Newentor Hybrid Mattress Queen

The mattress is not horrible but it’s not what I was expecting and not for me. I would like to get a refund as I am in my 110 night guarantee timeline. I have contacted them four times via email and called multiple times with no answer.

Purchased the Queen Hybrid Pro mattress 4 months ago and it is already being to sag in the middle. It was initially comfortable and firm. However, the thin foam cushion layers quickly squished down and can feel the springs/coils poke into my back and sides becoming very uncomfortable. mattress. So we have fitted a lightly quilted protector under the Newenter Waterproof Mattress Protector and it is perfect for us. Pity about the overseas transaction fee but such is life hey! No evidence of sags or changed areas in the product after approx 6 weeks use. Happy to recommend the "Hydrid Mattress Pro" as a firm mattress purchase.

Absolutely love this mattress! Was a bit sceptical at first as it's got springs, but it's actually super comfy. Back ache is gone and we ended up getting rid of the memory foam topper we had previously bought. Absolutely recommended! I was hoping for a conformable nights sleep since I've been on old mattress for the past 10 years. this mattress is below par as it's very hard in all the wrong places. i do not recommend it.

Recently purchased the mattress from Newentor Australia, shipped from Sydney to Brisbane. Then found payment has gone directly to China with international transaction fees charged for the transaction. This is clearly a Chinese company who are pretending to be Australian. If they are able to ship from their Sydney office why are payments going directly to China! Not happy! Would not have purchased if I had known. Show details

for delivery on our move in date of 13th...the reply was abrupt and not entirely helpful. Then only 1 arrived in 14th and the other 2 a few days after. This resulted in us having to buy inflatable beds for us and my children due to delays. The delivery team also didn't knock the door, rather just leaving them outside. Overall ok but be prepared to wait and don't expect good customer service if you contact.

First night sleeping on it was amazing. Skeptical at first buying a mattress online, without testing. Comforting to know the 100+ nights guarantee sleep helped with the decision and being in the top 5 rated mattresses. I like firm mattresses, this certainly supports key areas and has the topper to have a bit of softness added. Feels like sleeping on a cloud. Comfortable mattress so long as you dont sleep near the edge as there is very little side support. No good for sitting on the edge of this mattress for the same reason, so not ideal for getting in and out of bed. A very good quality mattress, it's quite firm, so for me I have had to put a topper on as I have arthritis and it was too firm. With the topper and the firm support, it's now perfect. Excellent firm edges, too. I recommend this mattress. I now sleep soundly and wake up without any soreness. Super happy with this purchase and the comfort of mattress. Was a little nervous as the product was unknown to me but on reading the reviews decided to give it a go and not disappointed. Love that it's grey instead of white! Not having handles on the side makes it awkward to move though. It arrived quickly (Urban Sydney/NSW) and is comfy. This my first mattress in a box purchase. It was promptly delivered to my door. Like all new mattresses it takes a few nights sleep to adjust from the old one but we couldn't be happier. Great mattress for less than half the price of the others.Its literally the same mattress as the ones I tried in Bed shops the weekend before I bought this one.Its firm but the support area where your hips lay is great as has a bit of softness.This is even written in the Mattress design sheet that comes with it. great reviews, and was in top 5 in a number of recent surveys of items available in Australia. For $620, with a good return if not satisfied policy, what could go wrong? The Hybrid mattress arrived about 4 days after ordering, so I opened it, and let it fill out for quite a few hours... At first it felt very firm. I thought it was too firm, but it took about two weeks for my back to get used to having a decent mattress. My wife is a lot lighter than me, and it took her about three weeks to get used to not sinking too far into the mattress, and rolling into the centre, etc. It's been a couple of months now, and we both get a good nights sleep. So yes, would recommend this mattress for comfort, quality, price, and ease... Unless you're someone who likes a super soft mattress, then no. For me, super soft is for a night or two in a hotel maybe, any more than that and you can feel your spine bending in ways it's not meant to...
