Newentor Hybrid Mattress King

needles, worst in my arms and hands. This is a new thing......yet I continue. Mattress may have softened a tiny bit or I'm slowly getting use to it but I can't say I love it. The comfort factor is really not there for me at all. The most frustrating part of it is the lack of communication from Newentor, none in fact to my initial inquiry before purchasing and an email about my pain after sleeping on it and advise on what they suggest to help. They have an online chat that does not answer questions but directs to email.........I've had no contact, again trying several times. If I get to the 120 night sleep trial and still in terrible pain, how do I know I'll be able to get a refund? For now I have notes with my Chiropractor and Dr and having weekly treatment, hopefully things improve.

being hard as rock and causing body aches and pains. It is now start of June and they have used the excuse that the Salvos are required to pick the mattress up prior to refunding. I highly doubt they have contacted them to initiate a pick up as I have had no contact. They have now stopped responding to emails. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs!

Easy to manoeuvre the bed in the box around the home rather than a full king size mattress around corners etc. The bed is very comfortable and I've been impressed with the quality, considering the price. Great!! Arrived really quickly and was very easy to set up and get it going. It’s probably more firm than medium and it took a few weeks to adjust to. Now we are used to it and have found sleeping on the firmer side has helped allot with our back and hip pain. Show details ·  1

Unfortunately the mattress was too firm for me. I contacted Returns customer service via email, who instructed me how to apply for a refund. Once I followed the procedure, waiting the mandatory 30 days prior to initiating an application for a refund, I was fully refunded the price of the mattress. Whilst delivery was delayed the box eventually arrived. On opening we allowed 72 hours for full decompression. At this size it really weights 60 kgs so help in moving it is essential. when you consider the very old mattress it replaced this was to be expected. We also feel that we’re not snoring as much or as loudly any longer. The durability is excellent as it’s maintained its shape. We hope to get some 10 years out of this mattress.

Awesome matress – This is a game changer. To avoid getting back pain, I had to sleep on a hard matress and lying on my back was the only position I could sleep in.
