Unhelpful, rude staff with no sense of customer service
Still waiting for a delivery date five months after ordering items from the Moore Park store. Called the store, store said to call customer service. Called customer service, they said to call the store. Sick of being pushed between departments and sitting in an empty house waiting for info. My advice to others looking to purchase from Nick Scali is just go to Kmart - same terrible quality for cheaper prices, plus you'll actually get your item.
dom michael and chris we're on time took great care in the rain to make sure my lounge stayed dry and they even kept taking there shoes on and off to keep my floor clean perfect sevice from these boys could not be happier with the service thank you guys

The replacement parts took a long time to arrive but this was a supply issue rather than anything to do with Frank.
Great recliner sofa
I bought a 2 recliner sofas from Nick Scali over a year ago. They are so comfortable! When one seat wasn’t responding to the button, they sent out a repair technician straight away. His name was Arthur and he fixed it quickly. Very happy

Peeling leather lounge after less than 4 years use; Nick Scali says not their problem.
We purchased 3 pieces of Emery leather lounges in their 'protection leather' which they say 'handles the wear and tear that an active lifestyle demands' and 'offers a high degree of protection'. There is a nominal 2 year warranty on the leather which we understand is not plain leather but some sort of treated/painted stuff. At less than 4 years old some of the seat surfaces are showing peeling. Nick Scali sent out a third party inspector who came to the conclusion that the peeling was due to us not carrying out the leather maintenance Nick Scal...i requires. Basically Nick requires you must buy their leather treatment kit and then use it 4 times a year or they will say any fault is all your problem. The inspector concluded we had not done the required maintenance and that was all Nick needed to abandon us. The proposition that a $5k leather lounge requires expensive proprietary quarterly treatments or it will peel after less than 4 years normal use is ridiculous. The use of the treatment 'get-out' clause is designed to absolve Scalis of any responsibilty for damage. Why sell this couch if you know it won't tolerate normal use? So beware - if you buy this type of lounge you must also buy the matching scali leather treatments, and apply them quarterly forever (plus somehow document the treatments). Otherwise you will have no help from Nick Scali in the event of peeling - a problem that seems common when I googled online reviews/complaints.
2 months to get a technician out but technician was great
The second time our recliner stopped working so they replaced the motor. Had to wait two months to get someone out but Frank the technician was excellent. On time, quick and courteous.

Worst customer service imaginable
Nick Scali are the most despicable company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
First one of their store salesman sells me what he frames “just treat it like a yearly cleaning service” as part of the warranty with a couch. When I need to use said cleaning service (Guardsman) I contact them and was told that is not the case and I had been totally misled. Wonderful service ! it was great to have Frank coming all the way my place after i purchase a table that wasnt polished properly. Frank came in on time in order to fix it an shared with his extensive knowledge on marble care. Thanks again!!!

A Perfect Lounge Suite
The experience couldn't have been better. Even though it would have been delightful to slowly peruse the entire Moore Park Nick Scali showroom, the ideal lounge suite was immediately in front of us as we entered. We were soon joined by Becky, who took us through the features of the lounge and its matching chair and ottoman. She then advised of the discount available on the day, and we only had to discuss the delivery details. Becky was attentive to our needs; she listened and provided advice that was relevant, and at all times her manner was pr...ofessional and polite - never pushy. She also agreed that the addition of two polished cement tables would be ideal additions. We were most impressed by this experience, and have a very high opinion of Nick Scali as a result. Smell the leather first
We bought a lounge from Nick Scali despite my suspicion on the quality of the Chinese manufactured leather. The smell that comes from the leather after 6 months keeps getting worse and I'm considering changing it.
Have a sniff of any Chinese manufactured leather from this retailer. If it's not that sweet new leather smell it will only get worse with wear. Avoid.

Anton was fantastic, he went beyond, helping me choosing right coach, looking at my floor plan and making sure I chose the right size. I am very indecisive person, Anton was very patient with me. Awesome customer service.
Bought a fabric lounge pilling after 2 weeks little balls all over the lounge. Friends and family walk into my apartment comments like
"What happened to your lounge"
"Isn't that lounge new?"
Called Nick Scali, I told to buy a lint machine and shave the lounge I was never told in store that this would happen.
My wife and I both work full-time no pets or kids and the lounge isn't used very often.

After sales service excellent
I purchased dining room chairs and had a problem with one of them after about six months. A technician came out to fix and replace parts of the chair. He is on time, very pleasant to deal with and was really helpful - going beyond what was asked. Highly recommend using Frank Martello the service technician.
