why can I not turn on the camera
Camera keeps saying "card protected" The switch on the card is in unlocked position and I have reformatted. Any ideas?
I'm afraid I can't help you. I will soon be throwing mine in the trash as I cannot get it to connect to a replaced router. My next camera will be accessed by Google Nest Hub. Apologies.
How do I see the whole video continuous hours of video survelance instead of just the timelines.
This can be done in the settings.Its a convoluted process in this Chinese rubbish. Click on the pencil and go into the settings. Sorry I can't be more explicit here.

Bought a 4GX modem from Telstra and got it working.
My cameras were working with my older modem router. Had NBN fibre to the premises and bought a new Archer AX23 router. My cameras will not connect to wifi. Any advice please?
Does the nextech brand not record automatically when motion detection goes of , I can only see one picture not a video ? Is there a way to start recording when motion is detected or do I have to manually record when I get the notification of motion detection

It definitely records video. If you have motion detection enabled in the settings then it will record video. Check your settings.
I have the same issue. What settings do you suggest? What am I checking for? All I receive is a thumbnail photo image but when I click to view it fails to play video.
I've accidentally deleted my password for my nextech outdoor wifi IP camera can it be rest?
My camera keeps telling me "connection failed, password incorrect" What does this actually mean ? I removed the speaker plate and found a reset button along with a SIM port. Nothing in the manual mentions this.

Hi, I can't get my Nextech wireless outdoor camera to connect. The indoor one was easy. Any ideas?
I have found out that the camera needs a memory card to operate . I used a Verbatim 64GB microSDXC card. Straight away the camera connected to the WiFi and my phone. I also found that the reset button is on the end of one of the white leads ( the one with a lid)
