Good product and service – I purchased 8 dining room chairs Corbussier Replicas on line about 3 years ago.The chairs were quite expensive $550 per chair.While the chairs are in perfect condition the material on the underside simply disintegrated. Your after sales wervice is most proffessional – Your after sales service is most professional. The actual shop service at Chatswood was essentially unhelpful but they had the lounge we wanted. Disappointed – I purchased a leather lounge from Nick Scali about 6 months ago. The model was called "Peace" The service was very good. The lounge on the other hand in my opinion was a massive fail! The cushions are not filled right and the overall comfort of lounge is absolutely terrible. I paid $4,500.00 including leather condition and protector. Good Furniture let down by Delivery Service – Recently we purchased two pieces of furniture from Nick Scali. Despite both items being delivered on the same day, we were charged two delivery fees. Drivers would've leave all the packaging behind and our house in an absolute mess. When you're being charged a sizeable sum for delivery (and double delivery charges at that), I think it is quite unacceptable (i) not to take the packaging away with you, and (ii) not clean up after yourself. Had Nick Scali said that we were paying for the Delivery Crew to leave all the packaging and our house in a mess before we agreed to our purchase, I'm sure we would have thought twice about purchasing from Nick Scali, and definitely about paying two lots of delivery fees!!!
Come on Nick Scali live up to your reputation. If you're going to charge exorbitant fees for delivery provide a proper service not a half effort and be upfront about what you get for your delivery fees.
Thankfully the furniture is living up to its reputation, however our delivery experience will make us think twice about ever buying another item from this mob.

Floor rug: purchase difficulties re delivery/collection, – Decision made, credit card in hand. Delivery date given but inconvenient being the first day we returned to work following the holiday break. Delivery out of hours or weekend? No. BTW, delivery for rug $40 cash! I don't miss the sale? Not until delivery or collection date established. Enquiries at 2 showrooms with same replies. Arranged a Friday off work to collect from warehouse. Alas, no pick up or delivery Fridays. Exasperation. Eventually arranged alternate day off. Finally they allowed me to pay for the item as we had a collection date. Sales staff helpful and apologetic. Other customers have complained they said. Customer service needs major review by management regarding more convenient delivery and/or collection. P.S. Love the rug. It looks great but if it was available anywhere else at any price, I would have purchased it elsewhere. With apologies to courteous sales staff, I will never enter a Nic Scali store again. Prospective purchasers be aware.

He explained the problem which he had attempted to fix and informed us that the company would review the photos he had taken and contact us with their decision as to how to rectify our problem. Service call – I arranged a service follow up visit for my Karima lounge, bought last year, including provision of a leather cleaning kit (not delivered with original purchase for some reason). Service technician Nick was very helpful, installing some foam padding for the most utilised seat, then showed me how to disassemble the back cushions as a I may have to move premises soon. Excellent experience – We visited the store looking for a dining table. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful without being pushy. He showed us various options and when we had made our selection he offered a very fair price. Delivery of the dining table was as advertised and assembly was quick and efficient.
