We bought the Catalina 8yrs ago and love it. However the cable has just snapped on one of the recliners. I just tried calling your phone line but told the office was closed even though during hours listed as open. How can I get a replacement cable?

With this product being shown as discontinued .... where can I go to get it repaired? Leather ripped and recliner button has snapped.

Catalina chase wont lock in to the backrest angles wen you sit down it just slowly continues to lay back until reaching its limit really annoying wen warching movie wat is the problem
