Happy with the service and the couch. Great communication leading up to delivery. My only issue with the whole process is that it’s incredibly annoying to be stuck with all the packaging. Why don’t you charge extra and get the delivery driver to remove it. It’s hard to get rid of as it’s so large Show details ·  1

I am happy with the attention and quality of the products. However they charge a small fortune to deliver and assemble and they leave all the mess behind. Honestly paying that much and still having to spend a lot of time and money to clean it up wasn’t worth it.

St Luke’s/Sugeet/entertainment unit – Sugeet at St Luke’s enabled my purchase by working with me over the phone and helping sort delivery. Mine wasn’t an easy order, and I had barriers to work around, but Sugeet was the only one who was able to understand my situation and sort out a solution. Happy Customer – I had chosen the table I wanted before visiting the showroom plus two chair styles I liked. The salesman brought the chairs to the table and I sat in them both and decided on Tokyo. However I like the appearance of the table and chairs and look forward to the arrival of my recliner and two sofas. The delivery went very well and I was kept well informed of the actual delivery time.
