During trial period we said we werent satisfied with mattress, so they sent Salvos to pick it up only for Salvos to say "its got no handles and its too big, we wont take it" So Newentor asking US to dispose of it at our own cost (not free pickup as advertised) meanwhile holding the refund. Try ringing the number on the website it goes to a Chinese Language menu, good luck with that!

Top is acceptable but when I can feel springs touching the side lining Im not sure this will last years to come, a few months later there’s a bad dip in the bed

12000 btu air conditioner, thumbs up, have used about 6 times the summer has only just started ,35 degrees outside today, 50 degrees in side room when arrived home but so far it looks like it is going to perform very well the bonus thing for me of not have to drain any water out of it as yet ,Love it Show reply

Nice company – Customer service is very responsive. They would prefer if you don't return their products. But they would refund you after some convincing. Products look good and arrive promptly but entirely up to personal preference. Overall, nice company. Show reply

Satisfied Customer – This is the second time I have purchased an item from Newentor. On this occasion I had to pre-order the mattress. It was dispatched on the day they had stated it would be available and arrived by courier. In my opinion Newentor offers a quality product at a great price. Ordering on line is easy. I made an order and received confirmation only to then get another message saying "I had cancelled the order and a refund would be made:. I had not cancelled the order but did receive a refund. No explanation from Newentor but I will not attempt to use them again.

Poor Quality (3 months of use) and Even Worse Customer Service. address, and I had to personally contact the delivery company to track it down and solve the issue. Then, they sent a replacement, but I had to handle the return myself, which was incredibly inconvenient because I had to stay at home to wait for the courier to pick up the mattress. On top of that, I had to cover the cost upfront and go through the hassle of starting a refund process for the delivery expenses. As expected, while payments are taken instantly when you make a purchase, refunds are never immediate, adding even more frustration to an already terrible experience. Pretty much they made me do their job.

At first, the mattress seemed fine, but over time (3 months), It became unbearable to sleep on. Both my husband and I started experiencing severe back pain, mine worsened to the point where I needed medication, and my husband, who already has back issues, had to seek acupuncture treatment. This mattress did not live up to the comfort and support we were promised.

BUT THE WORST PART? The customer service. When they needed me to return the extra mattress they mistakenly shipped, they contacted me multiple times a day. But now that I’m requesting a refund and for them to pick up their mattresses due to serious health issues, they have completely ignored me. This level of service is unacceptable.

Since Newentor has refused to respond to my request, I will be lodging a formal complaint with the ACCC and NSW Fair Trading. I urge anyone considering purchasing from this company to think twice, as their customer support disappears when you actually need help

BEWARE ON RETURNS POLICY - THERE ISN'T ONE – I purchased a mattress topper not knowing my partner had bought a new mattress as a surprise. I could not return it because I did not have the original box it was shipped in. When I asked for an explanation as it was not in their returns policy, the reply was they would have to destroy the mattress topper on return to them because they did not have a replacement box to re sell it.

I am dumbfounded that they did not have a replacement box. Seems an absurd excuse. But even more absurd, that they would destroy a perfectly wrapped, untouched product because of a cardboard box

There was nowhere on their returns policy that stated this. They will avoid returns at all costs.

Avoid!

I bought a mid size portable airconditioner. It works well and is not too noisy. Good price for equivalent product with a 10yr warranty. About half the retail cost. The delivery took 3 weeks as it was on backorder but I didn't know. I had to contact customer service to find out why it took more than the 5-7 business day standard delivery. Show reply

The best mattress – The Newentor Queen mattress is the best one we have ever slept on. It is firm and comfortable, it was easy to inflate. We have been sleeping on it for 9 months without any problems. A really good product and I am so pleased to have found it in my research for the best mattress.
