I was happy with the furniture, and the team who delivered, but very disappointed it took 18 weeks to deliver when I was told I would have the furniture within 12 weeks. A long time for you to have the $$ before delivering. Show details

of my father’s death certificate, which was completely unreasonable given that the furniture issue was unrelated, a manufacturing fault, and that I am listed on the original invoices.

Overall, this experience has been stressful, disappointing, and completely avoidable. I would not recommend Nick Scali to anyone and will not be purchasing from them again.

From the time we walked into the Nickscali store in Hastings we felt looked after and walked out with our lounge suite ordered. The team at Hastings were OK for what service level they can deliver. The process, procedures and rules from NickScali Corporate are absolutely terrible and in no-way customer friendly. It would seem they are restricting your people on the floor. Due to this, it was the worst service level I have experienced in many years at many different levels. Show details
