The mattress is not horrible but it’s not what I was expecting and not for me. I would like to get a refund as I am in my 110 night guarantee timeline. I have contacted them four times via email and called multiple times with no answer.
Purchased the Queen Hybrid Pro mattress 4 months ago and it is already being to sag in the middle. It was initially comfortable and firm. However, the thin foam cushion layers quickly squished down and can feel the springs/coils poke into my back and sides becoming very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this mattress and am very disappointed given the price paid. Show details

very impressed with this product- which is s combo of springs and memory foam. It works better than straight memory foam I think. But I’m not sure how it would suit a hot sleeper. I usually sleep with two wool blankets in winter. I found this mattress was really cosy- perfect actually but our beach house is prob in a slightly cooler environment than our present residence. Customer service could be better. Delivery only took a week in the end but I had to chase them up as their follow up email service was not great. I got a email saying it was in its way- it wasn’t. That’s where Emma and Ecosa and even Koala (bed base) are excellent. However, it comes in a box which was really easy to fit in the car. I would def buy another one if I had to.

soundly and wake up without any soreness. The only improvement I would like is some handles on the sides to assist with turning the mattress. It's very heavy.
Follow-up · It's been over a year now and this mattress has certainly retained its shape. It has softened up a little but not enough for me to be fully comfortable without a topper. I have used a microfiber 2 to 4" topper since the second night. The edges are fantastic and have not sagged at all. Excellent mattress.

mattress. So we have fitted a lightly quilted protector under the Newenter Waterproof Mattress Protector and it is perfect for us. Pity about the overseas transaction fee but such is life hey! No evidence of sags or changed areas in the product after approx 6 weeks use. Happy to recommend the "Hydrid Mattress Pro" as a firm mattress purchase.
Follow-up · Still happy with this mattress. We don't disturb each other when moving. Edge support is ok and no visible depressions in topper. So if you need a firm mattress we think this will suit anyone.

Follow-up · Edge support is good once used to it. Mattress cover is great. No partner disturbance. I just love my new mattress and tell every one how much I sleep well without pain.

Comfortable mattress so long as you dont sleep near the edge as there is very little side support. No good for sitting on the edge of this mattress for the same reason, so not ideal for getting in and out of bed. Otherwise ok for the price, and ordering and delivery was quick and easy. Follow-up · It didn't take any time to adjust, it's still the same as from day 1 perfect ,nothing suprised me when i first slept on it , it just confirmed all the positive reviews which compelled me to buy it in the first place.
