Firm and comfortable as expected but layers move, a couple of layers are no longer flash with the others, sticking out on one side. It's going to be back breaking to correct. My chronic back pain has improved immensely since taking delivery of mattress, I sleep well and feel rested even after lying down for just an hour. I like a firm mattress and have not adjusted it but remember, it is adjustable and with the sleep guarantee I would not hesitate to recommend this brand mattress to anyone. Great Product! – A well-made mattress with the right support in all the right places! unwrapped, and what there is quickly dissipates.

My only gripe is that for me, it lacks a more plush/cloud-like feel even in the medium setting and therefore is not as 'cosy' as I would like. However, because it is biased towards the firmer side (and that you don't sink into it as much,) I can truly say that since owning that I've not arisen once out of bed with a sore back that has been out of alignment.

Seems to be maintaining its shape well to date after 6 weeks.

Overall, a very good product I think.

If you’re in an intense labour industry, of a thicker silhouette and back pain is becoming your bestie.. I would recommend this mattress. The back pain i used to get from work + my old mattress to throw into the mix.. this would cause me to have days off. It hasn’t sagged yet (still early weeks), the only downside is - if you’re a person that has the body heat of a heater turn the AC or fan on & you’re on your way to a good night of sleep, it isnt too bad causing you to be uncomfortable, however, it does retain some body heat.

If only this came in a higher thickness/height (22cm is great though)

Its memory foam is soft enough to feel cuddly and comforting while still feeling like a substantial and sensible supportive mattress. Like you just know it is good for you. The quality is excellent in fabric and workmanship and I am told it is lighter to move around than most other mattresses. It either completely removes or partly improves my nerve pain depending on how I am doing and it removes extra pains caused by being bedridden. No more aching hip, sore neck and shoulder or subsequent headaches.

I’ve also got their topper and have tried the mattress with or without. Both are excellent, with is a little softer and higher but it’s great either way. I’m going for with the topper because it raises the bed height and I want as much assistance with pain as I can get.

Customer service and shipping and packing is superb and reliable. I have recommended them to friends and family without hesitation.

They need to have their products in every aged care and palliative care home, and I wish every sick or disabled or seriously unwell person could have them.
