shoe bands collapsed, I bought these because I had 1 pair some time ago (with gorgeous embellished flower at the sides) but this time the flowers were flat instead of embossed and exquisite, I was disappointed
