The store is spacious. The range of products and the variety available in color and fabric is very satisfying. The quality is second to none and the comfort has been well thought out. The delivers who also assembled the furniture were professional and friendly.
The assistant at the store " Kasia" really knew her stock and showed lots of patience and very informative.

Amazing service & beautiful store
We went to the Bundall store to look for a new family lounge and were blown away by the service. We ended up finding our perfect lounge with the help of Anthony who was so patient and knowledgable of all the products! Anthony drew up pictures with measurement on them for us to take home so that we could come up with the best configuration and we went in again to purchase the lounge and once again Anthony made it effortless and I have pleasure knowing that our lounge will be perfect!!

Very easy to navigate store at Bundall. Very friendly staff who made the process so easy. Look forward to receiving my new lounge. Staff were very cooperative. I felt i had plenty of time and details were explained fully.
Amazing customer service
Kasia was amazing with helping us choose a lounge. Our brief was met way beyond what we expected. Kasia was patient , factual and very kind. We left the store feeling 100% confident we had found our lounge.
Minimal padding and support
We bought a sofa and chair in leather. The electric recliner mechanisms have been faultless, the leather OK but the support such that we will be looking for another suite after only 2 years.
We were disappointed in the padding and support when we received the suite and should have gone back to the store then. We thought we may get used to the chairs and padded with cushions. We were in hospital in Brisbane for 4 months so I went into the Fortitude Valley store to ask about the problem. I wanted my husband to be comfortable when he got home....
Product, Service,Support and Warranty
From ordering there were errors with filling and delivery of product then compounded after owning for a couple of years and then disappointed in our treatment when a warranty issue was raised on several problems (storage compartment coming away from hinges; end recliner button broke in half; middle seat recliner opening mechanism gets stuck and hard to open; major peeling away of leather from chaise seat and end recliner even though blankets used to remove threat of human sweat/oil; leather stress tears on recliner when it folds in and out). ...It wa the way we were treated and the fact that issues pertaining to the lounge's issues were deflected, Oh we have a dog and our lounges are not dog friendly I was told, he may sit on lounge on his bed which is positioned on a blanket, then as for leather peeling, This can happen due to natural oils from humans as we use, hence why I used blankets to protect. We have owned a high end leather couch previously which stayed in premium condition for 15 years without any damage from people or animals, however I had wanted to update, I truly wished I never had. A hugely expensive mistake on my part and I have only shared in hope that you try to support other customers.

Kayne the technician was very friendly, extremely obliging and went about his work in a very professional manner. We were very happy with the outcome of his work and is one tradesman we would definitely recommend.
We purchased our 3 seater recliner couch, nearly two years ago and have found that the seating Cushions had sagged more than we thought should have, as there is only two of us that are main users of the couch. Upon contacting Nick Scali service, they were very obliging and quick in sending a technician to fix it.
Purchased 2 lounges, was only purchasing one originally! Justin obviously has done his job well. He was not pushy and respected our privacy when discussing our purchase. I suggest that nick scali allow staff to wear tidy casual clothes on the weekend to boost morale for the staff. It helps get through the weekend at work! All staff were lovely and showed great team work, ensuring customers are looked after. Thank you

We purchased 4 x Nila dining chairs in-store. After the chairs were delivered, we noticed a difference in the density of the cushioning between the chairs. We reported this to the Nick Scali store. Within a week, a technician, Kayne Smith, arrived to check the chairs. Kayne was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained about the cushioning and proceeded to correct the issue on the spot. Before leaving, Kayne ensured we were satisfied with the changes made to the chairs. We're very happy with the quality of customer service provided by Kayne, as he corrected the issue quickly and with no fuss.
